Abstract

This study aims to obtain information related to the possibility of whether organizational commitment is influenced by managerial ability, communication and stress. Using a causal study through a survey at the Police Resort Lebak Polda Banten, Indonesia, for a sample of 85 personnel, data for each variable was collected separately by respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is path analysis using correlation and regression.The results prove that there is an influence of managerial ability on organizational commitment, there is an influence of communication on organizational commitment, there is an effect of stress on organizational commitment, and there is an influence of managerial ability, communication and stress together on organizational commitment.These findings indicate that organizations need to consider the variables of organizational culture, discipline, and work motivation in planning and developing human resources at the Lebak Police Resort, Banten Police, Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information related to whether performance is influenced by organizational culture, discipline and work motivation. Using a causal study through a survey at the Bawaslu District / City Secretariat in Banten Province, Indonesia, for a sample of 40 employees, data for each variable was collected separately by respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is path analysis using correlation and regression.The results prove that there is an influence of organizational culture on performance, there is an influence of discipline on performance, there is an influence of work motivation on performance, and there is an influence of organizational culture, discipline and work motivation together on performance.These findings indicate that organizations need to consider the variables of organizational culture, discipline, and work motivation in planning and developing human resources at the Bawaslu District / City Secretariats in Banten Province.

Abstract

Using a causal study through a survey at the ESDM office of Banten province, Indonesia, for a sample of 77 employees, data for each variable were collected separately by respondents who filled out a questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is path analysis using correlation and regression.The results prove that there is an influence of organizational culture on performance, there is an influence of interpersonal communication on performance, there is an influence of work involvement on performance, and there is an influence of organizational culture, interpersonal communication and work involvement together on performance.These findings indicate that organizations need to consider the variables of organizational culture, interpersonal communication, and work involvement in human resource planning and development in the ESDM office of Banten Province.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information regarding whether performance is influenced by transformational leadership, competence, and job satisfaction. Using a causal study through a survey at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Office Pandeglang, for a sample of 50 employees, data for each variable was collected separately by respondents who filled out a questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is path analysis using correlation and regression.The results prove that there is an effect of transformational leadership on performance, there is an influence of competence on performance, there is an effect of job satisfaction on performance, and there is an influence of transformational leadership, competence and job satisfaction together on performance.These findings indicate that organizations need to consider transformational leadership variables, competence, and job satisfaction in human resource planning and development at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Office Pandeglang.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information related to the possibility of whether performance is influenced by leadership style, compensation and discipline. Using a causal study through a survey at the regional office of the Ministry of Religion (Kanwil) of Banten province, Indonesia, for a sample of 37 employees, data for each variable was collected separately by the respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is path analysis using correlation and regression.Asil proves that there is an influence of leadership style on performance, there is a compensation effect on performance, there is a discipline effect on performance, and there is an influence of leadership style, compensation and discipline together on performance.These findings indicate that organizations need to consider the variables of leadership style, compensation, and discipline in planning and developing human resources in the regional office of the religious ministry (Kanwil) of Banten Province.

The method used in this research is quantitative survey method, while the analysis technique used is path analysis using correlation and regression.The results prove that there is an influence of organizational culture on performance, there is an influence of managerial ability on performance, there is an influence of discipline on performance, and there is an influence of organizational culture, managerial ability and discipline together on performance.These findings indicate that organizations need to consider the variables of organizational culture, managerial ability, and discipline in planning and human resource development at the Rangkasbitung Branch of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Indonesia.
