Physical changes are very influential on a person's psychological development, and will have an impact on body image, many people are doing the wrong way, whereas sports is a better way. The purpose this study was to determine the correlation body image disorder and sport activities to obesity students at Nursing Study Program S1 STIKES RS Baptis Kediri. The design this study was cross sectional with sample of 71 respondents. The Independent variable was body image disorder and dependent variable was sport activities. Sampling methode used is total sampling, by conducting research using a questionnaire. Data was analyzed by spearman Rho test with a significant value of 0.05. The results of statistical tests, p = 0.038, which means there was a correlation between body image disorder and sports activities of obesity student Nursing Study Program S 1 STIKES RS Baptis Kediri. It can be concluded that there is a correlation between body image disorder and sports activities of obesity student Nursing Study Program S1 STIKES RS Baptis Kediri.

Risky sexual behavior to onset progression of HIV-AIDS,  including sexual behavior. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the behavior of condom use on the FSW’s clients in Semampir Kediri. This study used quantitative methods to the design of explanatory research with cross sectional approach. A triangulation of qualitative data used to support the results of quantitative analysis were excavated from WPS and pimps as a cross check answers FSW’s clients, the means used was to in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussion on the FSW and pimps. Sample size was 66 people. Univariate data analysis, with chi-square bivariate and multivariate logistic regression. Results showed most respondents (71.2%) behave consistent in using condoms.Variables related to condom use behavior in FSW were support of friends and support of FSW. Support of friend was the most influential variable on the practice of using condoms to FSW’s clients and the OR value was 56,375.

 Obedience controls carried out someone who suffers from a disease that requires control or check at the hospital. If the patient is less obedience will affect blood sugar levels. The purpose of this study to analyze compliance with the control of blood sugar levels at Baptist Hospital Kediri. The study design was cross-sectional. The population were patients with diabetes mellitus who controls or checks at Baptist Hospital Kediri. The sample of 81 respondents who met the inclusion criteria using accidental sampling. The independent variables was obedience control and the dependent variable was compliance control blood sugar levels. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets laboratory using glukocard tool. The statistical test used "Spearman's Rho" with a significance level of α ≤ 0.05 and the test result is Ï = 0.489,means that Ho is accepted. Result no correlation with compliance control blood sugar levels at Baptist Hospital Kediri. It can be concluded that there is no correlation of compliance with the control of blood sugar levels at Baptist Hospital Kediri.

In nursing practice, communication is a means of developing relationships nurses and patients, and may affect the level of satisfaction of patients to health care that is given. The purpose this research was to study the effects of nurse interpersonal communication toward patient at Baptist Hospital Kediri. The design of this study was cross-sectional with the independent variable was nurse interpersonal communication and the dependent variable was level of patient satisfaction. Population of this study was patients IRNA Class 3 RS. Baptist Kediri, it was obtained  96 patients, using  proposive sampling technique. Statistical analysis using Spearman's rho test with α ≤ 0.05. The results obtained were good nurses interpersonal communication, while the level of patient satisfaction with the services of nursing is very satisfied, statistical tests obtained p = 0.000 means that there is an influence on the level of interpersonal communication in patient satisfaction IRNA Class 3 RS. Baptist Kediri. Concluded that if the interpersonal communication skills of high nurse patient will be more satisfied.

Children will experience the stress of hospitalization time due to changes in the environment. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of coloring activities toward the using of coping mecanism when hospitalization. Design of this research is pra eksperimental pre-post test one group design. This population is children preschool old even hospitalization at Kediri Baptist Hospital total sample was 31 respondent, sample taken on accidental sampling. Variable of this research were coloring play activities and coping mecanism. The data were collected by using questionaire. Collecting data using a statistical test by using wilcoxon signed range test with α≤0,05. The results showed that 24 respondent  change coping mecanism to positive range, 6 respondent  fixed on their coping mecanism before interview, and 1 respondent  change their coping mecanism to negative range. p=0,000. Concluded that coloring activities giving patients preschoolers will enhance adoptive coping mechanism when hospitalization.

