Abstract

The Low Performance of Penitentiary Organizations in Greater Bandung. The cause of the problem is allegedly Guidance for Employees and Empowerment of Human Resources has not been done on the Performance of Penitentiary Organizations in Greater Bandung. Human resources as part of the scope of Public Administration by using qualitative descriptive analysis research methods and quantitative analysis (path analysis), while the population is Bandung Correctional Institutions (Sukamiskin Class I Correctional Institution Bandung, Class IIA Banceuy Bandung and Class I Kebon Waru Bandung). Staff development and empowerment of human resources have been carried out in accordance with the capabilities of the apparatus at the Bandung Institute of Corrections. Simultaneously the effect of employee coaching and empowerment of human resources on the performance of the Bandung Correctional Institution in Greater Bandung was 69.9%, while the epsilon was 30.1%. Partial influence of employee coaching consisting of factors giving decent wages, providing opportunities and encouragement to develop careers, disciplining the rules to achieve high organizational effectiveness, The results of research indicate a new thing that Organizational Performance in Penitentiary in Greater Bandung needs make new breakthroughs so that employees can work more innovating into the future to produce employees who have high morale and fighting spirit in carrying out their duties. Meaning that it is necessary to optimize the development and empowerment of human resources towards the performance of organizations in Bandung Correctional Institutions in Greater Bandung.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the effect of the Auditor Experience and the Auditor Ethics toward Audit Quality. The study was conducted using a survey method towards forty-five auditor who worked on thirteen public accountant firm in the city of Bandung. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression models. Hypothesis testing was done to determine whether there is any influence on the Auditor Experience and the Auditor Ethics towards the Audit Quality either simultaneously or partially. The test result indicates that simultaneously, the Auditor Experience and the Auditor Ethics are significantly affecting the Audit Quality. The test result also indicates that partially, either the Auditor Experience or the Auditor Ethics are significantly affecting the Audit Quality.

Abstract

After the promulgation of Local Government Law number 32 of 2004 which was updated with Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, and strengthened by the enactment of village law number 6 of 2014 which states that to further improve the welfare of rural communities, one of the efforts that can be done is by establishing a Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The purpose of the BUMDes can be among other things to stimulate the development of rural economy, also to minimize urbanization of rural residents, the existence of independence in the village economic sector, so as to increase the original income of the village. Research that is done using qualitative research design research that is research that focuses on certain phenomena that do not have generalizability and comparability but have internal validity and contextual understanding.The conclusions of the research on managing sheep business are: As an effort to look for opportunities in determining market position, the BUMDes Cibadak makes sheep sheds that are clean, attractive, made from teak waste material, form a cage like a series of villages so that they are expected to attract consumers. The impact of sheep business management by BUMDes Cibadak for the community, is the community feels they have the existence of these business activities because most of the community are farmers including farmers as well so that they are familiar with the business of raising livestock including sheep.

Abstract

The study aims to test and analyse how much influence the implementation of accounting information systems and the suitability of technological duties towards employee performance. The samples used in this study were 42 employees of BPJS Employment Bandung. Data collection techniques are conducted by spreading the questionnaire to the respondent according to the prescribed sample. Statistical analyses used in the study were through the validity and reliability test of instruments, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analyses, correlation analyses and coefficient of determination testing with the help of IBM SPSS version 22. Hypothesis testing was conducted either partially with the T-Test as well as simultaneously through Test F. The results showed that partial, the magnitude of the implementation of accounting system to the employee's performance of 34.9% while the magnitude of Effect of technological task on the employee's performance of 25.8%. Simultaneously the influence of the implementation of accounting information system and the suitability of the technology task on the employee's performance is 35% while the remainder of 65% is the influence of other factors such as motivation, environment, workload, MA Employee's work satisfaction

Abstract

Ciwidey Valley Resort which is Tirta Tourism located in Ciwidey Tourism Area Precisely on KM.17 Road Barununggal Rancabali Bandung Regency, West Java is an artificial Tourism Area built in 2015 provides complete facilities for tourists who want to visit tourist locations including water warm water park, play ground, unique lodging, camping ground and ciwidey valley restaurant. The aim of this research is to find out how to develop Ciwidey Valley attractions in an effort to increase tourist arrivals that have an impact on Ciwidey Valley managers' income and regional budget revenues.The methods used by researchers in this study include descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Researchers use the development model according to Syamsu (2011) While the data collection techniques that the authors use in this study are the study of literature / documentation, observation, and interviews. Whereas the data validity technique uses triangulation.The initial step taken is to analyze the internal and external environment to find out how the service efforts provided in carrying out services and processes in carrying out tasks in the implementation of work processes. After that researchers also analyzed by interviewing with informants who have been determined previously to find out how the service and how the process of service provided by all workers in Ciwidey Valley Resort to visitorsThis research can be concluded by the researchers, that in an effort to increase the number of tourist arrivals by developing several tourist attractions supported by improving services but not all are optimal.
