Abstract

This study aims to obtain information related to job  performance variables. Using a causal study through a survey of elementary school teachers throughout Cijaku District, Lebak Regency, Indonesia, for a population of 70 teachers with a sample of 60 teachers using Slovin sampling technique, data for each variable was collected separately by respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey method, while the analytical techniques used are correlation and regression analysis. The results prove that there is an effect of training and development on job performance, the effect of OCB on job performance, and competence on job performance. Furthermore, there is a joint influence of training and development, OCB and competence on job  performance. These findings indicate that organizations need to consider the variables of training and development, OCB and competence, in planning and developing teacher resources at SD Negeri Se – Cijaku District..

Abstract

In the context of the police, performance is the main focus in establishing legitimacy and fostering cooperation with the community. People who are satisfied with the performance of the police will be more willing to comply with the directions and rules given. however, there are several factors that can reduce performance, namely: weak leadership power, stunted pay for work, and insufficient capacity of police personnel. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between leadership power, work payment, and ability to the performance of the non-commissioned officers of the Pandeglang-Banten Police.This study was an analytic observational study with a cross sectional design. The sample was 60 police personel at POLRES Pandeglang, Banten. The research was conducted in February 2021. The dependent variable is performance and the independent variables are leadership power, payment of work, and the ability of members. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between leadership power, compensation and ability on the police performance of the Pandeglang Police in Pandeglang Regency (2021).

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information regarding whether performance is influenced by leadership style, training and development and competence. Using a causal study through a survey of PKH program facilitators in Lebak Regency, Indonesia, for a sample of 46 employees, data for each variable were collected separately by respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is path analysis using correlation and regression. The results prove that there is an influence of leadership style on performance, there is an influence of training and development on performance, there is an influence of competence on performance, and there is an influence of leadership style, training and development and competence together on performance. These findings indicate that organizations need to consider the variables of leadership style, training and development, and competence in human resource planning and development of the Lebak District PKH program facilitators.

Abstract

This research aims to identify factors that can explain the employee performance of the District Statistics Coordinator at the District / City BPS in Banten Province. The study focused on the effects of leadership, work discipline, and competency on employee performance. The research method employs a quantitative survey with 80 samples drawn from the District Statistics Coordinator's staff. A fascinating discovery from this study is the partial and simultaneous effect of the predictor variables when the R Square value is zero point five hundred sixty-nine. It may be deduced that the combined influence of leadership, work discipline, and competency on employee performance is 56%. At the same time, the rest are factors that are not covered by this research paradigm. These findings suggest that, at least in part, leadership, work discipline, and competency can be employed as predictor variables for employee success. These findings' consequences and recommendations are explored to enhance both academic and practical human resource management..

Abstract

This study aims to find the factors that can explain the performance of employees at the Regency / City BPS in Banten Province. The analysis was carried out by examining the influence of personality, work behavior, and work innovation on employee performance. The research approach used a quantitative survey from a total population of two hundred and forty-eight people, one hundred forty-nine samples were selected from the employees of the Regency / City BPS in the Banten Province. An interesting finding from this study is the partial and simultaneous effect of the predictor variables. By paying attention to the R Square value of zero point five hundred and sixty-eight, this means that simultaneously the influence of personality, work behavior, and work innovation on employee performance is fifty-six point eight percent, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside of this research model. . These results conclude that simultaneously and partially, the variables of personality, work behavior, and work innovation can be used as predictor variables for employee performance. The implications and suggestions of these findings are discussed for the benefit of academics and human resource management practitioners

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information regarding the possibility of whether job satisfaction is influenced by leadership, effective commitment and involvement. Using a causal study through a survey of elementary school teachers throughout Wanasalam District, for a population of 110 using the Cooper method, which is taking a percentage, the sample is 33 teachers. The sampling technique used is random sampling of the sample. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey method, while the analytical techniques used are correlation and regression. The results prove that there is an influence between leadership on job satisfaction. there is an effect between effective commitment to job satisfaction. there is an influence between job involvement on job satisfaction. there is an effect of leadership, effective commitment and work involvement together on job satisfaction. These findings indicate that organizations need to consider the variables of leadership, affective commitment, and work involvement in planning and human resource development in SD throughout Wanasalam District.

