Abstract

ABSTRACKIn this discussion the problem is about game theory and competitive strategies from online transportation, namely Grab and Gojek to get customers amid the progress of information, transportation and communication, so that there will be an understanding of the second strategy of Transfortasi mode in the development activities in Indonesia. The methodology in this discussion is descriptive, which is one type of research whose purpose is to present a complete picture of social settings intended for exploration and clarification of a phenomenon or social reality studied, namely grab strategy and Gojek. After the review, it was found that basically the two Transfortasi online modes compete with each other but still prioritize excellent service in the form of ease of ordering, convenience in vehicles, applying cash and non-cash payments, and the most important is vehicle security. In terms of Islamic economic law the activities carried out by the two modes of Transfortasi are not prohibited because they do not violate the rules in the text and alhadist as long as the people associated with them comply with the rules set by the two service providers.

Abstract

Money related thoughts and inflation are things that Muslim scholars rarely observe. Al-Maqrizi proposed numerous ideas on money and inflation, and the goal of this research is to discover Al-Maqrizi's theory of money and inflation, as well as ways to cope with inflation. A qualitative research method using a conceptual approach or character study was applied. Content analysis was performed to analyze the data. The study's findings indicate that currency based solely on gold and silver can be accepted as a standard of worth. According to Al-Maqrizi, there are two types of inflation: natural inflation and inflation caused by human error (corruption and bad management, high taxation, and a rise in money circulation).

Abstract

Abstract This study tries to examine the problem of whether there is an influence of conventional bank interest rates and inflation on the volume of savings at Bank Muamalat IndonesiaSibuhuan. The data used in this study is secondary data using combined time series data (time period) which is based on quarterly financial reports from 2010-2017. The results of data processing show that there are simultaneous effects of variables on conventional bank interest rates and inflation on the volume of savings that can be accepted as a whole. While partially there is a significant negative relationship between the interest rates of conventional banks and the volume of savings, while partially there is a significant positive influence between the variable inflation on the volume of savings at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Sibuhuan.  Abstrak Penelitian ini mencoba mengkaji permasalahan apakah terdapat Pengaruh tingkat suku bunga bank konvensional dan Inflasi terhadap volume tabungan di Bank Muamalat Indonesia Sibuhuan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan mempergunakan data gabungan time series (kurun waktu) yang didasarkan pada laporan keuangan triwulan dari tahun 2010-2017. Hasil dari pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan variabel suku bunga bank konvensional dan Inflasi terhadap volume tabungan dapat diterima secara keseluruhan. Sedangkan secara parsial terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara tingkat suku bunga bank konvensional dengan volume tabungan, sementara secara parsial terdapat ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara variabel inflasi terhadap volume tabungan pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Sibuhuan.

Abstract

The purpose of the People's Business Credit (KUR) is to assist the community in developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The background of this research is how the implementation of the People's Business Credit, and whether the program is running effectively according to the plan that has been determined by the government in accordance with its objectives. This study aims to determine the effect of People's Business Credit on the improvement of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Padangsidimpuan. This research is a quantitative research, namely research that uses numbers in the presentation of data and analysis that uses statistical tests. The population of this research is 310 micro and small business actors and the sample taken is 76 people using purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of people's business credit (KUR) has a significant influence on micro and small medium enterprises with a tcount t table (7.110 1.666), then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted, it means that there is an effect of people's business credit on micro, small and medium enterprises in Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine and explore the factors that could influence behavioral tendency of potential client to choose sharia banks and existing client to loyal toward sharia banks, the paper focuses on college student of STAI DDI Sidenreng Rappang, which located in the regency of Sidenreng Rappang of South Sulawesi Province. This paper employs a qualitative approach, using a case study. This paper gathers data through open interview, which is to explore the factors that influence behavioral tendency to choose sharia banks among college students. The result of this paper indicates that there are three main aspect that influence college student to choose sharia banks, which is knowledge, since the student of STAI DDI Sidenreng Rappang, learn so much about the Islamic education, one of it explains the Islamic ethic in conducting business, further promotion factor also plays important role, as some student states that some of them choose sharia banks because they know, but some also stated that they didn’t know, which is why they didn’t use sharia banks service, indicating promotion plays important role in order to gain clients. The finding of this paper indicates promotion factor plays important role in influencing tendency to choose sharia banks, which this serves as critique and recommendation for sharia banks, to develop more aggressive strategies and approach to promote their firm. The Originality of this paper is the random takes on exploring probability of numerous factors that may influence tendency to choose sharia bank, while some research determines their focuses on what aspect they about dive in, this paper discovers the factor that influence behavioral tendency to choose sharia bank throughout the process of this research.