Job burnout is a condition that physical, emotional and mental drop caused by a very demanding job situation in the long term. This study aims to determine the job burnout relationship with the performance of nurses in providing nursing care in Inpatient Installation Kediri Baptist Hospital. Design used in this study were Analytical Correlation. The populations were nurses who worked in Inpatient Installation Kediri Baptist Hospital. The number of samples were 53 respondents and was taken by Accidental Sampling. Independent variable is job burnout and the dependent variable is the performance of nurses. Data was collected using questionnaires and observations, then analyse using Spearman's rho test with a significance level of Ï> 0.05. These results indicate that most respondents experienced light job burnout as many as 45 respondents (85%), and the majority of respondents have a performance in the provision of good nursing care that was 39 respondents (73.6%). The results of statistical spearman's rho tests showed Ï = 0068. The conclusion of this study is no relationship of job burnout with the performance of nurses in providing nursing care at inpatient installation Kediri Baptist Hospital.

One of the measurement on the qualification of higher education is the presence of relevance between the product resulted and the needs of the community as its client. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relevance (relationship) between the mastery of knowledge competency of community midwifery care and Public Health Sciences. This type of this research is with cross-sectional approach using proportionate stratified random sampling technique, has been conducted to 40 respondents D-3 midwifery graduates who served as rural midwife and implemented PHN programs in the village. Competence variable and ability to implement PHN programs were measured by questionnaire witha Likert scale of 1−5. Statistical tests using Pearson Correlation. The results of this study showed that the correlation between the mastery of knowledge competency of community midwifery care and Public Health Sciences. The correlation between community Midwifery care skills with the ability to implement PHN was not meaningful and very low, the attitude towards PHN with the ability to implement PHN had a very strong and meaningful correlation p <0.05. The conclusion of this study showed that positive midwives’ attitude toward PHN efforts and midwives’ ability to implement PHN have very strong and meaningful relevance.

Nursing is a form of professional service that is based on nursing tips. Nursing tips are an interpersonal relationship process and an interaction between nurse and patient in social environment during nursing care given. One of Nursing tips is nurse’s caring, when if it is done properly and according to the standards, it can improve the quality of nursing services. The study was conducted to analyze the relation between nurse’s caring tips and quality of treatment service at inpatient Installation Kediri Baptist Hospital. The design was cross sectional design. The population included patients in Class 2 and Class 3A at inpatient Installation Kediri Baptist Hospital. The total sample of 96 respondents taken based on the inclusion criteria. The independent variable was nurse’s caring tips. The dependent variable was quality of treatment service. Data were collected using structural questionnaire. Then data were analyzed using Spearman’s Rho test with significance level of 0,05. The results obtained tips of  nurses caring related to quality of care with p = 0,000 and r = 0,675 and constituted positive correlation.It was concluded that the tips of good caring nurses can improve the quality of nursing care at Baptist Hospital Kediri. Â

Stimulation is important in children's cognitive development. Parent’s play an important role in supporting playing activities of the children. The objective of this study was to analyze correlation betwen the parent’s roles of children playing activities with cognitive development of preschool children (5-6 years).  The design of this study was cross sectional. The population was all of parents and student at kediri baptis setia bakti kindergarten. The samples were 38 respondents taken by total sampling. The  independent variable was parent’s roles of  children playing activities. The dependent variable was cognitive development of  preschool children (5-6 years). The data’s were collected using questionnaires and observation list (checklist), then analyzed using spearman rho with significance level of α ≤ 0.05. The result showed p = 0,161, where p > α it mean that ha was refused and h0 was accepted. The conclusion of this study, there was no correlation betwen the parent’s roles of children playing activities with cognitive development of  preschool children (5-6 years) in kediri baptis setia bakti kindergarten.

Hypertension walk slowly and not experienced until someone get significant organ problem. One of nursing interventions is slow stroke back massage. Objective of this research was to analyze the influence slow stroke back massage toward the change of blood pressure on hypertension’s at Puskesmas Pembantu Blabak Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pesantren 1 Kota Kediri. Design of this research was pre experiment. Population was the hypertension’s patient. Samples were 24 respondents on purposive sampling. Variable was blood pressure. Data was collected using mercurial sphygmomanometer, for know the influence slow stroke back massage using wilcoxon with significant level α < 0.05. Result of research showed that blood pressures significantly decrease. Slow stroke back massage can decrease blood pressure; with maximal value of systolic were 8.00 mmHg and 24.00 mmHg. Conclusion of this research was there was significant slow stroke back massage toward decreasing of blood pressure, easy to practice, simple using and cheap.
