Abstract

This study aims to obtain information relating to factors that influence stock prices in real estate companies and construction in 2017 on the Indonesian stock exchange 2017. The population used was 555 companies with 85 samples taken by random sampling . The method in this study is descriptive quantitative. The results show that: l) There is no effect ofprice earnings ratio on stock prices. An increase in positive price earnings ratio will not increase the stock price, 2) There is a positive direct effect of earnings per share on stock prices. Increased earnings per share will affect the increase in stock prices. 3) There is no gf./&ct Qfdebt to equity ratio on stock prices. The increase in debt to equity ratio will not affect the increase in stock prices. 4) There is no effect Q/net income on stock prices. The increase in net prQ/it will not qffect the increase in stock prices, 5) There is a positive direct positive effect between price ratio, earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, and net prQ/it on stock prices Price erosion ratio, earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, and net profit will affect the increase in stock prices. For this reason, investors should be more observant fundamentally looking at price earning ratios, earnings per share, debt to equity ratio and net income. Which component is thought to be supportive and stronger influences, that must be seen clearly, so that in choosing stock prices can he done appropriately. Fundamentally these data are presented clearly in the issuers report that is usually reported once in a year, for long-term investors, the factors that affect the price Q/ the stock move simultaneously, let it be seen also other components of each of these variables . For example, bias can be readfrom the mathematical formula that exists from each of these variables. For short-term investors, you should use the technical analysis as a basic reference, measure and choose which stocks are worth buying, using a trend analysis (trand), but PER, EPS, DER and net profit can also be seen as a second opinion

Abstract

According to an initial survey conducted by researchers based on interviews with 15 prospective customers who were at Honda Dealers, that the promotions that had been carried out by Honda Dealers were deemed less emotionally interested in consumers, this was due to the lack of incessant promotions carried out by Honda Dealers. If the promotion is intense, consumers who were previously not interested in buying a product will become interested and try the product so that consumers make purchases from Honda dealers. To find out how big the influence of promotion strategies and prices on purchasing decisions at Honda dealers at PT. Primadelta Starlestari Rangkasbitung. This study involved a sample of 75 consumers at the Honda Dealer PT. Primadelta Starlestari Rangkasbitung. The data collection method is data processing. The data analysis method used is descriptive and hypothesis testing using regression analysis with SPSS 20.00 for windows program. It is known that the significance value for the simultaneous effect of X1 and X2 on Y is 0.004 and the calculated f value is 5.837 > from f table 3.12, so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted which means that there is an effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously affecting Y. In accordance with the research that has been done by the author Muchtar (2016) "The Influence of Promotional Strategies and Prices on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the performance of English teachers who are influenced by organizational culture, managerial skills and job satisfaction. Using a causal study through a survey at Public Elementary Schools in Lebak Banten, with a population of 125 English teachers, using a random sampling technique, 50 English teachers were taken, data for each variable were collected separately by the respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is path analysis using correlation and regression. The results prove that there is an influence of organizational culture on performance, there is an effect of managerial ability on performance, there is an effect of job satisfaction on performance, and there is an influence of organizational culture, managerial ability and job satisfaction together on performance.These findings indicate that organizations need to consider the variables of organizational culture, managerial ability, and job satisfaction in planning and developing human resources in public elementary schools in Banten Province.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of Price to Book Value (PBV) which is a ratio in seeing the value of a company so that goals can be realized properly. This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio on Price to Book Value in Manufacturing Companies (Food and Beverage Sub Sector) Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 39 companies. After selecting the sample using the purposive sampling technique, 12 companies were sampled. Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Autocorrelation Test. The hypothesis testing used in the study includes: Multiple linear regression analysis, Correlation analysis, Analysis of the coefficient of determination, t test, and F test.
