<![CDATA[Traffic congestion and limited parking spaces in the tourist area of Jalan Braga, Bandung City, have become significant issues that require innovative solutions. This study aims to design and implement a Smart Parking System using Internet of Things (IoT) technology and a mobile application to enhance efficiency, transparency, and convenience in parking management. The system is designed to detect real-time parking availability using ultrasonic sensors integrated with microcontrollers, and deliver this information to users through an Android-based application. Additionally, the system features parking slot reservation, digital payment, and parking data management for operators. Test results show that the system can reduce the time needed to find parking by up to 40% and increase user satisfaction. The implementation of the Smart Parking System in Jalan Braga is expected to support smarter and more environmentally friendly urban mobility in Bandung City.]]>

<![CDATA[Selasar Sunaryo Art Space, as one of the leading art spaces in Bandung, plays an important role as a bridge between art and society. This article aims to explore how a visit to Selasar Sunaryo can enrich individuals’ understanding of aesthetics and culture. Using a qualitative approach through survey and observation, this study collected data from visitors to analyze their views on the exhibited artworks and the socio-psychological impacts of the experience. The findings indicate that most visitors felt a deep connection with the local culture and gave positive assessments to the quality of the artworks. A visit to Selasar Sunaryo was considered an enriching experience of cultural and aesthetic knowledge. Thus, this study makes a significant contribution to the development of arts and cultural education in Indonesia, as well as encouraging more active participation from the community in local art activities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the development of foreign languages in the Cigadung Batik Tourism Village as an impact of increasing foreign tourist visits. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with interviews and direct observation of local people and visitors. The results of the study indicate that increased interaction between villagers and tourists has encouraged foreign language lessons, especially English, among the community. In addition, language training held by the tourism village manager contributed significantly to improving the foreign language skills of the residents. The conclusion of this study is that the development of foreign languages not only improves the quality of services in the tourism sector but also enriches local culture and strengthens intercultural relations in the Cigadung Batik Tourism Village .]]>

This training is very beneficial for employees because not only will their performance develop but they will also be ready when they will lead a company. Providing training to employees is an investment for the company not only for individuals, but for the company as a whole, with this training employees are helped to do the existing work, and improve their ability to carry out their work. It was found that there was a positive and significant influence between employee training and improving the quality of hotel services. <![CDATA[Curug Layung is a natural tourist destination in Bandung Regency that offers the beauty of a waterfall in a calm and natural setting. This study aims to analyze the attraction of Curug Layung and its influence on tourist visits. A descriptive quantitative method was used through observation and questionnaires distributed to visitors and site managers. The results show that natural beauty, easy access, and supporting facilities such as camping areas and trekking paths are the main factors attracting tourists. However, there are challenges such as limited facilities and lack of optimal promotion. This study suggests that improved management and promotional strategies are needed to strengthen Curug Layung’s appeal as a leading nature-based tourist destination.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of barista service quality on guest satisfaction at the Neo Dipatiukur Hotel Bandung, a hotel café will be successful when a barista shows the best service to hotel guests, this attitude has a major influence on the success of a hotel in the field of hotel beverages. The research method that will be used is through interviews and observations. Participation in this study consisted of hotel guests, baristas, and related hotel industries. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analysis techniques. The focus of the study includes the values of barista service quality, such as the technical skills of a barista in mixing a drink and serving it, grooming which is intended as looking attractive and dressing politely, the whether a barista at the Neo bandung hotel has worked following the SOP (standard operational Procedure) in the Hotel, then the friendly attitude carried out by a barista by implementing 3 s namely (smile, greet, peace), as well as communication skills and propessionalism carried out. The results of the study showed that the quality of barista service had a significant effect on guest satisfaction. The implication of thisstudy is the importance training for baristas to ensure optimal service standards to improve guest experience at Hotel Neo Dipati Ukur Bandung.]]>
