Abstract

This study takes a close look at Electric Cars (EVs) and Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles (ICEVs) in Malaysia to discover how they impact energy use, the economy, and the environment. This study is important because Malaysia is still a growing country with its own energy, economic, and environmental problems. It checks out how well Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles (ICEVs) work and how much power they need in various driving conditions. It does this by looking at the different types of energy used in Malaysia and how far car’s technology has comes. In terms of money, the study looks at how much both types of cars cost all together. The price of the car, the cost of repairs, the amount of gas used, and the effect of government support are all part of this. The study is mostly about how Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles (ICEVs) pollute and what effects they might have on the environment. This is to help Malaysia reach its goal of lowering greenhouse gas pollution. This study uses both data from the Malaysian government and data from other studies done in other countries. Statistics and comparisons are used to help with the study. The people who did the study think that the data will help us learn more about how people in Malaysia really feel about Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles (ICEVs). Customers, lawmakers, and people who work in the business will all be able to choose more eco-friendly ways to get around thanks to these results.

Abstract

The increase in the national human population, economic progress, and technological advancements have collectively resulted in a significant surge in the need for energy. However, the depletion of conventional resources and the crisis of global warming are impeding the government's ability to meet the requirements of its citizens. One potential solution to address the aforementioned issues involves the adoption of Waste-To-Energy (WTE) systems, which has the capability to convert various forms of trash into usable energy. In addition to serving as an alternative energy source, Waste-to-Energy (WTE) technology has the potential to alleviate the challenges associated with trash disposal within a given nation. Hence, the aim of this study is to critically examine the environmental, economy and energy consequences associated with Waste-to-Energy (WTE) practices within the nation. This article centers its attention on organic waste and biomass, including crop output, animal waste, sewage sludge, and municipal solid wastes (MSW), which collectively account for 57.39% of the total waste in the country. The objective is to explore their potential as energy sources.

Abstract

Abstract

PT Dwi Tunggal Citra Catering is a company focused on the catering industry that relies heavily on the effective and efficient selection of suppliers. This study implemented the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Best Worst Method (BWM) methods. Based on the results of the study using the AHP method, the evaluation criterion weight value is 0.33, delivery is 0.29, flexibility is 0.19, responsiveness is 0.11 and cost is 0.08. The result of the processing of criteria data with the BWM method and processing the supplier's weight data with each of the criteria with AHP, shows that supplier with the highest optimal weight is supplier C with the optimal weight of 0.9, while supplier B occupies the second position with the optimum weight of 0.07, and supplier A has the optimal weight of 0. So it can be appreciated that the priority supplier to cooperate further on the process of vegetable procurement in PT Dwi Tunggal Citra Catering is supplier C.
