Abstract

In research conducted on employees of PT. TAM Cargo Surabaya branch aims to determine whether compensation, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant influence on the performance of the company's employees. In this study, the data used came from the results of questionnaires, observations, and literature studies related to the research. The technical analysis used is multiple linear regression using the T hypothesis test. The number of samples used is 40 respondents with non-probability sampling technique. The results showed that the performance of the employees of PT. TAM Cargo Surabaya branch is affected by compensation and work discipline. While the work motivation variable does not show a significant effect

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the marketplace, marketing communication, and paving product innovation in increasing UD customer satisfaction. Rizka Jaya Abadi Mojosari-Mojokerto. The type of data used in this study uses qualitative data analysis involving 20 informants and the method used in this study uses interview analysis methods. The population in this study are all consumers paving products of UD. Rizka Jaya Abadi Mojosari-Mojokerto. The results of this study indicate that the informants agree that UD. Rizka Jaya Abadi is able to establish good relationships with consumers, informants are satisfied with the products offered and sold by UD. Rizka Jaya Abadi. UD. Rizka Jaya Abadi can increase customer satisfaction through the marketplace or by direct purchases with good marketing communications and product innovations that are diverse and not monotonous

Abstract

Information becomes a very important factor and influences consumers in making decisions. Before consumers buy products on online shopping sites, consumers are accustomed to looking for information in various ways, one of which is looking at information from online consumer review reviewers. The purpose of the study was determine purchasing decisions based on reviews from consumers who had purchased the product. This type of research uses descriftive and verification research with a population of 34,242 followers @Mirashop_gtlo. The slovin was used to determine a sample of 99 followers. Primary and secondary data collected through documentation and questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability. Multiple regression analysis as a statistical test tool. The results showed that all components of online consumer reviews influence consumer purchasing decisions. Source credibility is the main factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions.
