This study researches the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion simultaneously on the performance of MSMEs that have been relocated to Pananjung Market in Pangandaran Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive and verification. The object studied in this study is the performance of UMKM shophouses in Pananjung Pangandaran Market. Researchers decided to use the number of MSME owners who were in the Pananjung Market Ruko as a sample of 40 people. Financial literacy was found to have a partial impact on the MSME performance of the MSME owners of Pananjung Market Shophouses based on the partial test (t test) conducted in this study. Secondly, the MSME performance of Pananjung Pangandaran Market Shophouse MSME owners is also partially influenced by financial inclusion. The results of this study's simultaneous test (F test) indicate that financial inclusion and financial literacy have a simultaneous impact on the MSME performance of the MSME owners of Pananjung Market Shophouses.

In a company or organization, one of the most important elements is maintaining relationships between each other both between workers and to superiors, because a good work environment will bring performance to be more controllable and bring the work environment to be productive, this is what makes good performance in a company or organization. Several things can bring good performance as in this study which discusses Compensation and an Award to a worker for his performance which is classified as entering a good work stage so that efforts to provide compensation and awards make positive efforts and bring progress to the performance of workers in a company or organization and bring competence in the world of work. Compensation provided by the employer will bring workers to be more responsible in meeting work standards and the award is given as a reward for performance that has met operational standards for the company. The results of this study indicate that providing compensation and awards to a worker can bring positive value and can even improve the performance of these workers, where workers will become more enthusiastic in working and can even increase the value of the company, agency and even the organization where the worker works and the award shows that the worker has an achievement for good performance. The aim of this research is to determine the economic impact of sporttourism on MSMEs in the Yogyakarta area on sporty lifestyles. In this research, qualitative research and descriptive methods will be used. This research only looks for the impact felt by gathering places or gathering points for "sport tourism" activists and wants to find other facts that support this research. Then this research will also use SWOT analysis. The research results show the impact given to MSMEs by the very massive sporting events in Jogja is very good. So it can create a new market in the development of coffee shops in Jogja. that the runners' lifestyle creates a new market in the coffee shop business line in the region, because according to this research, many runners like to run in a community, then like to gather in one place and like to chat after exercising. These habits are all part of the lifestyle carried out by runners, so if you look at it from a business aspect, they can be utilized as agoge does.

This research aims to find out and examine the role of leadership in improving employee work discipline in the Cirebon City Transportation Service, whether it is going well or not. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The location of this research is the Cirebon City Transportation Department. Researchers determined informants using purposive techniques. In this research, the informants were divided into two, namely key informants, Head of the Cirebon City Transportation Service and secondary informants, employees of the Cirebon City Transportation Service. Data analysis techniques, data collection, data reduction or simplification, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Researchers obtained data and information obtained from various sources with in-depth knowledge, including the Head of Department and his employees. The results of research regarding the leadership role of service heads in improving employee work discipline in the Cirebon City Transportation Service must be able to improve work discipline so that employees work in accordance with the regulations in the Cirebon City Transportation Service.

This research focuses on sales accounting information system problems which play a role in supporting the smooth running of the sales process. The problems that occur can be overcome with an accounting information system. In carrying out its activities, companies really need clear and relevant information to make decisions. One of the information needed is company accounting information that can support the company's survival. The Accounting Information System (AIS) is a technological framework that integrates accounting processes with information technology to increase efficiency and accuracy in managing financial data. This research explores the role of AIS in the modern organizational context, focusing on its success in providing relevant, timely and reliable accounting information. The analysis covers aspects of technology implementation, system integration, data security, and its impact on managerial decision making. The findings of this research can provide important insights for companies looking to optimize their AIS to support growth and sustainability.
