Abstract

The aspect of service quality is an important thing to consider to maintain business continuity. Based on the importance of services provided to customers, Gramedia must really pay attention to its services. Based on the assessment results through the Google Review Application, several aspects are still complained about by customers, indicated by a low rate. Low ratings can potentially influence other customers. This research was conducted to measure the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of Gramedia customers, followed by identifying Service Quality attributes that are important to improve using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) methods. The results of the analysis obtained a CSI value of 72.96% in the range of 100%. This indicates the need to improve service quality with 5 attributes that must be prioritised for improvement. Based on the analysis of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, namely the development of other supporting facilities such as playgrounds and reading rooms containing chairs and tables, adjusting and making parking system standards in collaboration with vendors, completing books and stationery equipment according to customer needs, using the latest e-catalog technology in service services, providing training for employees, and installing room layout information.

Abstract

PT Tristanista Global Indonesia is a company engaged in the distribution and marketing of medical and laboratory equipment. Currently, it is known that PT Tristanista Global Indonesia has been using only financial metrics to measure its performance. This focus on financial aspects alone has become a significant issue, as it is insufficient to guide the company through today's and future competitive business landscapes. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the company’s performance using the Balanced Scorecard and subsequently formulate strategies using SWOT Analysis to enhance the company's performance by leveraging its opportunities. The research results indicate that the overall performance measurement of PT Tristanista Global Indonesia, using the Balanced Scorecard method for the years 2021-2023, yielded a total score of -0.33. This score categorizes the company's performance as poor based on the rating scale. Following this, a strategic formulation was conducted using the SWOT Analysis on the SWOT diagram. It was determined that PT Tristanista Global Indonesia is positioned in Quadrant III, which supports the W-O (Weaknesses-Opportunities) strategy, commonly known as a turnaround strategy. In this context, as indicated by the SWOT Quadrant results, PT Tristanista Global Indonesia is advised to exploit available opportunities to address its internal weaknesses.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low creative thinking skills of students. This problem is due to the lack of student understanding of the material, learning has not given students creativity, learning takes place in one direction, and learning models that have not varied. The effort to overcome this problem is to use the PENA model. The purpose of this study was to analyze students’ creative thinking skills. This study used a qualitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research conducted for meetings in class V SDN Sungai Bilu 1 Banjarmasin, totalling 30 students, in semester II of the 2023/2024 school year. The type of data used is qualitative data consisting of observation results of students’ creative thinking skills. The result showed that there was an increase in creative thinking skills at each meeting. The ability to think creatively at meeting 1 to meeting 4 increased from 43% to reach 93% with “Very Good” criteria. Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that in Mathematics content using the PENA model can improve students’ creative thinking skills.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low scientific thinking ability of students in class V science content at SDN Kebun Bunga 6 Banjarmasin. This is because learning is too teacher-centered, students are rarely involved in practical activities or experiments directly, resulting in most students tending to be less active, uncritical, uncreative and have low reasoning power. Lack of interest or interest as well as students' abilities in learning science certainly has an impact on student learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to analyze students' scientific thinking abilities using the BERBERANI Model. This research used a type of classroom action research which was carried out in 4 meetings with 19 students in class V of SDN Kebun Bunga 6 Banjarmasin. The results of the research prove that there is an increase in students' scientific thinking abilities at each meeting, namely at meeting 1 the criteria were "fairly good" with a percentage of 52%, then this increased to 100% classically at meeting 4 with the criteria "Very Good". This shows that the BRAVE model can improve students' scientific thinking abilities.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low learning outcomes of students in mathematics subjects with decimal material, especially in the material of changing ordinary fractions become decimal. This problem is caused by students lack of understanding of decimal material, resulting in low student activity and learning outcomes, as well as because students are still less actively involved in learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of classroom action research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles. The subjects of this research consisted of 20 class IV students at SDN Gambut 10 in the 2023/2024 academic year. The results of the research show that teacher activity in cycle I and cycle II has increased and reached the "Very Good" criteria, student activity in cycle I reached the "Active" criterion and in cycle II it increased and was at the "Very Active" criterion, and student learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains reach 100% completion. Based on the findings in this research, it can be concluded that learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model has been proven to increase teacher activity, student activity and student learning outcomes in mathematics learning decimal material
