Abstract

Pengabdian ditujukan kepada mahasiswa semester 7 PGSD Universitas Ngudi Waluyo. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah mahasiswa belum memahami jenis-jenis aplikasi pembelajaran, kreativitas mahasiswa dalam membuat aplikasi pembelajaran masih rendah, serta keterampilan mahasiswa dalam penerapan aplikasi pembelajaran masih rendah. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, demonstrasi dan praktik pembuatan aplikasi, pendampingan penerapan penggunaan aplikasi dalam pembelajaran, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini peserta kegiatan telah mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dengan rata-rata 93,33%, yaitu pengetahuan tentang jenis-jenis aplikasi pembelajaran 95%, kreativitas mahasiswa dalam membuat aplikasi pembelajaran 87% serta keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menerapkan aplikasi pada pembelajaran 98%.. Oleh karena itu, hasil kegiatan pelatihan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi kolital ini dapat dikatakan berhasil dalam kategori sangat baik. Program pengabdian berupa pendampingan pembuatan aplikasi perlu terus diupayakan demi menunjang kreativitas mahasiswa serta luaran mahasiswa.

Abstract

Banks are a source of information about a bank's financial position, performance and changes in a bank's financial position which are very useful for assessing a bank's financial performance. This research aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. In this research, the method used is a quantitative method in the form of PT financial report data. Bank Mandiri Tbk which was published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. This study uses an analysis of the Return Of Assets (ROA) ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Non Performing Loans (NPL). it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk can be stated to be in good condition and can restore financial performance and is already prepared to face the issue of economic recession after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The development of packaging design in Indonesia continues to increase quite significantly, especially in products that are used daily such as packaging and other products in circulation. Nowadays, packaging also functions as a very effective and efficient promotional medium because the information on the packaging will be conveyed directly to consumers when a product is seen or purchased by a consumer. In product packaging design, color changes often occur, where the color changes do not comply with the standards of the AKD (Domestic Medical Devices) circular , which sometimes means designers or related parties may misunderstand or interpret the instructions contained in the Domestic Medical Devices circular. . This can result in color changes that are not as expected. The formulation of the research problem is how to use color in the packaging design for Mask, ShosCover , MobCap products according to the standards of the Domestic Medical Devices circular at PT. Medika Maesindo Global?. The aim of this research is to determine and assess color suitability which involves evaluating whether the colors used in the packaging design comply with the standards of the Domestic Medical Devices circular at PT. Medika Maesindo Global.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain the impact of digital marketing and brand image on work interest as intervening variables. The data collection method was carried out through questionnaires to 100 Scarlett Whitening consumer respondents, using techniques of non-probability sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence of the variables digital marketing on buying interest, while variable brand awareness also has a positive and significant effect on buying interest. The brand ambassador variable does not show a significant influence on purchasing interest, while the online customer review variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest. Apart from that, the brand image variable also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest, as well as variable digital marketing, brand awareness, brand ambassador and brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and online customer does not a significant influence on purchasing decisions. However, the purchase interest variable was not proven to be an intervening variable that mediates the influence of digital marketing, brand awareness, brand ambassador, online customer review and brand image on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Now there are many applications that use computer-based information systems. Therefore, the existence of computers is one of the means to be able to process data and information better. Grand Yasmin, as a trading business engaged in retail sales whose development still requires a strategic plan. Therefore, in this thesis the writer will create a web-based sales accounting application which is expected to be one of the solutions for the development of the company. The purpose of this research is to develop a sales accounting application system that has existed before, but is still very dependent on the presence of a courier / driver in inputting daily sales reports at each Grand Yasmin counter. The program to be developed is a sales accounting information system using a web application with a database as a storage medium, namely using MacromediaMX 2004 software and ASP as a programming language. The method used is qualitative data analysis. The result of this research is that the information obtained by head office employees is faster and makes their work easier without having to eliminate the role of office employees.Keywords:Techonology, system, sales report, software Macromedia MX 2004

Abstract

Kondisi Perekonomian Indonesia saat ini menjadi kunci untuk mengukur keberhasilan suatu negara dalam mempertahankan perekonomiannya, terutama pada masa pandemi covid-19 yang membuat perekonomian dunia terpuruk,tidak sedikit dari perusahaan perusahaan raksasa yang gulung tikar dan tidak sedikit pula karyawan yang di PHK dari perusahaan terkait dengan penurunan permintaan dan kesulitan bahan baku yang dialami oleh perusahaan. Namun tidak semua perusahaan mengalami keterpurukan, tercatat perusahaan technologi yang listing di BEI banyak mengalami kenaikan dikarenakan sebagaian besar masyarakat memanfaatkan teknologi dalam berbagai hal, sehingga membuat perusahaan teknologi berkembang pesat di era pandemi yang membuat sebagian besar masyarakat bekerja dari rumah karena Pembatasan Sekala Besar-besaran yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Jurnal ini membahas mengenai terjadinya indikasi kinerja keuangan berdasarkan rasio Profitabilitas (NPM), Likuiditas (CR), Aktivitas (TATO) dan Rasio solvabilitas (DER) pada teknologi yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2018 sampai 2020 yaitu dari saaat sebelum pandemi covid-19 melanda dunia.

