Abstract

This research analyzes marketing strategies using social media in property sales by Brighton Real Estate. In this digital era, social media has become a powerful platform for promoting products and services. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of social media marketing strategies in increasing property sales. The research method used is a case study, with data collected through interviews with property agents, social media content analysis, and consumer surveys. The research results show that the use of social media in Brighton Real Estate's property marketing strategy has had a positive impact on sales. Social media allows real estate agents to reach a wider audience, increase engagement and build relationships with potential buyers. However, this research also identified several challenges faced in implementing social media marketing strategies, such as the difficulty of measuring ROI (Return on Investment) appropriately and changes in social media platform algorithms that can affect content reach. In conclusion, marketing strategies using social media have opened up new opportunities for Brighton Real Estate to increase its property sales. By utilizing social media effectively, companies can expand their market reach and increase interactions with potential buyers. This research provides valuable insight for other real estate companies looking to leverage the potential of social media marketing in their industry.

Abstract

A mechanism is needed to control the problem of bad claims that often occurs in financial institutions. This study aims to measure the extent to which internal credit controls contribute to the reduction of bad claims. A descriptive qualitative research approach was used. Although there are still some limitations, this study shows that the implementation of internal controls in the credit system can help improve credit quality and reduce the percentage of bad claims.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to (1) explain the supporting factors that influence the success of entrepreneurial marketing through Shopee e-commerce business on Mamask business, (2) explain the factors that hinder the success of entrepreneurial marketing through Shopee e-commerce business on Mamask business, and (3) explain the approach to entrepreneurial marketing through Shopee e-commerce business. This study conducted qualitative research with a case study design. The data for this study was obtained through interviews with resource persons. This study used observation, interviews, and documentation to collect data. There are three components that must be considered when using Shopee e-commerce in marketing: marketing strategies, factors inhibiting marketing success, and factors driving the success of Shopee e-commerce marketing. The results of this study show that (1) by maximizing the factors supporting the success of Shopee e-commerce marketing.

Abstract

Gender-based leadership has become an increasingly important topic in management and organizational research, given the global push to achieve gender equality and empower women in the workplace. With more women participating in various economic and political spheres in Indonesia, this phenomenon has become even more significant. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review (SLR) on gendered leadership. By reviewing existing studies, this research will identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities in promoting gender equality in leadership in Indonesia. The research uses a literature review type of research. The main source of data in this literature review is secondary data. Leadership is influenced by complex and dynamic gender factors. Through a comprehensive research methodology, this article discusses various important aspects of gender-based leadership. Gender in leadership highlights how gender roles influence leadership style and effectiveness. Thus, a deeper understanding of gendered leadership can help identify effective strategies to empower leaders from different gender backgrounds.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas program pengajaran mengaji yang diinisiasi sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas keagamaan di Desa XYZ. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an dan pemahaman keagamaan masyarakat, terutama di kalangan anak-anak dan dewasa. Metode pengajaran yang digunakan adalah metode langsung dengan pendekatan interaktif, yang melibatkan membaca, menulis, dan memahami makna ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an dan pemahaman keagamaan peserta setelah enam bulan pelaksanaan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa program pengajaran mengaji berhasil mencapai tujuannya dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas keagamaan masyarakat Desa XYZ. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan program lebih lanjut termasuk evaluasi berkala dan kerjasama dengan lembaga keagamaan dan pendidikan.