Goals to be achieved in this journal to analyze trade in the light ofIslamic moral values, where in the market there are two actors sipenjualand sipembeli. The main source of this journal is the study of literature.Author Taking conclusions There are some things in the trade that doesnot conform to the Islamic shariah. Therefore, there needs to beimprovement of systems and cooperation between all elements ofbusiness, community and government. In the Islamic value determination(determining) the price is not allowed, because the pricing is done bymarket forces, ie the power demand and power supply. This is inaccordance with Islamic trade krateristik where market participantsshould promote piety, fairness and kindness, keeping the symbols ofIslam, applying managerial good.

Abstract

ABSTRAK,Penelitian ini membahas mengenai konsep pemasaran Islam yang dilakukan oleh PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) se-kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan yang terdiri dari PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Oloan Ummah Sidempuan, Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Mitra Manindo Panyabungan, Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Sindanglaya Kotanopan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan strategi pemasaran produk funding di PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) secara langsung implementasi strategi pemasaran produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Implementasi strategi pemasaran PT. BPRS yaitu promosi secara berkelanjutan dengan jangka waktu yang relatif singkat, kemudian penerapan harga yang relatif murah dibandingkan dengan bank syariah lainnya, yaitu bank tidak mengenakan biaya administrasi pada rekening tabungan. PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) juga memberikan  layanan fasilitas jemput bola  untuk nasabah tabungan maupun nasabah pembiayaan.ABSTRACT,This study discusses the concept of Islamic marketing conducted by PT. Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) in South Tapanuli regency consisting of PT. Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Oloan Ummah Sidempuan, Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Mitra Manindo Panyabungan, Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Sindanglaya Kotanopan. The purpose of this study was to determine the funding strategy of marketing product planning at PT. Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) directly implements product marketing strategies. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study are the implementation of the marketing strategy of PT. SRB is a continuous promotion with a relatively short period of time, then the application of a relatively cheap price compared to other Islamic banks, namely banks do not charge administrative fees on savings accounts. PT. The Syariah People's Financing Bank (BPRS) also provides pick-up facilities for savings customers and financing customers.

