This research is based on the phenomenon of religious dynamics of the community in Indonesia which is directly adjacent to the values of local wisdom.  Local wisdom is the identity of the Indonesian nation as an archipelagic country that has social, cultural, and ethnic diversity in one framework of diversity. So that the concept of religious moderation emerged by prioritizing moderate values in multicultural and multireligious human life. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the relevance of the concept of religious moderation in the context of religious dynamics and local wisdom in Indonesia. The research method used with literature study research through a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the values of religious moderation have relevance to various local wisdom of the Indonesian people such as mutual cooperation, deliberation, and tolerance. Culture is a form of manifestation of local wisdom both in architecture and social activities of the community so as to encourage an inclusive and tolerant Islamic society. Abstract

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health issues faced by modern society, including Indonesia, and many individuals still experience persistent symptoms despite receiving conventional treatments. This study aims to analyze how Qur’anic spirituality, particularly the concepts of qalb, prayer, dhikr, and fasting, contributes to the regulation of anxiety. This research uses a qualitative library approach by examining Qur’anic verses, classical and contemporary tafsir works including Indonesian interpretations, as well as relevant studies in Islamic psychology. The findings indicate that the Qur’anic concept of qalb positions emotional disturbance as a condition linked to the state of spiritual awareness. Prayer strengthens psychological coping by building trust and inner stability. Dhikr purifies the heart and reduces emotional tension, while fasting enhances self-control and supports mental balance. These findings imply that Qur’anic spirituality can serve as an integrative therapeutic framework that complements contemporary approaches within Islamic psychotherapy, especially in contexts where spiritual meaning is essential to emotional healing.

Abstract

The mining moratorium policy does not constitute a new approach for solving mining cases in Indonesia. The mining moratorium policy refers to reducing deforestation as the primary focus of the policy through temporarily stopping the issuance of mining business licences (IUP). The aim of this study is to examine the concept of the mining moratorium policy following the revelation of environmental damage caused by mining activities of Raja Ampat in 2025. Due to the Raja Ampat case, the Ministry of Forestry imposed the moratorium of new Approval for Forest Area Utilization (PPKH) in Raja Ampat. Since the case, the concept of the mining moratorium policy has become a subject of public discourse. The Chairman of PBNU for Media, IT & Advocacy, Mohamad Syafi' Alielha (Savic Ali) has expressed concern on this discourse amid Nahdlatul Ulama’s attention to the mining consensus. Savic Ali is an activist who articulates his perspectives on religious, political, social, and economic issues through social media platforms (Facebook). This study is obtained from Savic Ali’s statement of his concept on the mining moratorium policy taken from social media for qualitative method analysis. The result of this study reveals that the concept of the mining moratorium policy initiated by Savic Ali goes beyond ecological conservation. The primary focus of this policy is not on permit and governance as priorities but emphasizes the transformation of human resource, digital literacy and creative economy.
