Abstract

The development of the internet at this time is increasing and becoming something that is important and needed by everyone. Internet users in Indonesia continue to increase each year, until the end of 2019 the number of users in Indonesia reached 7.697 million people with 143.3 million internet users, which means it has reached 55% of the total population. As one of the countries that increase internet users the highest in the world. Internet service providers compete to provide the best quality of services such as Indihome. But in that case, Indihome still sought approval, but still sought approval from their company. This study measures customer loyalty and customer satisfaction on indihome fiber by looking at service quality from four variables namely network quality, customer service, information quality, security & privacy and the dimensions of company image or company image by transferring question items to 385 indihome service user samples. The data analysis technique used is SEM with PLS. Based on the test results, service quality, corporate, and customer satisfaction have a positive influence on customer loyalty

Abstract

The growth of the food and beverage industry is starting to become one of the pillars of national economic growth and the culinary subsector has contributed 41.4%. Based on 2019 APJII the number of internet users in Indonesia is 64.8% and 56% of social media users. Through social media can make it easier for people to communicate and search for information so that they can create Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) as marketing communication, one of which is Sang pisang on Twitter. Consumer purchase intentions are recognized as the effectiveness of Electronic Word of Mouth communication because the amount of consumer experience influences the outcome of consumer attitudes. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Electronic Word of Mouth on social media Twitter on consumer buying interest in Sang Banana products. This study EWOM quality, quantity, credibility, and expertise as an independent variable, and consumer buying interest as the dependent variable. Quantitative method, distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents with non-probability sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques using SEM with PLS and test hypotheses. The results of this study are EWOM (quality, quantity, and credibility) significant and positive effect on consumer’s purchase intention. While EWOM's expertise has no significant and positive effect on consumer’s purchase intention.

Abstract

Tax avoidance is mostly done by taxpayers because this is legal as long as the tax avoidance is carried out not in violation of tax laws and regulations in force in Indonesia. There are several factors that affect tax avoidance including Return on assets and leverage. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2017 observation period. The method of determining the sample used is the purposive sampling method with a sample of 159. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained that the variable Return On Assets and leverage positive effect on tax avoidance by manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Financial institutions tend to prefer to have borrowers with a clear source of credit history. Unlike P2P Lending which does not have complete data, P2P Lending uses alternative or substitute data to create a credit scoring model. Social media as one of the alternative data options cannot directly translate content related credit problems. Therefore, it is necessary to have an approach and understanding of social media data. By using data user demographic attributes or social media demographic features, this study aims to create a credit scoring model using substitute data in the form of social media data for P2P Lending. This study uses a data mining process that utilizes a decision tree algorithm and random forest. The results showed that the credit scoring model with the random forest algorithm produced the highest accuracy of 81.25% and was chosen to be the best model. From these results, P2P Lending can have the opportunity to open a new segment of consumers who do not have a complete financial or credit history.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the company on firm value. Research measures that the influence of independent variables simultaneously and partially. In this study, the independent variables used are capital structure (DER), growth opportunity (ASSET GROWTH) and cash holding (CASH). Research using a population of companies in the metal sub sector and the like which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and obtained 7 companies that have passed the outlier data, the research period was conducted for 5 years, then obtained 35 sample data. Methods of data analysis in this study using panel data regression analysis using software. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, partially the capital structure and cash holding have a significant effect on the positive direction of firm value (PBV). Growth Opportunity does not have a significant effect in a positive direction on firm value (PBV).

Abstract

Nowadays, Indonesian’s companies put more attention to corporate social responsibility disclosure. The purpose of the study is to determine factors that affect the quality of social responsibility disclosure. This study uses multiple linear regression with SPSS 20 to analyze data. The population of the study is all companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Total sample obtained using purposive sampling technique is 80 data samples, consisting of 16 companies for 5 years. This study found that partially industrial type affects the quality of social responsibility disclosure. Meanwhile, board gender diversity and slack resources do not affect the quality of social responsibility disclosure. This study also found that simultaneously, board gender diversity, industrial type, and slack resources affect the quality of social responsibility disclosure.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data population was 154 manufacturing companies in the period 2015 - 2019. The sample was taken by purposive sampling, where only 92 companies met the requirements. The data analysis used in this study was testing classical assumptions and multiple regression analysis. Research partially proves that Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership have an effect on Firm Value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of profitability and leverage on tax avoidance. The population of this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The research sample was defined as 45 samples and the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the research, profitability partially has no effect on tax avoidance, leverage has a positive effect on tax avoidance and simultaneously profitability and leverage have an effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat pada industri e-commerce di Indonesia, menjadikan Indonesia sebagai Negara dengan perkembangan e-commerce terpesat di dunia. Namun pesatnya perkembangan e-commerce membuat pesaingan yang sangat ketat antar pengusahan e-commerce. Sehingga menuntut pengelola untuk lebih jeli dalam menarik Minat Beli pada website e-commerce nya. Toko Trubus adalah toko pertanian yang memiliki jaringan toko offline dibeberapa kota di Indonesia, untuk memperluas pasarnya, toko Trubus mengembangkan pasarnya di bisnis online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Website, Pengetahuan Produk, dan Promosi Terhadap Minat Beli Di Online Shop Toko Trubus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sedangkan penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 100 responden dengan menggunakan google form kepada pengikut komunitas 1000 kebun di halaman facebook. Data dianalisis dengan menggunkana uji statistik. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, secara parsial Kualitas website tidak bepengaruh terhadap Minat beli, sedangkan Pengetahuan produk dan Promosi berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat beli. Sedangkan secara simultan Kualitas Website, Pengetahuan produk, dan Promosi berpengaruh terhadap Minat beli yaitu berpengaruh sebesar 79,8. Dari hasil tersebut, penulis mencoba menyarankan toko Trubus untuk berfokus untuk meningkatkan Pengetahuan Produk, dan Promosi sehingga menciptakan minat beli pengunjung yang akan berefek pada meningkatkan penjualan produk dari website online shop Toko Trubus.

Abstract

It is difficult to find a financial statement which meet the criteria of characteristic of qualitative accounting information. This might caused by several factors. One of the factor that can be analyze related to the existance of correlation to quality financial reporting is internal control. This research purpose is to analyze this existance of correlation between internal control using COSO internal control framework with quality financial reporting. Research analysis method used is partial least square with starred hotel in Bandung as its population. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling. The result of this research shows that implementation of internal control using COSO IC framework has no correlation with quality financial reporting especially in hotel industry. This represent a situation that hotel industry are more focusing their strategy by analyzing the risk perspective rather than focusing on the control process.
