Abstract

The Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) method is a method that prioritizes learning meaningfulness and effectiveness by creating a cognitive-constructivism framework-activity conceptual framework. Students' cognitive ability is one of the domains in the taxonomy of education, Cognitive theory emphasizes how the process or efforts to optimize the ability of rational aspects or thinking abilities possessed by others. The problems of this research are as follows: 1) To what extent is the implementation of the Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) method on the subject of Qur'an Hadith class X at MAN 1 Kudus?. 2) To what extent are the students' cognitive abilities in the subject of Qur'an Hadith class X at MAN 1 Kudus?. 3) Is there any effect of the Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) method on the cognitive abilities of students in the class X Qur'an Hadith subject at MAN 1 Kudus?. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques used through questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation of related agencies at MAN 1 Kudus. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The implementation of the Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) method on the subjects of the X Qur'an Hadith class at MAN 1 Kudus is considered to have a good influence because the results of the mean (average) questionnaire method of Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) shows a value of 80.48 from 40 respondents and is included in the interval (78-81) which is the "good" category. 2) Cognitive ability of students in the subject of Qur'an Hadith class X at MAN 1 Kudus is considered to have a good influence because the mean (average) result of the student cognitive ability questionnaire shows a score of 80.35 out of 40 respondents and is included in the interval ( 78-81) which is the “good” category. 3) There is a significant effect of the Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) method on students' cognitive abilities in the subjects of the X Qur'an Hadith class at MAN 1 Kudus by using linear regression statistical analysis one predictor found Freg = 11.75, then consulted on Ftable regression with df = 40-1-1 = 38. At the 5% significance level, the Ftable = 4.10 and at the 1% significance level the Ftable = 7.35. Then it is known that (11.75 > 7.35 > 4.10) the Freg value is above or greater than the rejection limit for both. Thus, the hypothesis that "there is a positive and significant effect of the Meaningful Instructional Design (MID) method on students' cognitive abilities in the subject of Qur'an Hadith class X at MAN 1 Kudus", is accepted both at a significance level of 5% and 1%

Abstract

Analysis of Work Motivation and Islamic Leadership in Improving Employee Performance at Cv. Indonesia 100 Publishing. The purpose of this study are, First to determine work motivation in improving employee performance. Second, to find out Islamic leadership in improving employee performance. Third, to determine work motivation and Islamic leadership in improving employee performance. With the results of research work motivation and Islamic leadership in improving employee performance if supported by several conditions: First, understand the basic process of motivation, needs models, action objectives and the influence of experience and expectations. Second, knowing the factors that renew motivation, the pattern of needs that drive towards the target and the circumstances in which these needs are met or not met. Third, Knowing that motivation cannot be achieved simply by creating a state of complacency can lead to complacency and weakness. Fourth, leadership is a one-way or reciprocal influence process to achieve obedience. Fifth, Islamic leadership can touch from various aspects of life such as how to make friends in companies, live in companies according to Islamic sharia and live as a state. Sixth, employee performance goals are a specific statement that explains the results that must be achieved, when and by whom the targets to be achieved are completed. Seventh, performance standards explain what managers expect from workers so that employees must understand them. Performance standards are the yardstick against which performance is measured to be effective.

