Abstract

The tourism sector is a problem related to travel as tourism is carried out due to the strength of the attractiveness of travel in the country. Tourists are a field that makes it possible to build the economy in the country. With the existence of a global halal lifestyle, it has led to halal tourism in countries, especially countries with a majority Muslim population, such as Indonesia. Halal tourism in Indonesia can affect economic growth. Many provinces and tourist destinations carry out halal tourism travel programs, halal tourism has very developed potential in Indonesia. In Islamic law, halal tourism law uses the guidelines of the Qur'an and sunnah. Halal tourism also pays attention to the values of Islamic teachings such as: (1) monotheism (oneness), such as providing mosque facilities; (2) 'adl (justice), Serving tourists in an equal way without bringing elements of SARA; (3) the khilafah (government), by using the method of legal regulation bringing the breath of Islam; (4) nubuwwah (predictions), concern for prophetic morality; and (5) ma'ad(back), implying an economy not only for the world but also for religion. This research aims to compare tourism and the development of Halal tourism in Indonesia and to understand the potential of halal tourism in Indonesia as a tourist destination

Abstract

Marketing through digitization media is very influential on young entrepreneurs by utilizing existing social media. In the use of social media such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, websites, platforms that can be used as brand enhancement, public interest in the products to be marketed, cooperation between entrepreneurs and loyalty. Currently the use of digital technology as an alternative in doing business. The purpose of this research is to find out the use of digital business strategies in developing businesses for millennial entrepreneurs. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using secondary data sourced from books, journals, other supporting scientific articles. This research is a literature study. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that digital business strategies have an effect on developing businesses that are being run by millennial entrepreneurs. Digital transformation is currently in the spotlight and requires in-depth consideration when responding to developments in information technology. In the millennial era, innovation is needed due to increasingly fierce competition in the business world. Using e-commerce and startup as a business innovation that is able to compete in the globalization era.

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology, an application for online shopping (marketplace) appears. One of the biggest in Indonesia is the Shopee marketplace. Within the Shopee application there is a payment feature that can be made in installments, known as Spaylater. the author uses an analytical descriptive method to describe how the process of borrowing, payment, and settlement occurs in the event of a delay in payment on paylater practices in the shopee application. Then for data collection methods using literature review and interviews via online. The results of this study are related to the view of Islamic economics, in view of Spaylater that there are conditions from contracts that are not fulfilled in Spaylater. Because in it there is a late fine given by the Spaylater, this late fine is included in usury ignorance. Therefore the practice of spaylater is not allowed in Islam because it contains elements of usury

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of brand image and cash on delivery on purchasing decisions at may Cakes Gg. Fertile, Banyan. Siantar District. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted at the may cakes store Gg. Fertile, Banyan. Siantar District. The time of this research started in July 2022 until August 2022. The population in this study were consumers of may cakes Gg. Fertile, Banyan. Pematang Siantar which totaled 500 people. The results of using the slovin formula in this study the researchers took a sample of 83 consumers of May Cakes Gg. Subur, Banyan Siantar who use cash on delivery services. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression method using the SPSS 20 program. The results of this study indicate that the t-count > t-table (4.697 > 1.29236) and a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.1 meaning that brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of May Cakes Gg. Fertile, Banyan. Pematang Siantar, then Ha1 is accepted. The t-count > t-table (2.081 > 1.29236) and a significant value of 0.041 is less than 0.1, meaning that cash on delivery has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of May Cakes Gg. Fertile, Banyan. Pematang Siantar, then Ha2 is accepted. Fcount value (30.191) > Ftable (3.111), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.1, it can be concluded that Ha3 is accepted, meaning that the brand image variable (X1) and cash on delivery (X2) have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions ( Y). the adjusted coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.656, this means that 65.6% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable while the rest (100% - 65.6% = 34.4%) is explained by other variables outside the variables studied .

Abstract

Along with the development of the era related to technology and information which is very fast, of course, many factors of life are required to use it. One form of business that is becoming the newest trend at this time is e-commerce. It's the same as the Raro fertilizer shop. To increase their sales they use e-commerce as a form of increasing income and from e-commerce also the public gets information about the Raro fertilizer shop using Facebook, Instagram ,web,shopee and lazada. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. is research conducted to collect information about existing symptoms, meaning to identify symptomatic conditions depending on the circumstances in which the research is carried out. The type of data source used is primary data obtained directly from the data source, in this case the researcher obtained data directly from the workers and shop owners of Raro Fertilizers. Store advertising media is more effective because it applies SEO techniques so that the shop address appears on the main search engine page. Customers do not need to come to the store when ordering fertilizer, because ordering transactions can be done online. By looking at the product list on the website's home page, customers can find out stock and more detailed information about the products being sold.
