Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise are the foundation of the Indonesian economy and are classified as such. Therefore, several government and regional programs are needed to implement better development of small and medium businesses, so that they can produce quality regional products. For example, the case study studied states that the problems often faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise are lack of capital, lack of marketing such as promotional media and lack of packaging, as well as a lack of human resources which have an impact on production volume and product quality. The purpose of this research was to find out how big the impact of HR’s influence is on an ongoing business or business, and which risk management is suitable to be implemented in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise businesses. This research uses a qualitative method. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted with business owners, risk identification at Mega Durian is focused on operational risk because problems tend to often arise from business operations. Therefore, to avoid violations in the Mega Durian business, Risk Management is needed.

Abstract

Maggot Black Soldier Fly (Hermetia illucens) is one of the natural feeds widely used by fish farmers. Maggot has a high nutritional content so that it is in great demand by the community. This study aims to determine the nutritional value contained in maggot cultured using different culture media. The culture media used in this study include fermentation of tofu waste and fermentation of fish waste. Fermentation of culture media was carried out for 7 days using EM4, sugar and water. The parameters analyzed in this study included protein content, fat content, water content, ash content and carbohydrates. The results showed that maggots cultured using fish waste fermentation culture media had a higher protein content compared to tofu waste fermentation culture media. The nutritional value of the fish waste fermentation treatment was 33.94% protein, 8.13% moisture content, 2.85% ash content, 3.31% fat and 51.16% carbohydrate.

Abstract

Kindergarten is an example of an educational sector that has been impacted by advances in computer technology. One of the most important parts of a kindergarten is student assessment and the creativity of school children. In one kindergarten there are dozens of students and each has different creativity values. However, there are problems at the Pidie Regency Education Office in assessing the process of determining the selection as the best participant to take part in the kindergarten student carnival competition in Pidie Regency. This writing will discuss the design of a decision support system using the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to select participants in the kindergarten student carnival competition in Pidie Regency. The aim of this research is to assist the Pidie District Education Office in making decisions by evaluating and ranking existing alternatives so that it is easier to determine which kindergarten student participants can take part in the carnival competition. The programming language used in designing this application is PHP using the CodeIgniter framework and HTML. For display using CSS3, namely using the Bootstrap and Jquery framework. The database uses MySQL. The tools and editors used are XAMPP for Windows, and Microsoft Visual Studio Code. The final result of this system is to provide a recommendation output ranking participants from the largest alternative value to the smallest. With this system, the Education Department will be helped and made easier in determining competition participants.

Abstract

The design of an expert system for diagnosing areca nut plants attacked by disease with forward and backward chaining methods in Pidie Regency is a search process starting from the aim of obtaining conclusions that are solutions to the root of the problem. Data needs in the form of symptoms, pests are associated with so as to produce a result report. This application is developed with PHP programming language and MySQL database. This system works in order to present plant diagnostic information.

Abstract

The Aceh Besar District Land Agency is a government agency that has the task of administering affairs in the agrarian or land and spatial planning sector in government to assist the president in administering state government. The Department of Land Affairs manages state property, namely land. Management is done by means of measurement. Measurements are usually done manually. This requires quite a long time because you have to take measurements by spreading a tape measure according to the plot of land and requiring more than one person to measure it. In this study, the calculation of land area uses the haversine formula method, the haversine formula is a method for determining the distance between two points by taking into account that the earth is not a flat plane but is a plane that has a degree of curvature. The haversine formula method calculates the distance between 2 points based on the length of the straight line between the 2 points on longitude and latitude. The system is designed web-based so that the results of a GIS-based application are obtained to be able to map and carry out land surveying measurements on digital images.
