Abstract

The dynamics of changing shorelines that always change from time to time are often too late to be known due to limited facilities and media in conveying the latest information. Crowdsourcing is an online distributed problem solving that utilizes the online intelligence of the community that serves specific organizational goals (C.Abraham, 2013). Crowdsourcing is a method in collecting data in the field by involving/participating internet users in collecting information. The limitations of map visual media in providing information became the background for the creation of a Web-GIS called Shoreline Alert. Shoreline Alert is used as a participatory and real-time forum in collecting and delivering data on shoreline changes that occur in the field. The results of using Shoreline Alert as a forum for collecting information are considered faster and more effective, because it shortens the time for information in the field to stakeholders related to the help of the internet network so that it can produce policies that are fast and on target to deal with the phenomenon of shoreline changes that occur in the field.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are (1) to find the productivity of pineapple in each pineapple farms and hamlet, (2) factors that affect the pineapple productivity, (3) elasticity of pineapple productivity, and (4) the interrelation of factors that significantly influence the pineapple productivity in Tambang District, Kampar Regency. The type of research is a verifiable descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are the pineapple productivity data, production of pineapple, land area, labor, seed, fertilizer, and pineapple farms shapefile. The analysis used are Cobb-Douglas production function and generalized linear regression. The results show that pineapple productivity in the Tambang district has an average of 41 ton/ha and the highest productivity is in the sub-village 1, Kualu Nenas Village. The factors affecting the pineapple productivity in the Tambang are land area, labor, the type of seed, and fertilizer that used. The whole factor of production is inelastic. The high pineapple productivity has a small area of land, a high work force, uses stem-bud seeds, and a lot of fertilizer and corresponds to what agriculturan r&d defines with a very low-low interpretation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This purposeof this study is to describe, analyze and discuss data on: Differences in students' environmental care behavior based on gender at SMAN 1 2x11 Kayutanam in the 2020/2021 school year. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative with the type of research used is Expost facto research. The population of this study were students at SMAN 1 2X11 Kayutanam for the academic year 2020/2021, totaling 400 students. The sample of this research was done by simple random sampling with a total sample of 61 students. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the respondent achievement level data analysis technique (TCR) and t-test. The results showed that: 1) The environmental concerns of male students had a significant difference with the environmental concerns of female students. Environmental awareness of female students is higher than that of male students. The criteria for the environmental care behavior of students belong to the caring category. 2) Hypothesis test results obtained t-count > t-table of (79.1685 > 1.65765 ), at a significant level 0.05. The results of hypothesis testing are accepted.

ABSTRACT This study aims to (1) how the rubber plantations were converted into oil palm plantations from 2015-2020 in Bangun Harjo village (2) What is the background that causes rubber farmers to convert their land into oil palm plantations. Then (3) What is the impact on the welfare of rubber farmer families after turning into oil palm farmers in Bangun Harjo village. This research is a Mix Methods research. The number of respondents using purposive sampling is 17 farmers. The results of this study indicate that changes in the area of rubber in Bangun Harjo village, Pelepat Ilir sub-district, Muara Bungo regency every year always decreases, while the area of oil palm land increases every year, the background of the cause of rubber farmers switching functions to oil palm farmers is because the work of rubber farmers must be done. every day, and some rubber plants are getting old and have an impact on reducing rubber productivity. Meanwhile, palm oil works only once in 2 weeks and the price of palm oil always increases. The impact of the welfare of rubber farmer families after the conversion of land to oil palm farmers in Bangun Harjo village, Pelepat Ilir district, Muaro Bungo district is a positive impact for farmers, 16 farmers belong to very prosperous families (KS III Plus) and 1 farmer belongs to prosperous family (KS III).

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out the spread of dengue incidence cases in Padang City in 2020, knowing the correlation and influence of weather elements (rainfall, temperature, and wind speed) with the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Padang City in 2020 with variables used, namely cases of DBD by name by address, rainfall, temperature, and wind speed. The method used is nearest neighbor analysis to determine the pattern of distribution of DBD cases, bivariate statistics by using linear correlations and multivariate statistics by using geographically weighted regression (GWR) modeling. The results of the study showed the number of cases of DBD Kota Padang in 2020 as many 292 cases, the pattern of distribution of dengue cases from January to December has a pattern of distribution that clustered with the value range T = 0.36 - 0.63. The results of the analysis of Pearson Product Moment correlation of DBD events with weather elements namely rainfall (r = 0.261) (pvalue = 0.413), temperature (r = 0.580) (p value = 0.048) and angina speed (r = -0.635) (p value = 0.027), the results of geographically weighted regression modeling analysis i.e. rainfall (R2 0.22 - R2 0.25), 22 villages, (R2 0.26 –R2 0.49), 82 villages, temperature (R2 0.14 – R2 0.25), 30 villages, (R2 0.26 – R2 0.50) 34 villages, (R2 0.51 – R2 0.75) 30 villages, (R2 0.76 – R2 0.85) 8 villages, and wind speeds (R2 0.018 – R2 0.24) 104 villages.
