Abstract

BLUD Kesehatan merupakan salah satu bentuk produk jasa layanan publik yang bersumber dari pemerintah daerah untuk kepentingan kesejahteraan kesehatan masyarakat. Adanya pembaharuan peraturan menteri tentang pencatatan akuntansi berbasis akrual membuat sumber daya manusia BLUD Kesehatan mengalami kesulitan yang mempengaruhi pengujian audit independen pada BLUD Kesehatan di wilayah Jawa Tengah. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kendala dan mencari solusi atas kendala yang dihadapi dalam melakukan pengujian audit independen pada BLUD Kesehatan di wilayah Jawa Tengah. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah instansi BLUD Kesehatan di beberapa daerah di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara primer dari aktivitas observasi secara langsung dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa BLUD kekurangan sumber daya manusia dalam bidang akuntansi. Saran penelitian perlu ada pelatihan tentang akuntansi pada BLUD

Abstract

Eksistensi koperasi secara kuantitas cukup menggembirakan, namun secara kualitas perlu mendapat perhatian serius. Permasalahan yang dialami koperasi secara umum adalah pengurus dan pengawas mayoritas tidak memiliki kemampuan yang cukup untuk menjalankan koperasi yang baik, utamanya masalah pengelolaan sumber daya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mengenai manajemen keuangan kepada kelompok sasaran yaitu koperasi karyawan PT Pusri Palembang. Kegiatan ini telah dilaksanakan selama tiga kali kunjungan yaitu pada tanggal 18 November, 22 November dan 25 November 2021 di Koperasi Karyawan PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat terus berlanjut secara rutin dengan materi yang lebih mendalam. Dengan demikian pengelola koperasi karyawan PT. Abstract

The aim of this service activity is to provide counseling and assistance regarding the creation of multimedia content to MSMEs in Ilir Barat II District, Palembang City. The implementation of this Community Service activity is carried out using the method of distributing materials, lectures, and discussions/questions and answers. The results of this activity show that participants are increasingly educated and skilled in applying multimedia concepts in developing their businesses.

Abstract

Assets play an important role in organizational operations and assets are needed that can be utilized effectively and efficiently in order to support organizational performance and generate income. Considering the importance of assets, management must be proactive in understanding the existence of assets, identifying, calculating and recognizing the assets they own. Muara Penimbung Village, which is a village supported by Sriwijaya University, is familiar with songket MSMEs. The diversity of educational backgrounds and community livelihoods is one of the factors that makes songket MSMEs in Muara Penimbung Village need understanding and knowledge regarding assets

Abstract

Inventory management for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) often faces challenges such as surplus or inadequate stock, difficulty in sourcing available products, and navigating inventory amidst fluctuating demand and supply dynamics. Hence, we initiated a community service activity aimed at bolstering the performance of food and beverage MSMEs in Palembang, South Sumatra, through comprehensive inventory management training. This activity engaged 25 MSMEs as participants. The methodology adopted comprised a combination of lectures, tutorials, discussions, and simulations. The outcomes revealed that over 70 percent of the participating MSMEs observed a notable enhancement in their comprehension of inventory management. The objective of this training is to foster better inventory management practices among MSMEs, which in the long run, will influence on factors such as cash flow management, pricing strategies, and optimal stock levels

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan usaha yang produktif dimiliki perorangan maupun badan usaha yang telah memenuhi kriteria sebagai usaha mikro. UMKM sempat mengalami penurunan penjualan di tahun 2020 pada kondisi pandemi Covid 19, kondisi pandemi membuat UMKM banyak yang tidak mampu bertahan karena tidak mampu untuk memaksimalkan penjualannya. Kondisi ini berdampak pada penurunan penjualan UMKM serta laba UMKM itu sendiri. Menghadapi semakin ketatnya persaingan, UMKM tentunya harus berusaha untuk selalu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kemampuan bersaing sehingga bisa tetap eksis di dalam pasar. UMKM dituntut untuk terus melakukan inovasi dan melakukan manajemen yang baik akan usahanya, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan persaingan.Menyikapi masalah tersebut, saat ini UMKM telah memanfaatkan strategi digital untuk menjalankan, mengembangkan serta mempertahankan usaha. Strategi digital yang digunakan pelaku UMKM diantaranya pemasaran melalui media digital. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat magister Akuntansi Universitas Bengkulu, berencana menyelenggarakan kegiatan sosialisasi pemanfaatan marketplace sebagai media pemasaran produk-produk UMKM dan menjadikan hal tersebut sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan daya saing usaha kecil dan menengah (umkm)

Abstract

This community service aims to enhance financial management in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the downstream sector of the coffee industry, with CAK COFFEE as the primary collaborator. The implementation focuses on CAK COFFEE, a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) that has established itself as a prominent and inventive participant in the domestic coffee sector. The identified difficulties are due to the financial limitations experienced by CAK COFFEE, which include inefficient cash management and exposure to economic uncertainties. The execution involves providing financial literacy training, implementing financial information systems, and conducting risk management workshops. The community service method focuses on an inclusive approach involving owners, employees, and important stakeholders in decision-making. CAK COFFEE has shown greater efficiency and enhanced financial management skills as a result of this program. This community service activity benefits CAK COFFEE by promoting improved financial management skills through financial literacy and optimal exploitation of financial information systems. The success of this undertaking acts as a source of motivation for other Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), encouraging improved effectiveness in operations and business expansion. The existing partnerships enhance the MSME ecosystem in the downstream industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to carry out socialization and assistance in preparation for the transition of financial reporting information system applications to Networking-Web Based Applications at the Koperasi Karyawan PT. PUSRI. The benefit of this activity is that it can contribute to the development of cooperative business in Palembang, especially in the use of financial reporting system applications. The mentoring method is by providing explanations about the financial reporting system applications used by cooperative actors, simulations, use trials, discussions and feedback. The main output of this activity is the creation of a financial reporting system application that can be used routinely and optimally by cooperative actors in Palembang, especially at Kopkar PT. Pusri Palembang. The target and target audience for this activity are all accounting and finance staff as well as cooperative management. With this service activity, cooperative actors can understand the importance of the role of preparing simple financial reports for cooperatives which are useful in showing the results of their business (profit/loss) to analyze the development of their business and by using networking-web based applications it makes it easier for MSMEs to prepare financial reports. more easily and quickly

Abstract

The Tax Volunteer Program rolled out by the government aims to train students and non-students to be ready to assist taxpayers in the Central Java Regional Office 2 area in fulfilling their obligations by providing adequate training, knowledge and understanding of taxation related to tax reporting through filling out the Annual SPT. The involvement of tax volunteers from non-student elements has just been rolled out in the DJP Central Java 2 office starting in 2023 through the Tax Center. The training provided includes the tax reporting process and the completion of the Annual Tax Return (Annual SPT) as a means of preparation to become a tax volunteer which is useful as a vehicle for students and and non-students consisting of lecturers, entrepreneurs and community leaders are interested in participating in service to the taxpayer community. The existence of these tax volunteers will become ambassadors for the taxpayer community to increase public awareness of the importance of paying taxes. In order for tax volunteers to carry out their duties optimally, they must receive training on how to report taxes by filling out the Annual Tax Return
