Abstract

Knowledge has become an asset in an organization, none other than knowledge in a group. The concept of knowledge sharing is an activity of exchanging knowledge between two or more parties such as individuals, groups, organizations or parts of an organization. In the world of education, the involvement of knowledge sharing among academicians can improve learning outcomes at a tertiary institution. The purpose of this study is to propose a model of knowledge sharing among academics at the University, especially academics at the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Muhammadiyah Metro, Lampung. Factors that influence knowledge sharing among academics consist of individual factors and technological factors. Both of these factors can improve the performance of learning outcomes in higher education

Abstract

As online learning resources increase exponentially on the World Wide Web, online students have difficulty choosing the most suitable and relevant learning material that meets their learning needs due to information overload. Online learning recommendation system is used to predict the preferences or ranking of learners' targets on learning objects for the purpose of generating recommendations. However, the Recommendation system is considered to lack the ability to resolve semantic interoperability issues with heterogeneous sources of information. The purpose of this study is to discuss the role of ontology in the development of recommendation systems in the online learning domain. There are four electronic journal databases selected as references, namely IEEE, Science Direct, Springer Link, and ACM Digital Library. This study obtained 9 articles that were synthesized to answer research questions. This study shows that the involvement of ontology for knowledge representation in the recommendation process can improve the accuracy and quality of recommendations and at the same time help to overcome the weaknesses associated with conventional recommendations.

Abstract

Competition in service quality between companies requires companies to make improvements and improve the quality of Human Resources continuously. BPR Inti Dana Sentosa always strives to improve internal quality on a regular and ongoing basis by evaluating the human resources involved in the production process. HR assessment is still done by a manual method so that the process becomes very slow, and the results obtained are not accurate, even it seems subjective. While objectivity is needed to support the right decision to employ useful human resources for an extended period. This study aims to assist BPR Inti Dana Sentosa in deciding on employee assessment results by implementing the Simple Additive Weighting method. Based on nine processed employee sample data, it founded that the employee with the code 'Employee 2' was the best employee candidate. This result proves that the SAW method can help the decision-making process in the problem of determining the best employee of a company.

Abstract

As a quality and service improvement process, the management has thought and decided to establish a new branch in Metro City. Determining the Head of Depo is an absolute necessity for a branch office to open. The importance of the duties of the Head of Depo (Kadepo) means that the management from the head office must precisely determine the Kadepo candidates to lead the branch office candidates. The decision support system for determining Depo Head candidates has the objective of selecting the Depo Head from several Depo Head candidates who have been nominated by utilizing this decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This study aims to help PT. Lancaster Nusantara Cigarindo in making decisions on the results of Candidates for Head of Depo. The five specified data for Depo Head Candidates found that the Chosen Candidate with code CK1 was the best Depo Head candidate. This proves that the SAW method can be used to determine the Candidates for the Head of Depot in a company.

Abstract

Abstrak : Balai Desa Tanggulangin tempat berkumpul dan bermusyawarah masyarakat. Selain itu pegawai, staff dan anak magang juga melakukan pekerjaan atau tugas di balai desa yang tentunya tidak lepas dari penggunaan internet. Maka dari itu internet menjadi sangat lambat ketika ketika melakukan semua aktivitas bersamaan dan belum ada pengelolaan bandwidth internet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan manajemen bandwidth untuk pengguna internet balai desa tanggulangin. Metode yang digunakan adalah NDLC(Network Development Life Cycle) dengan tahapan yaitu Analysis, Design, Simulation Prototyping, Implementation, Monitoring, Management. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Penerapan Manajemen Bandwidth menggunakan Route Mikrotik dan Access Point sebgaia hardware. Dengan Software Winbox dan metode Simple Queue kecepatan yang awalnya 40Mbps dapat dibagi menjadi 20Mbps untuk Lan-komputer dan 20Mbps untuk wifi. Adanya manajemen bandwidth membantu pengguna pengguna internet pada balai desa Tanggulangin dengan lebih stabil. Kata Kunci : Balai Desa; Bandwidth; NDLC; Simple Queue. Abstract: Tanggulangin Village Hall is a place for community gathering and deliberation. Apart from that, employees, staff and interns also carry out work or tasks at the village hall which of course cannot be separated from the use of the internet. Therefore, the internet becomes very slow when all activities are carried out simultaneously and there is no internet bandwidth management. The aim of this research is to implement bandwidth management for Tanggulangin village hall internet users. The method used is NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle) with stages namely Analysis, Design, Simulation Prototyping, Implementation, Monitoring, Management. The result of this research is the implementation of Bandwidth Management using Mikrotik Routes and Access Points as hardware. With Winbox software and the Simple Queue method, the initial speed of 40Mbps can be divided into 20Mbps for computer Lan and 20Mbps for WiFi. The existence of bandwidth management helps internet users at the Tanggulangin village hall more stably.. Keywords: Village Hall; Bandwidth; NDLC; Simple Queue