Abstract

This research aims to prove that empowerment, training, and team work greatly affect the performance of SMK Merdesa Serang employees. This causal quantitative research with survey method, uses empowerment, training and team work as independent variables, and employee performance as dependent variable. Data was collected using questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis techniques. The path analysis results revealed four important findings. First, empowerment has a significant effect on employee performance. Second, training has a significant effect on employee performance. Third, team work has a significant effect on employee performance. Fourth, all variables namely empowerment, job training, and team work together has an effect on employee performance. Overall these findings confirm that the performance of SMK Merdesa Serang employees is influenced by empowerment, training, and team work environment, so that SMK Merdesa Serang are advised to use these three factors as benchmarks in an effort to improve employee performane.

Abstract

In an era where the world has been formatted into a digital world or 4.0 in various sectors, quality human resources are needed. however, with employees who work not according to operational and management standards which results in decreased trust from the community. In 2017-2020 there are still employees' work ethics that do not have full integrity, work behavior is still not standardized, some employees work differently from what they should when collecting data. Given that there are still problems, the authors are interested in seeing how employee performance. This research was conducted to test and prove empirically the effect of Work Ethics, Work Behavior and Personality on Employee Performance. This research is a quantitative causal survey method using path analysis techniques. The survey method was used by giving a questionnaire to all employees as many as 60 people. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method that can describe employee performance. Data is presented in the form of descriptive data and is used by using the SPPS application version 2.1. Based on the research results, there is a positive and significant influence of Work Ethics on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant influence on Work Behavior on Employee Performance. there is a positive and significant influence of personality on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence on Work Ethics, Work Behavior, and Personality simultaneously on Employee Performance which is acceptable.

Abstract

Research on employee performance has been carried out by academics before, but explanations of employee performance through personality, self-efficacy, and work motivation are rarely done, so the authors fill this gap. This study aims to find factors that can explain the performance of employees at BPS Pandeglang Regency. The analysis was conducted by examining the influence of personality, self-efficacy, and work motivation on employee performance. The research approach uses a quantitative survey from a total population of fifty-two people, selected based on using the slovin formula as many as forty-two people/sample from BPS employees of Pandeglang Regency. An interesting finding from this study is the partial and simultaneous effect of the predictor variables. By paying attention to the R Square value of zero point six hundred forty-six, this shows that simultaneously the influence of personality, self-efficacy, and work motivation on employee performance is sixty-four point six percent, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the research model. this. These results give the conclusion that simultaneously and partially, personality variables, self-efficacy, and work motivation can be used as predictor variables for employee performance. The implications and suggestions of these findings are discussed for the benefit ofacademics and human resource management practitioners.

Abstract

Research to explore problems and solve problems of job performance of police officers at the Pandegelang Police used a causal study of police officers at the Pandegelang Police, Banten, Indonesia, for a sample of 46 Apparatus. Data for each variable was collected separately by respondents who filled out a questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is regression analysis. The results prove that there is a positive direct effect of transformational leadership on job performance. This means that an increase in transformational leadership will improve job  performance of the Pandeglang Police Apparatus. There is a direct positive effect of effective commitment on job performance. This means that an increase in effective commitment will improve job performance of the Pandeglang Police Apparatus. There is a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on job performance. This means that an increase in the job satisfaction of the police apartment will affect job performance improvement of the Pandeglang Police Apparatus. There is a positive direct influence between transformational leadership, effective commitment and job satisfaction on job performance. This means that increased transformational leadership, effective commitment and job satisfaction will affect job  performance improvement of the Pandeglang Police Apparatus. These findings recommend that organizations should consider transformational leadership, effective commitment and job satisfaction variables in human resource planning and development at the Pandegelang Police.
