Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of stock liquidity on stock returns on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses two control variables namely size and age and the study period from 2013 to 2017. The type of research used is quantitative, while the sample of this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2017. The method of determining the sample used is used is purposive sampling. The procedure of data collection in this research is the documentation method. The intended documentation method is collecting secondary data from the company's financial statements. Data analysis techniques used in this study were multiple linear regression, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that stock liquidity had a positive and significant effect on stock returns. While growth opportunity have a significant positive effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out: (1) whether bitcoin is a profitable investment instrument; (2) how to make bitcoin a profitable investment instrument. This article was compiled using the “Library Research” approach where the data obtained will be analyzed in depth descriptively. The results of the study show that: (1) Bitcoin is a profitable investment instrument due to the limited supply of Bitcoin, which makes this instrument behave like Gold; (2) In order to become a profitable investment instrument, individuals can carry out mining activities to get Bitcoin prizes from miner applications and individuals can also carry out spot trading activities by taking advantage of the Bitcoin price difference when buying and selling so as to earn a profit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the post-covid-19 professional zakat collection strategy from the perspective of sharia management. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach to obtain overall information, with data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The triangulation technique was used to ensure the validity of the research, obtained from informants and concluded by member check. The results of the study show that (1) BAZNAS Kediri City carried out various strategies in collecting professional zakat during the post-pandemic period, namely collaboration with other zakat institutions to deal with the Covid-19 outbreak, csllaboration with the Indonesian Mosque Council to disseminate zakat obligations, distribute brochures and banners and the use of social media as a means of socialization. (2) BAZNAS of Kediri City in implementing the professional zakat collection strategy is in accordance with the principles of sharia management in the functions of planning, implementing and controlling, while the organizing is not fully appropriate because the organizational structure has not been implemented optimally.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh karateristik CEO dan direct family ownership CEO terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Terdapat 212 observasi dari 50 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian regresi berganda. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini Kebijakan dividen dan variabel independen adalah karakteristik CEO dan direct family ownership CEO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Usia dan Tenure berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan dividen. Tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan dividen. Direct family ownership CEO berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan dividen.

Abstract

Value investing strategies date back to the studies of Benjamin Graham and David Dodd (1934), premised on the idea of investing into undervalued but profitable shares. In this Article, The purpose of this study will be to measure the effect of Devident Yield on Stock Return using Graham Criteria. There are 14 valiable Stock from 2012-2020 that passed with Benjamin Graham selection criteria. The result of the research by Using Benjamin Graham selection criteria to selected value invesment Dividend yield don’t have significant effect on stock return. Abstract

The aim of the research carried out by the author is to analyze the composition of investment portfolios (asset allocation) that can provide the most optimal returns to provide high returns with certain risks. The approach used in this research is the case study method. The data analysis used is a descriptive method and a quantitative method, which is limited to the Pension Fund investment portfolio data at PT. IAI Financial for the 2019-2022 period. This research shows that the first proportion shows the average return generated is 12.5 with the same risk, namely 1.44. The second proportion uses the Markowitch approach. The average return generated is 5.20 with the same risk, namely 1.44. Based on the analysis of optimizing investment instruments at PT. IAI Financial above shows that the IAI Pension Fund investment results have not been able to provide optimal results, so the financial manager at PT. IAI Financial needs to look for new investment alternatives with proportions that can increase risk and return.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ada pada UMKM Kantin Bu Ayu adalah Packaging produk cwie mie masih menggunakan packaging yang tidal memiliki niali estetika. Tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah umtuk memberikan pelatihan terkait manajemen pengemasan produk untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara langsung. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, memberikan solusi terhadap UMKM berupa peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pada kegiatan promosi, tersedianya kemasan yang higienis, ekonomis, bersih dan rapi, tersedianya merek pada kemasan dengan desain yang menarik dan informasi yang lengkap dalam melakukan kegiatan promosi.

Abstract

This research explores the integration of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) into branding strategies within PT. BISI International, TBk, focusing on the agricultural sector. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a sample of 80 participants, the study investigates the direct and indirect effects of Social Media Engagement (SME) and Marketing Strategy Adoption on Consumer Perception and Market Understanding of NFTs and Branding. The findings reveal significant direct effects of Social Media Engagement and Marketing Strategy Adoption on Consumer Perception and Market Understanding of NFTs and Branding, highlighting the pivotal role of social media engagement and strategic adoption of NFTs in shaping consumer perception and market understanding. Moreover, the study identifies a significant indirect effect of Social Media Engagement on Market Understanding of NFTs and Branding through Consumer Perception, underscoring the mediating role of consumer perception in driving market understanding. However, the indirect effect of Marketing Strategy Adoption on Market Understanding of NFTs and Branding through Consumer Perception is found to be non-significant, suggesting a nuanced relationship between marketing strategy adoption, consumer perception, and market understanding. These insights provide valuable implications for marketers seeking to leverage NFTs to enhance brand positioning, consumer engagement, and market understanding within the agricultural sector.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini membahas peranan sivitas akademika UNUSIDA dalam mendukung program RT Sehat di Desa Tebel RT 07 RW 03 untuk meningkatkan kesehatan lingkungan dan kesadaran pola hidup sehat masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, mahasiswa melakukan survei, wawancara, dan observasi langsung, serta melaksanakan kegiatan seperti senam pagi, edukasi hidroponik, pemanfaatan tanaman toga, dan pengolahan minyak jelantah. Hasilnya, terdapat peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan penerapan pola hidup sehat secara berkelanjutan. Keunikan program ini terletak pada integrasi inovasi seperti hidroponik untuk lahan sempit dan kolaborasi mahasiswa lintas fakultas. Temuan ini menunjukkan potensi kolaborasi antara institusi pendidikan tinggi dan masyarakat sebagai model pengembangan program berbasis komunitas di masa depan.
