Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of giving white turmeric extract (Curcuma zedoaria) and temulawak (Curcuma xanthorrhiza) in drinking water on broiler productivity. Broilers, white turmeric and temulawak were used in this study with 4 treatments and 4 treatments in a completely randomized design. The results of the study revealed that the administration of white turmeric and temulawak extracts in drinking water on broiler productivity had no significant effect, namely Feed consumption P0: 763.14 g / head / week, P1: 787.92 g / head / week, P2: 759.3, P3: 765.60 g / head / week, Drinking water consumption P0: 1833.65 mL / head / week, P1: 1819.69 mL / head / week, P2: 1747.74 mL / head / week, P3: 1825.40 mL / head / week, Body Weight Gain P0: 489.38 g / head / week, P1: 495.67 g / head / week, P2: 487.17 g / head / week, P3: 482.92g/head/week. Feed conversion P0: 1.53, P1: 1.55, P2: 1.52, P3: 1.54 and Feed efficiency P0: 0.67, P1: 0.67, P2: 0.68, P3: 0.66. Although statistically this study did not indicate any significant difference, but physically there was a difference.

Abstract

Samama (Anthocephallus macrophylla) is a type of forest tree found growing naturally ecologically this type of tree also likes secondary forest areas that are quite open to sunlight. Several field observations obtained that samama trees also like to grow in areas on the banks or around rivers that are dominated by alluvial soil with sufficient organic matter content. Alluvial soil is very suitable for cultivating samama plants because it produces good average growth in diameter and free branch height. Environmental factors such as soil fertility, soil moisture, soil acidity, temperature, air humidity and light intensity have a very significant effect on the growth of samama plants.

Abstract

This study has two main objectives, namely (1) Analyzing the level of suitability of the tourist area at Rutah Beach located in Amahai District, Central Maluku Regency and (2) Assessing the physical capacity of the Rutah Beach area. In collecting visitor data, the researcher applied the Accidental sampling technique. Based on the analysis conducted, the Rutah Beach recreation area located in Rutah Village, Amahai District, Central Maluku Regency obtained an average Tourism Suitability Index (IKW) score of 85%, which places it in the "very suitable" classification as a beach tourism destination. Meanwhile, the physical capacity of this beach can accommodate up to 820 people per day for picnic activities and 592 people per day for swimming activities.

Abstract

Negeri Suli Maluku Province, has various natural and cultural tourism potentials that can be developed into leading tourist destinations. This study aims to identify the natural and cultural tourism potential in Negeri Suli and map the existing tourist attractions using Geographic Information System (GIS). The data used in this research consists of primary data, obtained through direct observation and interviews with local communities, and secondary data from relevant institutions. The analysis used a qualitative descriptive approach, with mapping performed using ArcGIS 10.6 software. The results of the study show that Negeri Suli has a variety of tourist attractions, including beach tourism, land-based natural tourism, and cultural tourism.