Abstract

The Implementation of Digital Literacy in English Language Learning for Students of SMK Muhammadiyah Ungaran Semarang Regency is carried out to increase students' interest in learning, especially in English lessons by applying digital literacy, especially Kahoot. The background of this activity is to overcome some problems in English learning, for example: lack of references and students' low interest in learning English. Learning methods that are less developed and carried out rigidly can cause boredom for students. Generating interest in learning English is one of the tasks and challenges for English teachers. The implementation of the activity begins with socialization to the students of Universitas Ngudi Waluyo who are involved in this activity, followed by coordination with the target school regarding the implementation schedule. It ends with reporting the results of activities after the implementation of the program is complete. This program provides benefits not only for the students but also for the teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah Ungaran. The English teachers get new insight for teaching method by using digital application. Abstract

The use of cosmetics has become a necessity and lifestyle, especially for teenagers who often try various types of cosmetics. The use of cosmetics by teenagers is intended to maintain healthy facial skin, increase self-confidence, overcome acne and follow trends in society or their idols. Cosmetic purchases by teenagers are often made based on information obtained from social media, reviews from friends or communities, internet sources or television. Online purchases in the marketplace are often influenced by reviews from previous cosmetic buyers, but reviews from buyers do not necessarily guarantee the truth of the information provided. The aim of educational activities for students of SMA Negeri 2 Ungaran is to increase students' knowledge on how to identify the authenticity of cosmetics and how to find information on prohibited cosmetics. The activity was carried out with the target participants of SMA Negeri 2 Ungaran class X students as many as 13 male students and 18 female students. Educational activities were carried out through presentations, discussions and questions and answers. The level of student understanding was measured using post-test questions that were done after the presentation of material from the resource person. The results of measuring the level of student understanding about the legality of cosmetics and BPOM mobile had a good level of knowledge of 67.75%, moderate at 25.81% and lacking at 6.45%. It is necessary to carry out educational activities for adolescents with a wider scope. ABSTRAK Penggunaan kosmetik telah menjadi kebutuhan dan gaya hidup terutama remaja yang sering mencoba berbagai jenis kosmetik. Penggunaan kosmetik pada remaja ditujukan untuk menjaga kesehatan kulit wajah, meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, mengatasi jerawat serta mengikuti tren di masyarakat ataupun idola mereka. Pembelian kosmetik pada remaja seringkali dilakukan berdasarkan informasi yang didapatkan dari media sosial, review dari teman atau komunitas, sumber internet maupun televisi. Pada pembelian secara online di market place seringkali dipengaruhi oleh review dari pembeli kosmetik sebelumnya namun review dari pembeli belum tentu menjamin kebenaran informasi yang diberikan. Tujuan kegiatan edukasi di siswa SMA Negeri 2 Ungaran untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa bagaimana melakukan identifikasi keaslian kosmetik serta mengetahui bagaimana cara mencari informasi kosmetik yang dilarang. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan sasaran peserta siswa SMA Negeri 2 Ungaran kelas X sebanyak 13 siswa laki – laki dan 18 siswa perempuan. Kegiatan edukasi dilakukan dengan presentasi, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Tingkat pemahaman siswa diukur menggunakan soal post test yang dikerjakan setelah pemaparan materi dari narasumber. Hasil pengukuran tingkat pemahaman siswa tentang legalitas kosmetik dan BPOM mobile memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik sebesar 67,75%, sedang sebesar 25,81% dan kurang sebesar 6,45%. Perlu dilakukan kegiatan edukasi pada remaja dengan lingkup yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Era Industri 4.0 menuntut kesiapan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang tidak hanya terampil secara teknis, tetapi juga memiliki kompetensi digital yang memadai. Pendidikan vokasi seperti Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memiliki peran strategis dalam menyiapkan lulusan yang siap bersaing di dunia kerja berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan digital siswa SMK KANAAN Ungaran melalui pelatihan literasi digital yang aplikatif dan kontekstual. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui lima tahap, yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan modul, pelatihan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Materi pelatihan mencakup penggunaan aplikasi berbasis cloud, keamanan digital, pembuatan portofolio digital, dan personal branding. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test peserta, dengan rata-rata kenaikan 25,5 poin. