Abstract

This study aims to obtain a tested qualitative explanation of the influence of motivation and leadership style on employee performance at the Rendang Karangasem Health Center. The research design used in this study is a qualitative research design. The type of data used is primary data and collected by in-depth interview method. The subjects of this study were all employees of the Rendang Karangasem Health Center, totaling 32 people, so this research was included in the population research category. Motivation and Leadership style have a positive influence and help the performance of Rendering Health Center employees to be better.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important sector in a country's economy. In the digital era of the 21st century, MSMEs face new challenges in utilizing digital technology in developing their businesses. This research aims to explore how MSMEs can take advantage of digital technology in the 21st century digital era. The method used is qualitative research by conducting an in-depth literature study on SMEs that have used digital technology in their business. The results of the study show that the use of digital technology can help MSMEs to increase operational efficiency, reach a wider market, and increase customer satisfaction. However, there are still obstacles such as limited access and skills in using digital technology that need to be overcome. Therefore, the government and related organizations need to provide the necessary support and training to MSMEs so that they can optimally utilize digital technology.

Abstract

This study aims to examine compensation, teamwork and creativity on employee performance. Research conducted at McDonald's fast food company solo area in 2019. Samples taken in this study were 40 employees. The analysis technique in this study consisted of validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear tests, t tests, F tests and R2 tests (coefficient of determination). The results of multiple linear regression tests can be seen that compensation, teamwork and creativity have a positive effect on the performance of McDonald’s Solo area employees. T test results can be seen that compensation, teamwork and creativity significantly influence the performance of McDonald's employees Solo Area. F test results can be seen that compensation, teamwork and creativity significantly influence the performance of McDonald's employees Solo Area. R2 test results (coefficient of determination) obtained Adjusted R2 value of 0.246 which means that the variable influence of compensation, teamwork and creativity on the performance of McDonald's employees Solo Area can be explained by 24.6%. While the remaining 75.4% is explained by other variables not included in the regression model, for example leadership, work environment and incentives.

Abstract

Value investing strategies date back to the studies of Benjamin Graham and David Dodd (1934), premised on the idea of investing into undervalued but profitable shares. In this Article, The purpose of this study will be to measure the effect of Devident Yield on Stock Return using Graham Criteria. There are 14 valiable Stock from 2012-2020 that passed with Benjamin Graham selection criteria. The result of the research by Using Benjamin Graham selection criteria to selected value invesment Dividend yield don’t have significant effect on stock return. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of employee satisfaction with the services provided by the Human Resources Bureau at one of the universities in Greater Surabaya. The survey method was used to collect data from 54 employees at a university in Greater Surabaya. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive quantitative to determine the level of employee satisfaction with the services of the Human Resources Bureau at one of the universities in Greater Surabaya. The results of the study show that most employees are satisfied with the services provided by the Human Resources Bureau with an average score of 4.22 out of a scale of 5. However, there are several aspects that need to be improved, such as response speed and service quality. In conclusion, the services provided by the Human Resources Bureau at a university in Greater Surabaya have met the expectations of employees in general, but need improvement in certain aspects.

Abstract

This study has the objectives of 1) To determine the effect of partial financial performance by ROA, ROE And EPS on company value by PER. 2) To determine the effect of simultane financial performance by ROA, ROE AND EPS on company value by PER in Basic Industrial and Chemical manufacturing companies listed on the ISSI IDX in 2022. Sampling In this study using a purposive sampling technique and using regression analysis multiple linear in the analyzing data. The results showed that partially or simultaneously the projected financial performance with ROA, ROE and EPS has a significant positive effect on company value projected with PER.
