Abstract

Melalui program Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga Sejahtera (UPPKS) peran perempuan dalam peningkatan perekonomian keluarga diharapkan dapat efektif. Dalam kelompok UPPKS mereka bekerja sama untuk mampu mengembangkan keterampilan yang dimiliki untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data berlangsung dan setelah selesai pengumpulan data dalam periode tertentu. Aktivitas dalam analisis data kualitatif dilakukan secara interaktif dan berlangsung secara terus menerus sampai tuntas sehingga datanya sudah jenuh. Aktivitas data tersebut adalah, data reduction, data display, dan conculusion drawing/ purification Hasil penelitian dengan judul pemberdayaan perempuan melalui kelompok usaha yang ditujukan pada kelompok UPPKS Wonorejo Rejeki, dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Suksesnya pemberdayaan perempuan pada penelitian ini tergantung pada kerjasama antar individu, yang dalam penelitian ini kerjasama antar pengurus, anggota dan pendamping kelompok. Pengaruh pendamping memiliki peran besar terhadap kesuksesan pemberdayaan masayarakat pada penelitian ini. Pengembangan potensi baik pada setiap individu dalam kelompok UPPKS Wonorejo Rejeki ini menjadi salah satu faktor yang menghasilkan produksi yang kreatif dan inovatif sehingga dengan ini, memiliki ciri khas tersendiri dibandingkan dengan pesaing lainnya.

Abstract

Pembukuan sederhana merupakan proses pencatatan yang dilakukan secara teratur yang bertujuan untuk pengelolaan keuangan, pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan yang dapat mendukung kemajuan organisasi. Laporan keuangan bagi Kelompok Sadar Wisata “Sejahtera” Kranggan (Pokdarwis) dibutuhkan guna transparansi serta sebagai pelaporan keuangan. Namun, kurangnya pengetahuan anggota tentang cara pembuatan pembukuan ini tentunya perlu adanya pendampingan khusus untuk mmeudahkan menyusun laporan keuangan. Metode pendampingan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melalui sosialisasi, observasi, wawancara dan diskusi pada Pokdarwis “Sejahtera” Kranggan. Pembukuan sederhana yang dihasilkan dari pendampingan ini akan digunakan untuk menyusun laporan keuangan secara berkala setiap satu tahun sekali.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The effect of Ewom Quality partially on customer satisfaction at the Rizal Aluminum and Kaca Store (2) The effect of Ewom Quantity partially on customer satisfaction at the Rizal Aluminum and Glass store (3) The effect of partial Customer Relationship on customer satisfaction at Rizal Aluminum and Glass Stores (4) The influence of Ewom Quality, Ewom Quantity, and Customer Relationship simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Rizal Aluminum and Glass stores. The population in this study were all customers of Rizal Aluminum and Glass Stores. The number of samples based on the Non Probability sampling technique and also using the Slovin formula was 85 respondents with the data distribution technique using the Accidental Sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression method, to partially test the hypothesis using the t test, while simultaneously using the F test to test the hypothesis. The results of this study are (1) Ewom Quality has a partial (individual) effect on customer satisfaction (2) Ewom Quantity no partial (individual) effect on customer satisfaction (3) Customer Relationship has no partial (individual) effect on customer satisfaction (4) Ewom Quality, Ewom Quantity, and Customer Relationship influence simultaneously (together) on customer decisions at Rizal's shop Aluminum and Glass.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how significant the effect of inflation, financial performance, and earnings management on financial distress. The population in this study is the annual report of the Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction Sector Companies in Indonesia registered with Bank Indonesia during the period 2017-2021 as many as 45 companies. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. From the research that has been done and the discussion of the research results in the previous chapter, conclusions can be drawn from the research, namely: Inflation does not contribute to financial distress in property, real estate and building construction sector companies. Liquidity does not contribute to financial distress in property, real estate and building construction sector companies. Return On Equity contributes to Financial Distress in property, real estate and building construction sector companies. Return on Assets contributes to Financial Distress in property, real estate and building construction sector companies. Earnings management does not contribute to financial distress in property, real estate and building construction sector companies