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan perubahan sikap terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi secara profesional dan produktif. Kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif dalam penguatan kesiapan digital sebagai bagian dari pembangunan SDM unggul dan adaptif di era Revolusi Industri 4.0.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is the biggest global humanitarian challenge the world has ever faced. The Covid-19 pandemic has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including people's consumption patterns, especially in shopping behavior. This study aims to analyze changes in online shopping behavior of retail consumers in Indonesia post-Covid-19 pandemic, while identifying the potential for sustainable digital transformation in the retail sector. Social restrictions during the pandemic have encouraged consumers to shift from traditional (offline) shopping methods to online shopping, especially in purchasing essential needs such as food, daily necessities, and fashion products. This shift has not only affected consumers, but also small and medium business actors, including food stalls, grocery stores, and convenience stores, which have begun to utilize digital platforms to survive the economic challenges. This study uses qualitative and quantitative approaches to explore consumer behavior, involving surveys, interviews, and analysis of online transaction data from various e-commerce platforms. The results of the study show significant changes in consumer preferences, where convenience, time efficiency, and ease of access are the main reasons for the increasing popularity of online shopping. In addition, digital transformation in the retail sector is accelerated by technological advances and consumer adaptation to safer and more practical digital payment systems. The findings of this study reveal that online shopping habits formed during the pandemic are likely to continue even after the pandemic ends. This shows the great potential of e-commerce as an important element in the future retail ecosystem. This study also provides recommendations for consumers and businesses to continue to adapt to the development of digital technology, and take advantage of new opportunities offered by digital transformation. The implications of this study include the importance of collaboration between the government, business actors, and digital platform providers to support a more inclusive and efficient retail ecosystem. Digital transformation is not only a short-term adaptation solution, but also a foundation for creating sustainable business models in the future. Thus, online shopping is expected to become a major component in the development of the Indonesian retail sector, along with the increasing adoption of digital technology by the community.   ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 adalah tantang kemanusian global terbesar yang pernah dihadapi dunia. Pandemi Covid-19 telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pola konsumsi masyarakat, khususnya dalam perilaku belanja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan perilaku belanja online konsumen ritel di Indonesia pasca-pandemi Covid-19, sekaligus mengidentifikasi potensi keberlanjutan transformasi digital dalam sektor ritel. Pembatasan sosial selama pandemi mendorong konsumen untuk beralih dari metode belanja tradisional (offline) ke belanja online, terutama dalam pembelian kebutuhan esensial seperti makanan, barang kebutuhan sehari-hari, dan produk fashion. Pergeseran ini tidak hanya memengaruhi konsumen, tetapi juga pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah, termasuk warung makan, toko kelontong, dan toko serba ada, yang mulai memanfaatkan platform digital untuk bertahan di tengah tantangan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk mengeksplorasi perilaku konsumen, melibatkan survei, wawancara, serta analisis data transaksi online dari berbagai platform e-commerce. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan signifikan dalam preferensi konsumen, di mana faktor kenyamanan, efisiensi waktu, dan kemudahan akses menjadi alasan utama meningkatnya popularitas belanja online. Selain itu, transformasi digital dalam sektor ritel dipercepat oleh kemajuan teknologi dan adaptasi konsumen terhadap sistem pembayaran digital yang lebih aman dan praktis. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kebiasaan belanja online yang terbentuk selama pandemi kemungkinan besar akan terus berlanjut, bahkan setelah pandemi berakhir. Hal ini menunjukkan potensi besar e-commerce sebagai elemen penting dalam ekosistem ritel masa depan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi bagi konsumen dan pelaku usaha untuk terus menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan teknologi digital, serta memanfaatkan peluang baru yang ditawarkan oleh transformasi digital. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mencakup pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, pelaku bisnis, dan penyedia platform digital untuk mendukung ekosistem ritel yang lebih inklusif dan efisien. Transformasi digital tidak hanya menjadi solusi adaptasi jangka pendek, tetapi juga menjadi fondasi untuk menciptakan model bisnis yang berkelanjutan di masa depan. Dengan demikian, belanja online diperkirakan akan menjadi komponen utama dalam perkembangan sektor ritel Indonesia, seiring dengan semakin besarnya adopsi teknologi digital oleh masyarakat.
