Abstract

Regional original income (PAD) is a type of regional income managed by regional governments, and one of them is Urban and Rural Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2). The data used in the existing PBB-P2 data collection is not relevant to current field conditions and it is important to update and test the data according to the technical guidelines of the Directorate General of Taxes number se-19/PJ.6/2003. This research aims to: 1) remap the tax area in Jorong Cupak and 2) test the mapping results using a wide difference tolerance test with a wide difference error limit of 10%. This research will use a type of geographic survey research with quantitative descriptive research methods which will focus on rapid mapping by utilizing community participation in interpreting Quickbird images for mapping and carrying out tolerance tests for the broad quality of tax objects for all tax objects resulting from mapping with the system. total sampling test. This research resulted in updated data reaching 149 tax objects in the Jorong Cupak sub and 51 tax objects in the Jorong Sijawijawi sub, with the Jorong Cupak sub having 52 new data or 35% and the Jorong Sijawijawi sub having 44 new data or 86%. And by carrying out a wide difference tolerance test, 184 data met the wide quality tolerance test or 91.54% and 17 data did not meet the wide quality tolerance test or 8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) atraksi, (2) akses yang terdapat pada objek wisata air terjun di Nagari Simpang Kapuak. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa objek wisata air terjun di Nagari Simpang Kapuak memiliki 3 air terjun yaitu Air Terjun Burai, Air Terjun Lubuk Bulan, dan Air Terjun Tanjaro. Potensi pada air terjun tersebut yaitu: (1) atraksi Air Terjun Burai yaitu keindahan pemandagan air terjun, keindahan pemandangan sawah, pemandian pada lubuk dan mengamati fauna dan flora. (b) atraksi Air Terjun Lubuk Bulan keindahan air terjun, tracking, camping, keberagaman fauna (c) atraksi alam Air Terjun Tanjaro berupa keindahan air terjun, keberagaman flora, spot foto (batu). (2) Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota menuju objek wisata Air Terjun Burai di tempuh dalam waktu 1 jam 5 menit dengan jarak 24 km, (b) Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota menuju objek wisata Air Terjun Lubuk Bulan di tempuh dalam waktu 1 jam 50 menit dengan jarak 33 km.(c) Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota menuju objek wisata Air Terjun Tanjaro di tempuh dalam waktu 1 jam 20 menit dengan jarak 26 km.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) mengetahui perubahan luas hutan mangrove di kawasan Mandeh pada tahun 2016 dan 2023 2) mengetahui tingkat kepadatan hutan mangrove di kawasan Mandeh 3) mengetahui konversi hutan mangrove di kawasan Mandeh. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan spasial menggunakan citra Sentinel-2A, teknik analisis data menggunakan indeks vegetasi terbimbing, NDVI dan EVI. Hasil penelitian 1) Perubahan hutan mangrove di kawasan Mandeh pada tahun 2016 hingga 2023 menunjukkan adanya pengurangan luas dari 603,42 ha menjadi 513,20 ha, berkurang sebesar 90,22 ha. 2) berdasarkan indeks vegetasi baik NDVI maupun EVI, kepadatan tinggi mendominasi hutan mangrove di kawasan Mandeh, dari hasil uji akurasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa EVI lebih besar dalam mengidentifikasi kepadatan mangrove dibandingkan NDVI, tingkat akurasi EVI sebesar 92,16% dan NDVI 74,51%. 3) konversi hutan mangrove menjadi lahan terbuka terbesar yaitu 48,84 ha, nagari Cerocok Anau Ampang Pulai merupakan nagari yang mempunyai fungsi konversi hutan mangrove terluas yaitu 51,40 ha.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) to identify changes in residential areas in the Lima Puluh District and (2) to determine where the highest changes in residential quality levels occurred in 2010 and 2020 in the Lima Puluh District.The research method used is the interpretation of high-resolution imagery and a scoring system for residential quality parameters using GIS software and applying the overlay technique to determine the residential quality levels.The results of this research indicate that the expansion of residential areas from 2010 to 2020 increased by 30.24 hectares. The residential quality in 2010 was categorized into 4 classes: poor quality with an area of 16.47 hectares, less good quality with an area of 221.24 hectares, fairly good quality with an area of 238.98 hectares, and good quality with an area of 46.75 hectares. For the year 2020, the residential quality was categorized into only 2 classes, but there were significant changes: fairly good quality with an area of 463.27 hectares, and good quality with an area of 52.62 hectares.

Abstract

FAO introduced the concept of Agro-Ecological Zones around 1978 to assist in integrated agricultural land planning and management. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the Agro-Ecological Zones of Agam Regency as a guideline for agricultural commodities, particularly horticultural commodities. This study utilizing Python programming. The analysis employs IF Else logic in Python to match the requirements of the Agro-Ecological Zones with the physical conditions of the region. The results of the analysis show that the main zone is dominated by Zone VII, which has slopes of less than 8%, covering an area of 81,146.44, where this zone is very suitable for horticultural crops due to its flat slopes. In the sub Agro-Ecological Zones, it is dominated by Sub-Zone D (dry land), covering 170,385.44, which has good, fast, and somewhat impeded drainage. Thus, it can be seen that the majority of the area in Agam Regency is suitable for crops that thrive on dry land, such as horticultural crops.

