Abstract

Stock prices are prices as they are on the stock exchange market at a certain moment and are decided by other market participants. The high and low price of these shares is determined by the demand and supply of these shares in the capital market. This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Earnings per Share on stock prices. The research method used in this study is to use a verifiative descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website www.idx.co.id. Data collection techniques with indirect collection. The population used is 68 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The selection of samples using the purposive sampling method with data obtained according to predetermined criteria was 15 companies. The data obtained were as many as 75 and analyzed by regression analysis of panel data, simultaneous tests (f tests) and partial tests (t tests). The test results show that Return on Assets does not have a significant effect on Stock Price, Return on Equity has a significant effect on Stock Price and Earnings per Share has a significant effect on Stock Price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of Product Completeness and Promotion on Consumer Purchase Decisions at the Toko Bazar Bangunan Tambun Bekasi. The research method used is descriptive and verification research methods with a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and Coefficient of Determination Test using SPSS version 27. Based on the results it shows that Product Completeness has an effect positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions and Promotions have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions and simultaneously Completeness of Products and promotions have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions as evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable which is 563.221> 3.10, when referring to the test of the coefficient of determination of 0.924 or 92.4% and 7.6% were influenced by other factors that were not investigated by the researchers. Thus, the relationship between the variables in this study has a very strong level of relationship.

Abstract

There is no single country whose economic growth is independent of the role of investment, one of the investment climate of a country is influenced by macroeconomic conditions such as inflation and interest rates. This study aims to examine and determine the effect of inflation and interest rate variables on stock returns at state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The method used in this study is a descriptive and verifiative statistical analysis method with a quantitative approach. The data used for this study is secondary data obtained from the results of the company's financial statements that have been published through the official website. Furthermore, the data obtained were tested and analyzed using the eviews12 statistical analysis tool using the panel data regression analysis method through several stages. The results of this study show that inflation and interest rate variables have no effect on stock returns at state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2021 period. This shows that inflation and interest rates cannot be used as a reference for investors to invest. Investors need to pay attention to and analyze other factors than inflation and interest rates that have the potential to affect stock returns.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan suatu daerah sangat mempengaruhi masa depannya, apakah daerah tersebut kuat atau lemah? Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui kinerja Pemerintah Daerah dalam menggunakan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja secara efektif dan efsisen serta mampu memaksimalkan sumber penerimaan daerah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif natural, melalui teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen/arsip di Sekretariat DPRD Kota Bogor. Berdasarkan analisis lapangan diperoleh hasil bahwa dari mulai rencana, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi anggaran, dilakukan dengan baik dan prosedural. Wajar kalau Kota Bogor mengalami kenaikan pendapatan Rp500 miliar dari tahun anggaran sebelumnya. Dan, APBD 2023 menargetkan pendapatan sebesar Rp 3,08 triliun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rasa penasaran terhadap suatu fenomena yang terjadi di lingkungan kerja, serta untuk memuaskan jawaban terhadap suatu fenomena yang ingin dibuktikan melalui proses yang scientific. Tujuannya, untuk mengetahui pengaruh work family conflict dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melalui kuesioner pada 92 sampel. Diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel Work Family Conflict terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Neuronworks Indonesia secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan, yang ditunjukan dengan nilai T-Hitung>T-Tabel sebesar (3,630>1,662) dengan signifikansi 0,05 (0,000<0,05). Variabel Stres Kerja secara parsial juga berpengaruh signifikan yang ditunjukan dengan nilai T-Hitung>T-Tabel (3.991>1,662) dengan nilai signifikansi (0,000<0,05). Kedua variabel tersebut secara simultan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan yang ditunjukan dengan nilai F-Hitung>Ftabel (32,389 > 3,10) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (0,000<0,05).

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang mendorong per­kem­bangan bank syariah ialah literasi keuangan syariah dan inklusi keuangan syariah yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Penelitian ini bertu­juan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh tingkat literasi keuangan syariah dan inklu­si keuangan syariah terhadap minat menggunakan produk dan jasa bank syariah di Kelurahan Kenanga Kecamatan Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon, dengan meng­gunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan studi lapangan. Data pene­litian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda melalui bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistic version 23. Hasilnya menun­jukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan literasi keuangan syariah dan inklusi ke­uangan syariah berpengaruh signifikan serta memiliki hubungan positif terhadap minat menggunakan produk dan jasa bank syariah di Kelurahan Kenanga Kecamatan Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon.

Abstract

Companies need employees who can provide extra roles that can have a good impact on the company. The extra role is known as organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Organizational citizenship behavior is an optional behavior outside of the employee's job desk, but can have a positive impact on the company. There are several factors that can affect OCB from internal factors, one of which is job satisfaction, while one of the external factors is organizational culture. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Sumedang Branch Office. The method used in this research is descriptive verification method through a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test the coefficient of determination. The results of the study state that job satisfaction and organizational culture have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

Akad Wa'd, yang merujuk pada janji atau komitmen untuk tindakan di masa depan, termasuk pada ’Kredit Mantap Usaha Pensiun’ (KMUP) yang ditujukan kepada pensiunan di Mandiri Taspen. Akad Wa'd membentuk dasar penting dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan KMUP. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini: bagaimana pengelolaan dana pensiun yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah? Dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pengelolaan dana pensiun yang berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Penelitian menggunakan metode field research dengan harapan diperoleh data secara objektif[1] terhadap percobaan akad Wa’d pada produk Kredit Mantap Pra Pensiun di Bank Mandiri Taspen cabang Buah Batu, Bandung. Diperoleh hasil bahwa Akad Wa'd memiliki implikasi dalam memberikan keamanan finansial kepada pensiunan, yang merupakan salah satu tujuan utama dari KMUP. Akad Wa'd, yang bersifat transparan dan akuntabel, membantu menjaga keadilan dalam perjanjian ini.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the economic conditions and the amount of money circulating in Indonesia in terms of the last five years, what policies will be issued by Bank Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the role of Bank Indonesia in stabilizing the economy and the amount of money in circulation through monetary policy. Object This research is an Indonesian bank using descriptive qualitative research. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This data was obtained by obtaining information and using secondary data by obtaining information through the official website of Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency and this research shows that the monetary policy implemented by Bank Indonesia has a significant role in maintaining economic stability and the amount of money in circulation.

Abstract

Pay is critical to both the existence of business and its employees. For many labourers, the only motivation to labour is the expectation of receiving compensation. This research examines how raising the minimum wage might improve worker discipline. It uses the West Java Province as a case study for 2024. Qualitative approaches and descriptive-analytical procedures are the methodologies used. sources and methods of data collecting discovered via a review of the literature. Both deductive and inductive data analysis methodologies are used to provide conceptual formulations on the influence of UMP on employee work discipline. It is anticipated that this study's findings will lead to final conclusions that will expand upon and support pertinent findings from earlier research. The findings indicate that compensation is the most difficult assignment for business and the most significant factor for employees because it indicates how much is valued by the workers, their families, and society as a whole. It's also significant for the industry since it shows how hard it works to keep its human resources committed and loyal to the sector. Employee motivation and work ethic will increase as a result of the pay increase.
