Abstract

Masalah makroekonomi yang selalu dihadapi suatu Negara yaitu inflasi, dimana pada dasarnya inflasi merupakan kenaikan harga secara umum pada suatu barang yang berlaku dalam suatu perekonomian dari suatu periode ke periode berikutnya. Inflasi sendiri terjadi disebabkan oleh dua hal yang sangat rentan menimbulkan peningkatan inflasi, diantara factor tersebut yaitu Demand-Pull Inflation dan Cost-Push Inflation dimana dua hal tersebut berhubungan dengan zakat, investasi, nilai tukar, BI rate dan pengeluaran pemerintah karena dapat memicu perubahan inflasi.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh zakat, investasi, nilai tukar, BI rate dan pengeluran pemerintah terhadap inflasi di indonesia periode 2009-2019. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS, BI, Kemendag melalui laporan instansi yang terpublikasikan yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan Program E-Views 10.  Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) variabel zakat, investasi, nilai tukar, BI rate dan pengeluran pemerintah secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap inflasi di indonesia periode 2009-2019. (2) variabel zakat, investasi, nilai tukar, BI rate dan pengeluran pemerintah secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap inflasi di indonesia periode 2009-2019. (3) Konsep inflasi dalam padangan islam mengacu pada teori inflasi Al-Maqrizi yang menyatakan bahwa inflasi terjadi bisa terjadi oleh keadaan alamiah dan juga human error serta system yang tidak transparan dan akuntabel. Terjadinya peningkatan inflasi ini dapat diminimalisir dengan konsep zakat melalui demand pull inflasition, sedangkan investasi berperan dalam menekan inflasi melalui cost pust inflation. Disisi lain juga bahwa variable makroekonomi seperti nilai tukar, BI Rate dan Pengeluaran Pemerintah berperan mengendalikan inflasi dengan merapkan konsep islam yaitu larangan riba, maysir dan mengutamakan asas keadilan.

Abstract

The flower garden in the Jati Agung District is one of the tourism assets based on local agro tourism, which is a flower display garden. With this flower garden tour, the Jatimulyo community can be independent without depending on others and can be an opportunity for the local community to help their economy. Therefore, assistance is needed in the form of developing science and technology for the trading community in that place. This type of research includes field research. This research will eventually be analyzed, so the research process raises data from problems in the field relating to the development of flower garden tourism objects in empowering the community of Jatimulyo village, Jati Agung sub-district, South Lampung district according to an Islamic economic perspective. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the impact of developing tourism potential on community economic empowerment in flower garden tourism is the independence of the community in developing self and regional potential for community and regional development. The economic empowerment of the community according to Islamic economics is as the goal of Islamic economics itself, namely all the rules revealed by Allah SWT in the Islamic system that lead to the achievement of goodness and prosperity. Therefore, a flower garden tourism object in a religious view is positive, because it is run in a good way to achieve a good goal as well. Therefore, suggestions that can be given are to the local government of Jatimulyo village and Jati Agung sub-district, it is hoped that they can continue to develop ideas or ideas for the development of tourism objects and can continue to socialize and invite local people to be aware of tourism and can participate in the development of tourism management that can improve tourism. community and regional welfare.

Abstract

Interest in sharia tourism must be responded to by developing sharia tourism businesses in Lampung Province, so that it can help move the economy of Lampung Province. Unfortunately, at this time sharia tourism in Lampung Province itself is still being done half-heartedly. It has been proven that it is only limited to conventional tourism development. If it is done well, it will certainly be a huge opportunity, and it has the potential to boost the country's foreign exchange reserves for the Muslim tourist market of Lampung Province. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The increase in tourist visits shows that Lampung Province has a magnet for tourists who want to visit Lampung Province.  The economic potential of halal tourism in Lampung Province can be seen from pilgrimage, culinary and cultural tourism which can continue to be developed into a lucrative economic potential especially with the support of the government and other elements such as academics and practitioners. The opportunity for halal tourism in Lampung Province is very large because the majority of the population of Lampung Province is Muslim and the increasing number of tourists both local and foreign who come to Lampung Province. At the same time, the tourism potential that is owned is also very much in demand. However, several challenges that Lampung Province must also pay attention to are how then the marketing strategy can be carried out properly and accommodate the interests of other tourists (non-Muslims). Therefore, it is very important to develop halal tourism because its influence is not only on the Islamic economic sector but also a source of state income.

Abstract

This study aims to see the impact by Covid-19 on the economic. This study purpose to see the success of various government regulations and policies to contain the negative impacts on the economy as well as to seek economic recovery. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method, while the source of data used in this study is secondary data. This study uses secondary data from the 2019-2021 financial statements. The population in this study are conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The determination of the sample in this study amounted to 102 using the type of purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, F test model feasibility, and test T. The results of the research, show that the CAR, BOPO, LDR ratios have a positive influence on stock returns, NPL and ROA have no effect on stock returns, while Economic Conditions have a negative effect on stock returns during Covid-19.