Abstract

Guru adalah salah satu tombak awal perjuangan sebuah bangsa khususnya dalam hal pendidikan. Dari Kinerja Guru yang baik maka akan menghasilkan generasi yang cerdas dan berkemajuan kedepannya. Namun dalam kenyataannya cukup banyak Guru yang tidak terlalu memenuhi standar Guru terbaik. Untuk mendapatkan kinerja Guru terbaik maka setiap sekolah harus memikirkan bagaimana cara agar dapat mendapatkan kinerja Guru yang optimal. Dan Kepala Sekolah berikut jajaran harus mulai meletakkan kedisiplinan dan pendeketan baik secara mandiri dan kedekatan secara emosional. Agar supaya dapat tercipta kinerja yang diharapkan oleh berbagai pihak. Dengan memiliki kualitas guru yang baik maka akan membawa dampak positif dalam peningkatan kualitas sekolah dan siswa. Dalam penelitian kali ini akan membahas mengenai Implementasi Metode Fuzzy dalam Proses pemilihan Guru terbaik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diimplementasikan untuk menghasilkan penilaian yang lebih akurat,  metode ini dapat memberikan hasil alternative dalam penilaian kinerja Guru terbaik.

Abstract

The barrier to cleanliness in the environment is garbage that causes environmental pollution and will eventually damage the environment. So far, waste processing is carried out in a conventional manner, namely collection, transportation and final disposal at the final disposal site (TPA). Waste data processing includes data on achievement of waste reduction, data on achievements in reducing waste and producing a waste processing balance. Waste processing is very important for Metro City Environmental Service because it becomes an annual report submitted to the Mayor of Metro. Currently all waste processing data is conducted by using the Microsoft Excel program. Because the waste processing data are interrelated, it is very possible for processing with the application because it will be able to integrate the data, and formulas can be made in coding to avoid changing formulas when done in Excel, and it is made only once. The applications built is web-based with a structured programming approach, software development methods using SDLC Method. Software testing is using black box testing. Based on these problems, an application that can help process waste data processing at the Metro City Environmental Service is needed.

Abstract

Metro City has diverse tourism potential with its natural, artistic, and cultural wealth, so tourist destinations and culinary places in Metro City are growing in quality and quantity. However, due to the lack of information about tourist places, the number of visitors to tourist destinations and culinary places does not increase significantly, so people must look for a single unit of information for each tourist and culinary destination. So we need information media to facilitate problem-solving in the form of tourist destination applications and culinary places for tourists. With this application, it is hoped to help the problems of tourists who have difficulty finding information about tourist destinations and culinary places in Metro City. The application is designed using the User Centered Design method. Based on the results of testing the level of user satisfaction, the design of the Metro City Visiting application is included in a perfect interval with an average proportion of 80% so that the design can be continued to the application development stage.

Abstract

Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) adalah infeksi yang menyerang saluran pernapasan yang disebabkan virus. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan di Puskesmas salah satu Desa Lampung Timur, penyakit ISPA merupakan salah penyakit yang sering terjadi di Desa tersebut sepanjang tahun 2023 terbukti dari akhir tahun 2022 terdapat kurang lebih 20 anak yang terkena penyakit ISPA meningkat menjadi 30 anak di tahun 2023. Metode forward chaining merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam untuk melakukan diagnosis Penyakit Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA). Sehingga dapat membantu orangtua dalam melakukan deteksi dini terhadap penyakit infeksi saluran pernafasan pada anak sehingga penanganan terhadap penyakit tersebut dapat dilakukan secepat mungkin dan dilakukan penanganan awal secepat mungkin untuk mencegah kondisi semakin memburuk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, metode Forward Chaining berhasil memberikan rekomendasi penyakit yang dideritanya

Abstract

Pada era digital yang berkembang pesat, pengelolaan informasi menjadi aspek krusial dalam operasional perusahaan. PT. EKSAVINDO MITRA MANDIRI (EKSTRAMA), yang bergerak di bidang distribusi tenaga listrik, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan inventaris aset yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Proses ini melibatkan pencatatan, pengajuan perbaikan, dan penggantian aset menggunakan Microsoft Excel, yang memakan banyak waktu dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter, bahasa pemrograman PHP, CSS untuk tampilan, dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Pengembangan sistem mengikuti metodologi System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan, dengan teknik pengujian Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi berbasis web ini dapat memberikan aksesibilitas yang lebih baik, mengurangi kesalahan, dan meningkatkan kecepatan pengolahan data dibandingkan metode manual sebelumnya
