Keyboard Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah jurnal akademik, akses terbuka, dan peer-review yang didirikan dan pertama kali diterbitkan pada tahun 2024 oleh Yayasan Grace Berkat Anugerah. Berfokus pada budaya, ekonomi, dan hukum karena dilihat dari perspektif Indonesia. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan wadah bagi akademisi, peneliti, dan praktisi yang memiliki multi disiplin ilmu untuk menerbitkan artikel-artikel ilmiah yang diadopsi dalam berbagai aktivitas pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan penelitian terapan lainnya. Artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan di Keyboard Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat meliputi hasil-hasil penelitian ilmiah asli, artikel ulasan ilmiah yang bersifat baru, atau komentar atau kritik terhadap tulisan yang ada dimuat di Keyboard Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat maupun dalam terbitan berkala ilmiah lainnya. Abstract

Leadership is the ability or intellegence of a person to encourage a group of people to work together in carrying out activities aimed at achieving common goals. The webinar with the theme "Unlock Your Leadership Potential" was held to provide insight and practical strategies in developing leadership skills through this learning. The implementation method adapts the Laswell and Shannon Weavers's model with stages ranging from preparation, implementation and provision of materials or education, to the evaluation and feedback stages. The participants' understanding of leadership through this soft skill learning was generally quite good, as evidenced by the participants' positive responses to the material presented and active participation in the question and answer and discussion sessions. This indicates that the webinar succeeded in achieving its main objective of providing insight and practical strategies in developing leadership skills. In addition, the evaluation from participants and the suggestions given also provided valuable input for organizing similar activities in the future, including in terms of compiling materials, delivering, and organizing sessions. With this webinar, it is hoped that participants can understand the importance of non-technical skills in leadership, recognize various important knowledge for a leader, and obtain methods and techniques to improve these skills.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan dalam rangka optimalisasi manajemen dalam rangka untuk meningkatan pendapatan pelaku usaha serta memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan. Melihat kondisi saat ini banyak dari pelaku usaha khususnya Usaha Mikro Kecil Mengah yang masih kurang pengetahuan dalam optimalisi manajemen. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Café Candu Kopi yang berlokasi di Jalan Bangau Sakti Panam Kota Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi, dengan kegiatan yang dimulai dari persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini juga dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi serta pendampingan pelaku usaha UMKM. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwasanya optimalisasi manajemen sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan kepuasan pelanggan sehingga usaha ini dapat terus berkembang dan sukses

Abstract

The increasing age of marriage (PUP) is an action taken by the government to increase the age of first marriage, so as to achieve a healthy reproductive age for women of 2o years and for men of 25 years. With a total of 25.53 million incidents of child marriage throughout the world, Indonesia ranks fourth in child marriage statistics (UNICEF, 2023). One of the big problems related to violations of children's rights is child marriage. Based on data, almost 1 in 9 women get married and have children before the age of 18. Therefore, initiatives to stop child marriage are very important. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), in 2022, 33.76% of Indonesian teenagers will marry for the first time at the age of 19 to 21 years. The implementation of the service was carried out using booklet media containing about maturing the age of marriage and the impact of early marriage which was carried out pre and post to determine teenagers' knowledge about PUP. The number of service targets is 60 people. Place of implementation at GBKP Church Km 8 Medan. The results obtained before being given the booklet, the majority of teenagers had poor knowledge about PUP, 47 people (78.3%) and after being given the booklet, the majority of teenagers had good knowledge, 57 teenagers (95.0%). During the implementation of the service, teenagers were very enthusiastic about participating and almost all teenagers understood about PUP.