Abstract

AbstractInvestment is something that needs to be done, through investment in assets that are not owned. So that it can generate profits and benefit others. But the people of Medan City have a fairly high level of consumption. For this reason, there needs to be an awareness of the importance of investment, especially for Muslims. The fact states that the number of domestic capital market investors is still very minimal. This paper aims to determine the determinants of Islamic investment attractiveness in the city of Medan. The method used is descriptive statistical analysis, with primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Respondents were 100 people. Based on the results of the study concluded that the perception of the Medan City community towards sharia investment is quite good. Where the public can welcome the presence of Islamic financial institutions. The community feels that Islamic investment products have a wide variety, clearly halal, the benefits obtained are adjusted to the contract conducted and the profit sharing system is carried out openly. The reason why Medan City people invest in sharia products is safer, definitely halal, trustworthy and religious demands. AbstrakInvestasi merupakan hal perlu dilakukan, melalui investasi harta yang dimiliki tidak diam. Sehingga dapat menghasilkan keuntungan serta bermanfaat bagi orang lain. Namun masyarakat Kota Medan memiliki tingkat konsumsi yang cukup tinggi. Untuk itu, perlu adanya kesadaran akan pentingnya investasi, khususnya bagi ummat Islam. Fakta menyatakan bahwa jumlah investor pasar modal domestik masih sangat minim. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penentu daya tarik investasi syariah di Kota Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, dengan data primer berupa kuesioner. Responden sebanyak 100 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat Kota Medan terhadap investasi syariah cukup baik. Dimana masyarakat dapat menyambut baik kehadiran lembaga-lembaga keuangan syariah. Masyarakat merasa bahwa produk investasi syariah memiliki banyak ragam, jelas kehalalannya, manfaat yang diperoleh disesuaikan dengan akad yang dilakukan dan sistem bagi hasil dilakukan secara terbuka. Alasan Masyarakat Kota Medan berinvestasi produk syariah adalah lebih aman, pasti halal, terpercaya dan tuntutan agama.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perkembangan pembiayaan perbankan syariah bagi UMKM ditengah Covid-19 dan peran perbankan syariah dalam memulihkan UMKM selama pandemic.  Jenis penelitian studi pustaka, menggunakan data sekunder, kemudian diolah oleh peneliti. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, mendeskripsikan perkembangan pembiayaan perbankan syariah serta peran perbankan syariah bagi pemulihan UMKM di tengah wabah Covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perkembangan pembiayaan di perbankan syariah yang disalurkan untuk UMKM selama pandemi Covid-19 mengalami penurunan. Penurunan pembiayaan terbesar terjadi pada pembiayaan BPRS untuk UMKM yang mengalami penurunan sebesar 14,88 persen, pembiayaan BUS untuk UMKM mengalami penurunan sebesar 14,17 persen, dan pembiayaan UUS mengalami penurunan sebesar 13,47 persen. Peran perbankan syariah bagi pemulihan UMKM di tengah pandemi covid-19 adalah meningkatkan porsi pembiayaan UMKM, mendampingi mereka para pelaku sebagai mitra, perbankan syariah dapat memberikan keringanan pembayaran, meningkatkan jumlah pembiayaan skema bagi hasil yang lebih tepat untuk pembiayaan UMKM.   Abstract The purpose study to determine development sharia banking financing for SMEs during covid-19 pandemic. Then to find role sharia banking recover SMEs during covid-19 pandemic. Type research used library research, data source used secondary data, which has published institutions processed researchers and from various pre-existing sources. Data analysis technique used research descriptive qualitative, describing development financing sharia banking and role of sharia banking for recovery SMEs during covid-19 pandemic. Results showed development of financing in sharia banking was distributed SMEs during covid-19 pandemic experienced decrease amount of financing. Largest decline in financing occurred in BPRS financing for SMEs, which experienced decline of 14.88 percent, BUS financing investment SMEs decrease 14.17 percent, and UUS financing decrease 13.47 percent. Role sharia banking recovery SMEs during covid-19 pandemic is increasing portion financing SMEs, assisting  them players as partners, sharia banking can provide payment, increasing number financing profit-sharing schemes more appropriate for financing SMEs.

Abstract

Abstrak Pandemi virus corona-19 memberikan dampak negatif bagi perekonomian global, termasuk Indonesia. Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia diprediksi minus 0,4%. Penerapan physical distancing telah mengurangi aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat sehingga terjadi penurunan penawaran agregat yang berdampak pada penurunan produksi. Dari sisi penawaran dan permintaan, Work From Home berdampak pada penurunan Permintaan Agregat, sehingga produksi menurun. Hal itu akan semakin merusak kelancaran mekanisme pasar. Ketika sektor ekonomi riil terganggu, krisis akan dirasakan secara merata oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat, sehingga berdampak pada sektor keuangan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi filantropi ekonomi Islam yang tepat dalam menghadapi pandemi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi literatur. Riset menyimpulkan bahwa ada beberapa kontribusi filantropi ekonomi Islam yang efektif dalam mengatasi pandemi. Kontribusi tersebut pertama, optimalisasi penerapan keuangan sosial (penyaluran dana ZIS, pengembangan infrastruktur berbasis wakaf, pembinaan dan pendampingan UMKM melalui pinjaman qardhulhasan). Kedua, pengembangan teknologi keuangan syariah bagi pelaku pasar online agar sesuai dengan ketentuan syariah Abstract The corona virus pandemic-19 had a negative impact on the global economy, including Indonesia. Indonesia's economic growth is predicted to be minus 0.4%. The application of physical distancing has reduced people's economic activity, resulting in a decrease in aggregate supply, which has an impact on decreasing production. From a supply and demand perspective, Work From Home results in a decrease in the Aggregate Demand, so that production decreases. This study aims to identify the appropriate contribution of Islamic economic philanthropy in the face of a pandemic. The research concludes that there are several contributions from Islamic economic philanthropy that are effective in overcoming the pandemic. These contributions are first, optimization of the application of social finance (distribution of ZIS funds, development of waqf-based infrastructure, guidance and assistance to SMME through qardhulhasan loans). Second, the development of Islamic financial technology for online market players to comply with sharia regulations.
