One of the most vulnerable groups during the coronavirus-19 outbreak is pregnant women. Pregnant women are more prone to anxiety because they see about vertical spread to the fetus. Disturbance during mental health is a common morbidity of pregnancy, about 12% of women experience depression and up to 22% experience high levels of anxiety in late pregnancy. Another study related to anxiety and depression during the pandemic in Turkey in 2019 stated that the Covid-19 outbreak negatively affected the mental health of pregnant women which in turn could harm pregnant women. Problems during pregnancy can be overcome by using non-pharmacological therapy. One of the non-pharmacological techniques is Guided Imagery. Guided imagery or guided imagination technique is the development of mental functions that are expressed dynamically through psychophysiological processes involving all senses and leading to changes in behavior, perception, or physiological responses with someone's guidance or through the media. Methods The research conducted at the Koni Health Center in Jambi City, will be carried out from January to November 2021 with a total of 40 respondents. Quantitative research using a quasi-experimental design with One Group Pretest Posttest Design is to measure the effect (effect) of an intervention carried out on research subjects. Collecting data from primary data obtained from questionnaires. Research Results There is an effect of anxiety level and depression level of pregnant women before and after being given guided imagery. Hopefully, the results of this study will serve as another alternative in providing midwifery care in an effort to overcome anxiety and depression in pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemi

Lack of information obtained by families about the basic concepts, treatment, signs and symptoms of ADHD in children causes family knowledge about ADHD to be severely lacking. Because of this, children who have signs and symptoms of ADHD such as hyperactive behavior tend to be difficult to distinguish because most parents consider it a natural thing. This study aims to see an overview of the level of knowledge and family attitudes about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children. The research design used was descriptive quantitative with a total sample of 113 families. The sampling technique uses multistage random sampling. The results of the study for knowledge showed that out of 113 respondents, 103 respondents (91.25) had insufficient knowledge, 6 respondents (5.3%) had sufficient knowledge and 4 respondents (3.5%) had good knowledge about ADHD in children. As for attitudes, it shows that as many as 56 respondents (49.6%) have a good attitude, 55 respondents (48.7%) have sufficient attitudes, and 2 respondents (1.8%) have less attitudes. It can be summarized that in this study, most families have less knowledge and are inversely proportional to most have a good attitude about ADHD in children

The Directly Observed Treatment Short-course (DOTS) strategy is the best strategy recommendation for pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) intervention at the international level and has been implemented in Indonesia. However, the bored may also occur among Medication Supervisor (PMO) resulted medication non-adherence to the TB patients. This study aims to determine differences in the level of patient medication adherence through the use of Short Message Service (SMS) with PMO at Puskesmas Dinoyo, Malang. The post-test only control group design was used on a population of pulmonary TB patients who were registered at the Puskemas Dinoyo Malang during July to December 2012 with a total of 33 patients. The sample were recruited using simple random sampling. The Self Reported Questionnaire and observation form used as study instrument. Fisher exact test was used in hypothesis testing. The results showed non- significant difference between the drug adherence among respondents who received SMS and respondents who received reminders from PMO only (p-value 0.50 > 0.05). Providing reminders at the same time every day, either by SMS or PMO only, is equally beneficial in the success of treatment. Together will increase compliance and reduce the negligence to take medication. Longitudinal design is recommended for further study.

Data on maternal mortality in Brazil 20 mothers died of COVID-19 where 12 cases were during pregnancy (60%), 3 cases were postpartum (15%), 1 case was a cesarean section delivery (5%) and 4 data were not reported. This condition illustrates the high risk of the mother during pregnancy and childbirth against Covid-19. Various efforts have been made by the government to prevent transmission of COVID-19, especially to pregnant and maternity women. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the positive incidence of COVID-19 in maternity on BBL complications at Dr. RSUD. M. Yunus Bengkulu City in 2021. This type of research is a retrospective method. The population in this study were all babies born in RSUD Dr. M. Yunus, Bengkulu city, in 2021, totaling 118 babies were born, with 22 of them experiencing complications. The sample in this study was divided into two groups, 22 cases were taken by total sampling and the control group was taken with a ratio of 1:1 by systematic random sampling. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate with chi square test. The results of the chi square test showed a value of 0.015 (<0.05) meaning the effect of positive cases of covid-19 on mothers giving birth with complications in BBL. It is hoped that the hospital will prepare special detection and treatment for maternity mothers who are positive for Covid-19 to prevent and manage possible complications of BBL