Abstract

This study aims to determine the value of understanding material that is useful, most useful, memorable and most memorable, 8th semester students at Mayjen Sungkono University, Faculty of Economics who collaborated with Arena Statistics with online methods during the covid = 19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a population in this study of students at Mayjen Sungkono University, Faculty of Economics with management and accounting study programs class of 2017 totaling 257 students. students have completed administration 3) students are in good health (not sick). Type of quantitative research, secondary data from the Statistics Arena on May 2 to May 23, 2021 in the form of a data analysis questionnaire: Satisfaction Index and Importance Performance Analysis. The results showed that the online learning method had 1) student attendance values of 97.1% who attended the training and 2.9% of students did not attend the SPSS training. 2) The value of understanding material that is useful is 35% of students admit that comprehensive linear regression material is useful, 24% for material uncovering secrets of T tests, 23% for instrument validity material and 12% for non-linear regression material 3) The value of understanding the material that is most useful is 65% of students admit that they understand the material that is considered the most useful, then 31% of students understand the material sufficiently and 4% of students admit that they really understand it. 4) The value of understanding material that is memorable is 30% for material A comprehensive linear regression, 27% for material revealing secrets of the T test, 16% for material validity management and 6% for non-linear regression material. 5) The value of understanding the material that is most memorable is 61% of students understand the material and the most memorable, 33% of students admit that they quite understand the material that is most memorable, 6% of students admit that they really understand the material that is most memorable.

Abstract

Information is a fundamental need for investors and potential investors for decision making. The existence of complete information, accurate and timely allows investors to be rational decision-making so that the results obtained as expected. Demands on companies to provide transparent information, the organization accountable and good corporate governance is increasingly forcing companies to provide information about social activities related to the organization's interaction with the physical environment and social environment, which is made in company annual reports or social reports separately. This study aims to examine some factors that affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. This study tried to develop a board of commissioners as the intervening variable of firm size on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The sample in this study was determined by sampling purposive. The population was 219 company listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis with SPSS. The results indicate that company size does not influence directly on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility, and commissars council cannot serve as an intervening variable in the influence of company size on disclosure of corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

Financial Distress is avoided as much as possible by predicting the occurrence of Financial Distress earlier. One source of information is the possibility of Financial Distress conditions in a company can be seen from the company's financial statements through the calculation of financial ratios. The purpose of this study is to predict the occurrence of Financial Distress in transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study were all transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period, totalling 21 companies and from 21 companies, based on the criteria included as samples were 14 companies. Tests in this study use Logistic Regression to determine the predictive power of financial ratios.This study states that the ratios of Liquidity, Activity, Leverage and Growth are not able to significantly distinguish between Financial Distress while the Profitability ratio can negatively differentiate between Financial Distress.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi capacity building, dimana agar dapat membantu para fasilitator menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan pemahaman dalam melakukan kegiatan sebagai fasilitator di bank sampah. Dimana khususnya fasilitator agar dalam memberdayakan kelompoknya dapat maksimal, dan memudahkan dalam pengelolaan sampah guna bisa membantu meringankan tiap keluarga bisa membayar Pajak Bumi dan bangunan setiap tahunya. Fasilitator yang terdapat di Kota Mojokerto sebanyak 40 orang, dimana mereka dalam bekerja dengan sistem sosial dan tidak dibayar. Didalam kegiatan capacity building ini adanya pelatihan dan permainan game dimana peserta bisa menarik suatu pelajaran mempunyai pemahaman dan kemampuan baru dalam membina hubungan, meningkatkan semangat,mengayomi anggota dan meningkatkan perolehan dalam pengumpulan sampah, sergingga bisa membantu meringankan pengeluaran biaya tiap keluarga.

Abstract

Community service includes efforts to make positive contributions to a particular community with the aim of improving their quality of life and welfare. One of the problems that many families often face is a lack of understanding and skills in financial management, which can have a negative impact on financial stability and family well-being. Therefore, this community service aims to provide family financial management training to the mothers of the Mojokerto City Puspa Forum. This training is designed to provide basic knowledge about financial management to participants. This training methodology involves community service activities carried out in Mergelo Village, Balongsari, Magersari District, Mojokerto City which was held on Saturday, September 16 2023, at the Mojokerto City P3A Social Service Office. Implementation of activities is carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, work program stage, and reporting stage. The targets of this community service activity are the village residents of Forum Puspa. The expected result of this community service is an increase in participants' understanding of personal financial management and their ability to manage family finances more effectively. In this way, it is hoped that they will be able to increase their financial stability, reduce their debt burden, and improve their overall quality of life.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai adalah hasil atau kinerja pegawai yang dinilai dari segi kualitas dan komitmen berdasarkan standar kerja yang ditetapkan oleh organisasi atau perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi melalui komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, 4) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi melalui komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. pengaruh lingkungan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT PKJ Gresik yang berjumlah 91 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) kompetensi pegawai yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan lebih baik, 2) lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan lebih baik, 3) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh sebagai variabel yang memediasi hubungan antara kompetensi dan kinerja karyawan, dan 4) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh sebagai variabel yang memediasi hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan
