Abstract

Times are advancing, demands are increasing, Village officials as the frontline as the lowest implementers of development really need to increase human resources in order to be able to adapt and be able to keep up with the times so that public services at the Village level in the digital era are better and more improved. In this case, there are two challenges to public services in Bajak II Village, namely infrastructure challenges, namely digital infrastructure that can support public services, including the availability of an adequate internet network, a Village information menu that is easy to access. The next challenge is human resources, namely the literacy skills of residents in utilizing social media, digital media to access various information and public services. In the process of increasing human resource capacity carried out by the Temon Village government, although there are many obstacles, many efforts have been made to increase the human resource capacity of the Bajak Village Apparatus. Concrete steps taken by the Bajak Village government are participating in and organizing various trainings and technical guidance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, organizing the improvement of MSMEs, creating a Village website. In order to increase the capacity of village officials in public services, special attention needs to be paid, because it has become a demand with the rotation of the development of an increasingly advanced era, to be able to improve public services in the digital era, it is very necessary to increase human resources and other support resources, such as tools and internet networks to access all information on social media.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic outbreak in Indonesia in general has affected all sectors of people's lives, one of which is community services. People are restricted from carrying out activities in public spaces, and limiting office operating licenses, as well as limiting employees who enter the office, only 50% of the number of employees are allowed, making public services, experience obstacles, The purpose of the study was to find out innovative and collaborative local governance during the Covid 19 pandemic obstacles and efforts to overcome these obstacles. The method used is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach. Results and conclusions. Before the Covid 19 Pandemic outbreak, services were carried out face-to-face, but with the Covid 19 pandemic outbreak, services were changed by using online applications connected to the internet network, services in the form of on-line can be said to be successful, because there is public satisfaction with these services. as for the obstacles that occur are in the form of networks, inadequate facilities and limited Human Resources.

Abstract

Health issues are one of the important things to consider for the survival of each individual. The world is now faced with the emergence of a new virus that spreads rapidly and greatly disrupts the continuity of life globally. At the end of 2019, a new virus was found in China, precisely in Wuhan Province. In 2020, WHO declared Covid-19 (Coronavirus Deseases 2019) as a pandemic so that new regulations were created to prevent the spread of this virus because it is transmitted from human to human. The incidence of Covid-19 continues to increase. It is necessary to increase 5M preparedness to break the transmission of Covid-19. Several studies have revealed that health education with audiovisual educational media is effective in improving community preparedness during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The 21st century, Industrial Revolution 4.0, Covid-19 pandemic, accelerates organizational transformation by optimizing online media and methods as organizational needs. The Covid pandemic has been running for more than a year, but office administration staff and the secretary of the institutional assembly, as human resources responsible for preparing online media, still often face technical problems that cannot be resolved quickly. The goal to be achieved in this service program is to provide education and training so that staff and secretaries of institutions can optimize online media and methods and can solve technical problems in emergencies. The method of implementation of this program is online training to provide a basic general understanding, followed by offline training to practice zoom webinar media, as MC and Online Moderator. The results and implications of this program are being able to understand and implement online media such as zoom, and others.

Abstract

Bengkulu, which has the motto "Sekundang setungguan seio sekata", is a province with a population of 2,001,578 people, the majority of whom are farmers, planters, laborers and traders. Bengkulu residents are accustomed to living in mutual cooperation as a characteristic of Indonesian society. When the COVID-19 outbreak entered Bengkulu, their spirit of togetherness was immediately summoned. Starting from the Governor to the people in the most remote areas, they obeyed and implemented health protocols. The various limitations they have do not necessarily make them give up. Instead, these limitations became a whip for the people of Bengkulu to continue to suppress the spread of COVID-19. With hard work, Bengkulu has achieved a cure rate of more than 70%. The key to all COVID-19 treatments in Bengkulu is cooperation, communication, and hard work.

Abstract

This research is motivated by one way to realize good governance in the management of the Village Fund is to pay attention to the stages of management, planning, implementation, reporting, and accountability. In managing the government in a village, the village head needs assistance from villagers. These villagers work according to their duties. Because of its large role, it is necessary to formulate regulations or laws related to village government to regulate village government, in order to carry out its role as well as possible. In connection with this, the role of the community is also important, especially in the decision-making process and the implementation of activities related to the needs of village fund management.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the contributors to the resilience of the national economy during the 1998 crisis and absorb a lot of informal labor, so they receive government attention and guidance, especially in the field of taxation. However, due to weak access to information by MSMEs, in general they do not necessarily understand and understand the benefits of fulfilling tax obligations, how and the methods that must be carried out in fulfilling them, and the risks that can be faced if MSMEs ignore the Government Regulation. MSME business actors in Panca Mukti Village are growing quite rapidly. Most of the businesses they are involved in are plantations, dairy cows, and home-based businesses such as shops, stalls, and food businesses. Nevertheless, their ability to manage finances is still very limited. Most of the business owners in Panca Mukti Village do not have financial records/reports, so they also do not have an NPWP and an understanding of taxes.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a more comprehensive insight into the utilization of bilingual directions in tourism governance in Penembang Village. This study aims to provide a more comprehensive insight into how tourism destinations in Penembang Village are managed, as well as what factors have a role in the management process. This can help in developing better strategies to maintain and improve the management of these tourist destinations, as well as make a positive contribution to the experience of tourists visiting the region. With this research, tourism destination management can provide insight into how the tourism destination of Penembang Village is sustainable and successful in the long term.

Abstract

The PKK RW.04 Cooperative Management Training in Kelurahan Timur Indah, Kecamatan Singaran Pati, Bengkulu City, aimed to improve the management capacity of cooperatives at the rural level. The study identified various aspects of cooperative management that require special attention, including financial management, leadership, innovation, and marketing strategies. The training methods used included material delivery, interactive discussions, and case studies to provide a comprehensive understanding of effective cooperative management practices. The training evaluation showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in cooperative management, as well as its positive impact on the performance of the PKK RW.04 cooperative. The implication of this study is the importance of structured and sustainable management training in supporting cooperative development at the local level, so as to improve members' welfare and the cooperative's contribution to local economic development.

Abstract

Digital literacy is used to find, analyze, create and transmit information using technology. Based on the experience of several countries, the use of information technology has become one of the drivers of economic development, especially in rural areas. ICT utilization is considered effective in reducing community migration from villages to cities and increasing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the village. The existence of MSMEs itself can support the development of tourism in the village. This PKM is organized to help overcome problems related to increasing digital literacy competencies to improve MSME promotion in the aspect of digital marketing communication strategies.