Abstract

The background of this research is the importance of comprehensive analysis for the proper development of agricultural commodities, one of which is through the agroecological zone approach. The research method uses a quantitative approach employing R programming to analyze agroecological zones using the if-else logic method. The results identify four main agroecological zones with varying slope characteristics. Zones suitable for horticultural crops are in Zones II, III, and VII, covering a total area of 88,108.32 hectares. X Koto District is the main vegetable production center, while fruit production is dominated by bananas, avocados, and sapodilla. R programming is used as an analytical tool due to its ability to efficiently process complex data and provide data visualizations that facilitate understanding of the analysis results. These findings are expected to improve agricultural efficiency and productivity in Tanah Datar District.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: 1) Land characteristics of Sungai Tarab District in terms of soil conditions, topography and climate; 2) Level of land suitability for sweet skin crops in Sungai Tarab District; 3) Falling prices due to instability in sweet skin production in Sungai Tarab District. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that describes the situation in the field. This research uses the maching method with a limiting factor approach to analyze the suitability of cinnamon land. Based on the results of the research, it was found: 1) The physical characteristics of the land in Sungai Tarab District are classified as suitable, but based on drainage and base saturation, a few areas have limited drainage and moderate steel saturation or >35; 2) The level of suitability of cinnamon land in Sungai Tarab District based on limiting factors has various suitability classes consisting of 2 classes, namely suitable (S2) with an area of ​​4372.88 Ha and marginally suitable (S3) with an area of ​​3960.66 Ha; 3) Decreasing productivity and falling prices caused by several limiting factors such as the quality of cinnamon and high rainfall will affect the quality of cinnamon itself. Abstract

Abstract Landslides are natural disasters that occur in mountainous or hilly areas, especially during the rainy season, Padang Panjang City has high rainfall, areas with slopes > 40% or in hilly areas that have the potential for landslides. The background of this research is to study the level of landslide disaster risk in Padang Panjang City and analyze landslide disaster mitigation efforts. The method used is a mixed method and uses overlay analysis techniques to analyze landslide disaster risk studies while mitigation efforts use AHP analysis techniques. The results of the research are the level of landslide danger in the medium class with an area of ​​1417.02 ha or 69%, the low class with an area of ​​632.06 ha, and the high class with an area of ​​7.97 ha, the level of disaster vulnerability in the medium and low classes. The risk level for landslides in the medium class is 1305.18 ha or 63%, for the low class it is 669.38 ha or 33%, and the high classification is 82.49 ha or 4%. Abstract

The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The objectives of this research are (1) To find out the physical characteristics (geomorphology, average tides, wave height, changes in coastline, beach slope, sea level rise and land use) at Sago Salido Beach, IV Jurai District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. (2) Find out the level of vulnerability of the coast of Sago Salido Beach to abrasion in IV Jurai District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. Measuring the level of coastal vulnerability in this study uses a weighting and scoring method based on the CVI (Coastal Vulnerability Index) parameter. The parameters used to determine coastal vulnerability are physical parameters and oceanographic parameters that are appropriate to coastal areas. The population in this study is along the Sago Salido coastline and sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, which is based on changes in the coastline. This research found 3 levels of coastal vulnerability to abrasion, namely a high level of vulnerability of 24% in the northern part of Kp. Sago Reef. The level of moderate vulnerability is 9% (5% in the central part of Kp. Karang Sago and 4% in the northern part of Kp. Karang Sago) and the level of low vulnerability is 67% (27% in the central part of Kp. Karang Sago and 40% in the southern part Kp. Karang Sago).

Abstract

This study was intended to determine (1) the distribution of land suitable for planting shallots in Pantai Cermin Subdistrict, Solok Regency, (2) the area of land that has been utilized and the potential of land for shallot cultivation in Pantai Cermin Subdistrict, Solok Regency. This research uses a quantitative description method with random data sampling. The method used is the Fuzzy method (fuzzification, inference system, and defuzzification) using 9 parameters namely: temperature, rainfall, slope, soil texture, soil depth, soil drainage, soil pH, soil CEC and base saturation. And the land area utilized using SPOT-7 and SAS Planet imagery is analyzed using Supervised with the Maximum Likehood method. (1) The extent of Shallot Land Suitability is: "Very Suitable" 942.17 Ha, "Moderately Suitable" 5988.81 Ha and "Unsuitable" 16178.13 Ha. (2) The area of shallot plantation that has been identified is 220.89 Ha, and currently 148.79 Ha has been used for settlements. The potential of shallot crop land is "Highly Potential" covering 809.06 Ha, "Moderately Potential" covering 5761.60 Ha, "Not Potential" covering 16170.68 Ha. Land utilized (very suitable) with an area of 133.09 Ha, land utilized (moderately suitable) with an area of 227.21 Ha, and land utilized (unsuitable) with an area of 7.24 Ha.
