Abstract

Implementasi Sistem Digital Library di SMP IT Nurul Huda Keerom merupakan langkah penting dalam meningkatkan akses informasi dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memberikan fitur input data siswa, termasuk NIS, nama, kelas, dan password, serta menyediakan layanan login yang aman bagi siswa untuk meminjam e-book dan membaca buku melalui platform web. Terdapat juga peran admin yang bertugas menambahkan data siswa dan input buku ke dalam platform web. Penelitian ini akan menjelaskan langkah-langkah implementasi sistem ini, mulai dari desain antarmuka, pengembangan fitur-fitur, hingga pengujian sistem secara keseluruhan. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan solusi efektif dan inovatif dalam meningkatkan layanan perpustakaan di SMP IT Nurul Huda Keerom.

Abstract

Dalam era perkembangan teknologi informasi, sistem informasi memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung efisiensi dan kemajuan organisasi. Dalam industri penjualan, adaptasi terhadap tren belanja online menjadi kunci untuk memperluas jangkauan promosi dan meningkatkan efisiensi penjualan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi penjualan bahan bangunan berbasis website pada toko Alfi Jaya. Sistem ini memungkinkan pelanggan untuk mengakses katalog produk, melihat harga, spesifikasi, dan ketersediaan stok secara real-time. Fitur pencarian dan filter juga disediakan untuk memudahkan pengguna menemukan produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Selain itu, sistem ini dilengkapi dengan fitur pemesanan melalui chat WhatsApp, yang memungkinkan pelanggan berkomunikasi langsung dengan toko dan melakukan pembelian dengan lebih mudah. Selain meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, sistem ini juga mengumpulkan ulasan dan penilaian pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanan yang ditawarkan. Integrasi dengan media sosial juga memperluas jangkauan promosi dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan. Diharapkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi penjualan ini akan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, menjangkau pelanggan yang lebih luas, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan

Abstract

In companies / agencies need an information system for purchasing goods so that it can be done computerized and not done using Microsoft Office. Purchasing goods is an overall process used to hold something necessary in meeting the needs of goods in the company. The need for goods is very important in supporting the work process in a company / agency, the unavailability of goods can hamper performance. Supervision of requests is generally less than optimal, because many procurement request files are still stored in the File and sometimes some are torn and lost, so a system is needed that handles the request process. The process of making requests for goods in the procurement section has difficulty updating the availability of goods so that it hampers the process of demand for goods, so a module is made to be able to monitor the process of demand for goods and activities related to the purchase of goods. So that the procurement department can speed up the process of disbursing data, minimizing errors and data loss. The system that is created later uses a Visual .Net programming language with a MySQL database, all processes will be stored into the MySQL database.

Abstract

The Social Service is a government institution that is given the mandate to regulate community welfare in accordance with Law no. 11 of 2009 concerning Social Welfare. The field of filing beneficiaries is one of the problems handled by the Social Service. Types of community assistance include Staple Food, Family Hope Program (PKH), Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) with certain conditions. With the number of beneficiaries currently totaling 9,205 Family Cards, processing of data on receiving assistance still utilizes data processing using Microsoft Excel. Where data processing using Microsoft Excel has drawbacks, including application users who must really understand the function, formula or logic, then if the user enters the formula incorrectly, the resulting data will be affected, besides that there will be many documents produced that are less stable for each version and for files with the latest version of Microsoft Excel requires a computer with medium to high specifications. Based on these problems, a special data processing application is needed for data on recipients of web-based social welfare assistance. The application aims to facilitate the work of service staff in the social welfare submission section in preparing recapitulation reports and reports on the list of people who will receive assistance at the Metro City Social Service.

Abstract

Metro City has diverse tourism potential with its natural, artistic, and cultural wealth, so tourist destinations and culinary places in Metro City are growing in quality and quantity. However, due to the lack of information about tourist places, the number of visitors to tourist destinations and culinary places does not increase significantly, so people must look for a single unit of information for each tourist and culinary destination. So we need information media to facilitate problem-solving in the form of tourist destination applications and culinary places for tourists. With this application, it is hoped to help the problems of tourists who have difficulty finding information about tourist destinations and culinary places in Metro City. The application is designed using the User Centered Design method. Based on the results of testing the level of user satisfaction, the design of the Metro City Visiting application is included in a perfect interval with an average proportion of 80% so that the design can be continued to the application development stage.