Abstract

Para ahli hukum Islam secara sepakat mengakui keabsahan mudharabah ditinjau dari segi kebutuhan dari manfaat pada suatu segi dank arena sesuatu dengan ajaran dan tujuan syari’ah dan segi lainnya. Cara penghitungan keuntungan dalam bagi hasil mudharabah yaitu dalam pembagian keuntungan harus dinyatakan dalam bentuk persentase antara kedua belah pihak. Bagi untung dan rugi bila laba besar, maka kedua belah pihak mendapatkan keuntungan yang besar dan sebaliknya. Menentukan besarnya keuntungan ditentukan berdasarkan kesepakatan masing-masing pihak yang berkontrak. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis  tinjauan hukum Islam tentang sistem bagi hasil usaha bersama. Penelitian ini merupakan library research. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari buku-buku, literatur, jurnal, karya tulis, dan internet. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan berdasarkan Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia No:l05/DSN-MUI/X/2016 Tentang Penjaminan Pengembalian Modal Pembiayaan Mudharabah, Musyarakah, dan Wakalah Bil Istitsmar. Menurut Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia menjelaskan bahwa keuntungan harus disertai oleh kesediaan menanggung resiko. Dalam bekerja sama seharusnya pelaku bisnis menegakkan sistem keadilan pada pembagian keuntungan maupun kerugian, sebagaimana yang dijelaskan dalam Al Qur’an Surah An Nahl ayat 90. Dalam melakukan perjanjian kerja sama harus menerapkan sikap transparan terhadap hal-hal yang berkepentingan terhadap usaha yang dijalankan. Dan dalam pengambilan keputusan, harus atas dasar persetujuan dan keridhaan kedua belah pihak.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of leverage, company size, age of the board of commissioners, and size of the board of directors on Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) disclosure. The study also considers profit growth as a moderating variable. The research focuses on companies listed on the Sharia Securities List from 2019 to 2021. A total of 537 research data points were collected over a 3-year period using purposive sampling techniques to select 179 companies from a population of 246 companies. The study employed the Random Effects Model approach for panel data regression to test hypotheses and the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) model to examine the moderating variable. The Eviews program version 10 was used for data analysis. The results indicate that leverage has a negative effect on ISR disclosure, while company size does not significantly affect ISR disclosure. The age of the board of commissioners has a negative impact on ISR disclosure, whereas the size of the board of directors positively influences ISR disclosure. The relationship between leverage and ISR disclosure is strengthened by profit growth moderation. However, profit growth does not moderate the effect of company size or the age of the board of commissioners on ISR disclosure. The moderation effect of profit growth is also absent in the relationship between the age of the board of directors and ISR disclosure.

Abstract

In general, the results of the research that the author did on fattening cattle, it can be concluded that Mekarmulya Village, Sekampung District, East Lampung, that in empowering the community in community-based livestock activities (PIR), there are four stages, namely the awareness stage, the capacity building stage, the empowerment stage, the capacity building stage (development of capacity) and the ability to expand connections, relationships and synergies while maintaining the values of mutual interest and commitment to mutual success (networking). starting from providing insight or knowledge about the benefits of participating in fattening cattle and the process of fattening cattle. Provide training to the participants prior to the fattening of the cows. Giving freedom to the participants so that the participants do not only focus on fattening cattle, but can carry out daily work activities. Income from participating in the people's nucleus farming (PIR) program has certainly experienced a lot of changes, and in the economy it has certainly experienced good changes, that way the economic changes in the household have changed quite well and people who have participated in the people's nucleus farming (PIR) can become better in the economy. The interest of the participants in participating in the people's nucleus farming (PIR) also varies, of course, some feel that the income they get from working for the company is not sufficient for their daily needs, and some are looking for income after retiring from the company.

Abstract

Participant contribution (premium) is a form of mutual cooperation in which each participant contributes funds to PT. Al Amin Syari'ah Life Insurance and these participants are entitled to compensation for their contribution based on the amount of shares (premium) owned (paid). In the context of Sharia, financial investment can be understood as engaging in trade or business endeavors. These business activities encompass various forms, including enterprises focused on products, assets, or services. This research is a study conducted using a combined approach of quantitative and qualitative methods. The application of the analytical method in this study is to use a combination of quantitative and qualitative. Based on the correlation coefficient test, the results stated that the participant fund contribution variable (X) had a moderate effect on the underwriting surplus value variable (Y). From the hypothesis test with consideration of the decision to compare the tcount value with the ttable value, the results state that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. Based on the determination test, the results stated that the variable contribution of participants' funds (X) only affected the underwriting surplus value variable (Y) of 23.6%. It can be concluded from the study's findings that the hypothesis proposed has been invalidated, as no significant impact was observed between the contribution of participant funds and the underwriting surplus value at PT. Al Amin Sharia Life Insurance in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pilihan nasabah terhadap pembiayaan murabahah dipengaruhi oleh kepatuhan syariah dan keterbukaan di BMT Assyafi'iyah Berkah Nasional. Nasabah di BMT Assyafi'iyah Berkah Nasional yang telah menggunakan pembiayaan murabahah diberikan kuesioner kuantitatif untuk mengumpulkan data. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dari total 75 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan syariah memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembiayaan, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 1,231 dan probabilitas (p) = 0,011. Transparansi juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pendanaan, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,708 dan probabilitas (p) = 0,035.