Abstract

The Influence of Lego Constructive Games on the Spatial Visual Intelligence of Early Childhood Group A in RA Darul Muqomah Bulung Kulon Jekulo Kudus in 2019/2020. Constructive play is a game that creates, creates, shapes, and builds something, product, work or creation using physical objects such as blocks, crayons, bricks, plasticine, dough (flour dough), clay, sand , lego, paint, crayons and markers by symbolically representing the ideas that are in the child's mind. Playing using lego can provide a stimulus to early childhood to develop their visual spatial intelligence, because by using constructive lego, children will be interested in playing and describing the ideas that are in their mind into three-dimensional objects according to the child's imagination. From here, children are able to improve their spatial visual intelligence. This study aims to determine the effect of lego constructive play on spatial visual intelligence of early childhood group A in RA Darul Muqomah Kudus. The approach used is a quantitative approach with the type of pre-experimental research with the design of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were all group A in RA Darul Muqomah Kudus, totaling 33 students. This study uses data collection methods, namely tests, observation, documentation and tests. The data analysis method used is the normality test and hypothesis testing. The results obtained are the average pretest and posttest of early childhood visual spatial intelligence has a difference of 4.94, and the average posttest score is higher than the average pretest score. The results of the Paired Sample T-test analysis showed a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. In accordance with the criteria if the significant value <0.05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that the constructive lego game affects the spatial visual intelligence of early childhood group A in RA Darul Muqomah Kudus.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that the LOCAL CONTENT OF THE NU-AN (Analysis of the Formation of National Characters of Students through SKI Material), namely: First, the development of NU's local content subject matter was developed in accordance with the conditions and conditions of the class and in accordance with the innovation in accordance with the themes and material to be delivered to students. Second, the national character that must be possessed by students through the subjects of NU's local content is the national character that is typical of the Indonesian people, namely polite, polite, friendly, greeting each other, nationalism, patriotism, love for the homeland, and tolerance. Third, the effectiveness of NU's local content subject to the formation of student national character through Islamic Cultural History material, this is very effective because Isam's Cultural History material in Islamic history in Indonesia pioneered by Walisongo, and Walisongo itself is one of the reasons Nahdhotul Ulama stands. The Nahdhotul Ulama was preached by using the Wali Songo method in spreading the teachings of Islam without leaving tradition and culture, and this was continued by the Nahdhotul Ulama until now. And from the example of the founding figures Nahdhotul Ulama can be embedded in students who are the next generation of the nation.

Abstract

Postcolonialism is currently one of the political and theoretical strategies to dismantle Western hegemonies. The focus of this research is an analysis of the post-colonial theory, the views of the figures on the post-colonial theory, how the post-colonial theory is used as an alternative in the study of international relations. The purpose of this study is to analyze how post-colonial theory is, the views of the figures on post-colonial theory, how post-colonial theory is used in the study of international relations, and examples of the application of postcolonial theory in the study of international relations. This writing uses qualitative methods with literature studies using secondary data, using data from books, journals and websites. Postcolonialism theory has an important meaning, it is considered capable of uncovering the hidden problems contained behind the reality that has ever happened. Colonialism uses colonial discourse to amplify the distinction between the colonized and the colonized worlds. They study the colonized people and describe it in various forms of media, writings, films, advertisements, brochures, pictures and other media. The results of this paper examine how the theory of postcolonialism is and how to analyze how the theory of postcolonialism is, the views of the figures on the theory of postcolonialism, how the theory of postcolonialism is used in the study of international relations, and examples of the application of the theory of postcolonialism in the study of international relations

Abstract

Endogamous marriage and polygamous marriage. These two types of marriages have several problems of their own, both in terms of rules and social ethics. Thus the aim of the researcher is to find out about marriage in the Qur'an (a critical study of endogamous and polygamous marriages). This study uses a maudhu'i interpretation approach, a method of interpretation that seeks to find answers to the Koran by collecting verses of the Koran that have one purpose, which together discuss certain topics/titles and put them in order according to the period of their descent is in accordance with the causes of their descent, then pay attention to these verses with explanations, explanations and their relationships with other verses, then consider the laws. The research question to be answered is marriage in the Qur'an (a critical study of endogamous and polygamous marriages). Based on the results of the research that the author has done, it is concluded that marriage, with all the rules set out in it, has a noble goal, namely to obtain peace and happiness in life. A marriage that does not produce peace in his days, then the marriage has the potential to fail. In achieving this goal, humans with all religious norms and social norms that apply in their environment, have their own terms and conditions in determining a married couple. This is not prohibited as long as everything is intended for the common good and neither party has any objections and is treated unfairly. Because marriage is a sacred worship that involves both people in order to achieve peace of mind which is a shared goal.

Abstract

The form of modernization of science through continuous Islamic education until now. One of the modern reformers in Indonesia is Nurcholish Madjid. He is a reformist Islamic figure who has experienced two educational cultures, namely Islamic and secular (Western) education culture, traditionalist and modernist. Nurcholish Madjid has made efforts to reform Islamic education, but the world of Islamic education is still faced with several problems. Nurcholish Madjid is of the view that a good education is what can form a liberal and critical human being, where he can become a free person. According to him, Islamic education systems and institutions will become weaker, not recognized or even disappear, if the education system only prioritizes moral aspects, does not develop science and technology. This shows that Nurcholish Madjid's thoughts on Islamic education must be renewed from its systems and institutions by consciously formulating the vision and goals of education to be more advanced and able to respond to the times
