KALBISIANA Jurnal Sains, Bisnis dan Teknologi adalah jurnal akses terbuka akademik yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan integrasi sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Abstract

Mothers have many roles and mothers have also been widely constructed in various media products, including video klip “Bertaut”. this study aims to determine the construction of the mothers role described in the video klip Bertaut. This study uses the theory of social reality construction of mass media and a qualitative approach and uses the Semiotics method of Roland Barthes with his idea known as two orders of signification which includes denotation, connotation, and myth. The results of this study found that mothers played a role in filling in the void in their childern’s families who were intach as if they were whole again. This research also includes strengthening the role of mothers including mothers who care for their children, mothers who provide warmth, independent mothers, mothers (grandmothers) who care for their grandchildren, and mothers who provide peace.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an application that can classify odd and even license plate automatically. The YOLO and CNN models are trained using a dataset consisting of 1900 images of license plate of belgian cars, and 35000 images of license plate characters. The license plate images has been given annotation using LabelImg. The license plate character images is divided into 35 class, in which each class has 1000 images, these clases consist of the number 0-9 and the letter A-Z with the exception of the letter O. The model is then implemented into an application, for the development of said application, this research uses the incemental model. An accuracy of 99,06% is achieved from the experiment result of the model that is used on this application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the capital adequacy ratio, non-performing finance, third party funds affect the profitability of Islamic banking. The grand theory in this study uses Agency Theory. The population in this study is Islamic banking registered on the OJK website. Using purposive sampling technique by using secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the capital adequacy ratio has a positive and insignificant effect, third party funds have a negative and insignificant effect on the profitability of Islamic banking and non-performing finance has a negative and significant effect on the profitability of Islamic banking.

Abstract

Tip Top is a company engaged in sharia-based supermarkets. Tip Top utilizes Instagram social media as a marketing communication medium; therefore, it takes the right strategy and is able to maximize marketing activities through digital. Reviewing the marketing communication elements, the purpose of this study is to find out how the Tip Top strategy utilizes Instagram social media as a marketing communication medium, using a post-positivism paradigm and a qualitative approach. The results of this study are strategies for utilizing Instagram's social media using Instagram feed features, Instagram stories, Instagram live and Instagram ads to support marketing activities. In addition, digital marketing activities aim to strengthen the identity of the Tip Top brand that breathes Islam and increases brand awareness from the public

Abstract

Abstract: The ex- partner figure was someone who has a meaningful impression from each couple. In the same case in Toko Barang Mantan the movie. The aim of this research is to describe the figure of an ex- partner in Toko Barang Mantan the movie. This research is using the theory of construction reality in mass media. Meanwhile, for the method, this research is using Charles Sanders Peirce semiotic analysis method with trichotomy of Sign, Object, Interpretant. This research found the result about ex- partner was someone who has positive and negative sides, the description of positiveside of ex- partner as a learning and also motivation in someone life in otherside negative effect fromex partner is an individual who does not respect each other, betrayed, and also selfish nature Keywords: Film, Construction Reality Social In Mass Media, Ex- Partner, Semiotic Abstrak: Sosok mantan kekasih merupakan sosok individu yang banyak memiliki arti dan kesan beragam dari setiap pasangan. Begitu juga sosok mantan kekasih yang digambarkan pada film tokobarang mantan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggambaran sosok mantan kekasih dalam Film Toko Barang Mantan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce dengan trikotominya yaitu sign, object dan interpretant serta teori yang mendukungnya yaitu Teori Konstruksi Realitas Sosial di Media Massa. Penelitian ini menemukan sebuah hasil yang menggambarkan sosok mantan kekasih merupakan sosok individu yang memilikidua paradigma yaitu sisi negatif dan juga positif. Sisi positif dalam penggambaran sosok mantan kekasih ini dianggap sebagai sebuah pembelajaran dan juga motivasi dalam pembelajaran kehidupan. Sisi lainnya yang dianggap sebagai sisi negatif ini ditemukan bahwa sosok mantan kekasih dianggap sebagai individu yang tidak menghargai orang lain, tidak setia, dan juga memiliki sifat egois. Abstract

This study has one goal, namely to be able to identify the similarity of paintings through painting imagery and from the image of the painting that has been input will show which artist's work is supposedly similar to the image that has been input. The algorithm used is a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). This study used painting imagery data from Kaggle in the form of a folder. The image data used was 4299 which was divided into training data and testing data with a total of 3444 data from 11 classes and as testing data as many as 855 from 11 classes. The framework used in this study is ResNet-50 and the Convolutional Neural Network which is applied is Tensorflow Keras. From the results of the study, it has produced an accuracy value of 24% with an average probability of up to about 80% and above.

Abstract

This study aims to create a web-based tax reporting system application for palm oil cooperatives. This application can only be used for oil palm cooperatives because the business flow of each type of cooperative is different. The method used is Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the development software used is Visual Studio Code with JavaScript programming language. The results obtained in this study are that this application can fulfill all workflows in palm oil cooperatives, has a complete transaction journal and can facilitate or speed up cooperative management in tax reporting

Abstract

In this study, researchers discuss the problems faced by Kalbis Institute students when they are using the learning management system (LMS). This study aims to help solve problems with interface design solutions. The researcher used the user centered design (UCD) method as a research method, python and power BI as a data processing tool, the Slovin formula as a determinant of the sample space, and a user experience questionnaire as a testing tool.

Abstract

The The HPTL (Other Tobacco Processing) industry is experiencing a fairly rapid development of innovation and technology. These developments have resulted in competition between one company and another. With the development of information and communication technology, companies must be able to communicate their marketing effectively to disseminate information and attract consumers to make purchases related to the products of their company. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with post-positivism paradigm. The results of this study indicate that UPODS implements a marketing communication mix through advertising, sales promotion, events and experiences, public relations and publications, direct and interactive marketing, and personal selling.

Abstract

Pastors are representatives of God in the world. A pastor must have a reflection of the attitude and behavior of God. Reflections of God's self such as, humble, kind, serving, and forgiving. In mass communication products such as films, priests are depicted in various ways, such as the figure of a priest in the film The Devil All the Time which is described as different from the figure of a priest in general. The purpose of this study was to determine the depiction of the figure of a priest in the film The Devil All the Time by using the constructivism paradigm. This study uses a qualitative approach and uses the Social Reality Construction Theory and uses Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic analysis with the triangle of meaning, namely sign, object and interpretant. The results of this study found that there are several depictions of the figure of a priest, namely the figure of the priest in this film is described as a perverted figure, likes to humiliate others, a liar, often denies his actions, is emotional, selfish where the figure of the priest in The Devil All The Time is different. from the figure of a priest in general.
