Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe consumer perceptions of the application of Good Corporate Governance in business online. Consumer perceptions obtained from experiences that have been carried out in shopping online because of the shopping system online that cannot meet the seller directly and cannot see the items to be purchased directly so that confidence is needed to ensure consumers buy goods online. Respondents in this study are consumers who generally have done shopping online. Sampling in this study was random. The data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and frequency distribution analysis. The results showed that the respondents on average gave answers that the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance with five dimensions transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness has been implemented by the business system online properly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze environmental performance as an independent variable against the value of the company as a dependent variable with financial performance as an intervening variable. This study used the population of all manufacturing companies in the chemical and basic industrial sectors as well as mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and ranked in proper in 2016-2018. This study uses Path Analysis as a method of data analysis. This study uses PROPER ratings published by the Ministry of Environment as a proxy of environmental performance variables. The Tobins'Q ratio in this study was used as a proxy of the company's value variable and Return On Equity (ROE) as a proxy of the financial performance variable. From the results of tests and analysis that have been conducted concluded that environmental performance has a significant impact on financial performance, environmental performance has a significant effect on the value of the company and environmental performance does not significantly affect the value of the company with financial performance as an intervening variable.Keywords: Environmental Performance, Financial Performance, Corporate Value.

Abstract

Now there are many applications that use computer-based information systems. Therefore, the existence of computers is one of the means to be able to process data and information better. Grand Yasmin, as a trading business engaged in retail sales whose development still requires a strategic plan. Therefore, in this thesis the writer will create a web-based sales accounting application which is expected to be one of the solutions for the development of the company. The purpose of this research is to develop a sales accounting application system that has existed before, but is still very dependent on the presence of a courier / driver in inputting daily sales reports at each Grand Yasmin counter. The program to be developed is a sales accounting information system using a web application with a database as a storage medium, namely using MacromediaMX 2004 software and ASP as a programming language. The method used is qualitative data analysis. The result of this research is that the information obtained by head office employees is faster and makes their work easier without having to eliminate the role of office employees.Keywords:Techonology, system, sales report, software Macromedia MX 2004

Abstract

In the recruitment and selection process in general, one of the indicators that is often used for college graduates is the Grade Point Average (GPA). Besides that, soft skills are also needed. The purpose of this research is to find out the opinion of the companies participating in the Job Fair on the role of GPA and soft skills in the recruitment and selection process for fresh graduates, what methods are used by job fair participating companies to assess the soft skills of fresh graduates and to find out what are the expectations of the participating companies. job fair on the ability of soft skills for fresh graduates in the future. The population of this study is all companies participating in recruiting applicants through the company job fairs that are participating in the SWCU Job Fair on March 6 and 7, 2014. The sampling technique uses saturation sampling. The sample in this study were companies that specifically opened vacancies from economics graduates. The results showed that the opinion of companies that participated in job fairs in assessing GPA was to standardize a high GPA because it was the main requirement but not absolute, because it was still supported by soft skill assessments. The method used by the company to assess soft skills is by using the interview method. The hopes for fresh graduates to have more soft skills, such as having more motivation and morale, having high self-confidence, practicing more communication skills and being more honest and working hard.Keywords:Recruitment, selection, ipk, softskill

Abstract

As one of the financial instruments, the development of capital markets could not regardless of the various influences of the environment that includes both economic factors that originate from internal and external companies. One of the Government's policy in 2016 which is quite a concern of investors is the publication of the regulation of the Minister of Finance (FMD) about a Tax Amnesty in Indonesia. To see how big the capital market's reaction against the policy of tax amnesty at the time before and after implementing the policy, then the research will test whether tax policy is the abnormal return can give amnety and improvement trading volume of activity towards the property sector companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index. These studies use quantitative methods with the event study approach. The population in this study i.e. the property sector companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index. Determination of purposive sampling technique using samples with specific criteria that result in 4 samples of research. The observation period is 9 months before and after 9 months the implementation of the policy of tax amnesty. Data analysis using the test of normality test and Paired Sample T-Test. Results of the research indicates that there is no significant difference against Trading Volume Activity (TVA) before and after the application of a tax amnesty policy with a value the significance of 0.645 > 0.05. While there is a significant difference against Abnormal Return (AR) between the period before and after the application of a tax amnesty policy with the value significance of 0.001 < 0.05. In other words, a hypothesis first (Ha1) rejected, whereas (Ha2) accepted.
