Abstract

The title of this journal is The Nature of Humans as Social Beings in the Islamic View, namely humans as the most perfect creatures that Allah created should be able to know why and what our essence was created and what we should do as servants of Allah, Allah created humans with the aim of being caliphs on earth with the creation of human beings in the form of reason is what distinguishes humans from other creatures with the privilege that humans should be able to think, believe and fear God, carry out God's commands and stay away from what is forbidden. Humans are the most perfect creation of Allah SWT. He is a creature that has various abilities, especially the ability to communicate with other humans. With this ability, humans are said to be social beings. Humans themselves are said in the Qur'an as Al-Insan, Bani Adam, and Al-Basyar. Al-insan which means humans are social beings, namely humans are creatures of nations and tribes, he has the ability to get acquainted with other humans.

Abstract

GO-JEK is an innovative company in the land transportation sector in Indonesia. They offer a variety of services such as travel, food delivery, house cleaning, massage services, and online shopping, all of which can be accessed through the Android mobile platform. As a technology company with a social mission, GO-JEK aims to improve the welfare of workers in various informal sectors. Their operations are based on three core values: speed, innovation, and social impact. GO-JEK provides two categories of services: Go-Jek, which focuses on transportation, and Go-Life, which includes services outside of transportation. The relationship between GO-JEK and driver-partners is not in the form of an employer-employee relationship, but a partnership agreement. GO-JEK defines itself as a social enterprise that is leading the motorcycle taxi transportation revolution, as stated on their official website. The concept of agreements is an integral part of their work system. In this series, the author is interested in conducting research to explore how PT. Gojek builds effective relationships with drivers based on partnership agreements. This study aims to investigate the strategies used by PT. Gojek to build a strong relationship with drivers within the framework of this partnership agreement. The author uses normative legal research methods, especially literature law research, as the chosen approach. The main data for this study mainly consists of literature materials, which are considered secondary data in the field of research. The data collection technique used is a thorough review of relevant literature. This study uses qualitative analysis, which is a method that provides descriptive insights in the form of writing.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency has now occurred in almost all corners of the country, especially in children who are still in school, as happened at SMA Negeri Plus Sukowono, juvenile delinquency that occurs is smoking and skipping classes in class. The factors that cause the emergence of juvenile delinquency are one of them rather than parental parenting. Parenting styles that cannot adjust to the needs of children then affect the development of socialization in their environment. Parenting consists of authoritarian parenting, democratic parenting, and permissive parenting. The parenting style that causes the delinquency at SMA Negeri Plus Sukowono is a permissive and authoritarian parenting style. The purpose of this study is to find out how the parenting style of adolescent delinquency at SMA Negeri Plus Sukowono is. The research method carried out in this study is to use a quantitative descriptive approach of respondents consisting of 34 adolescents in class X with sampling techniques by means of simple random sampling, and collection using questionnaires. The formulation of the problem that will be taken in this study is the influence of parental parenting on juvenile delinquency?, how does parental parenting affect juvenile delinquency?, and what are the factors that affect adolescent delinquency?.

Abstract

Ancient Egypt is a civilization in the northeastern part of Africa. These civilizations were concentrated along the middle to the lower reaches of the Nile which reached its heyday around the 2nd century BC. During what is known as the new kingdom period. Its area spans the Nile Delta region in the North, to Jebel Barkal in the fourth Cataract of the Nile. At certain times, ancient Egyptian civilization extended to the southern Levant, the Eastern Desert, the Red Sea coast, the Sinai peninsula, and the western desert (concentrating on several oases). Egypt is a country that has a long history in the past. Its civilization is recognized by the world as one of the most advanced civilizations that has ever existed. The pyramids, the stories of Pharaoh, Cleopatra, and the spinx are symbols of how much history has happened in this land that the Nile flows through. As a country rich in history, Egypt has provided many great discoveries that have been of use until now. It's no wonder that many world researchers are interested in exploring the history of Ancient Egypt, historical discoveries from the Ancient Egyptians whose benefits are widely felt today.

Abstract

The emotional immaturity experienced by couples who marry early tends to cause conflicts in their households, especially in women. Therefore, it is important to understand conflict management in marriage settlement. This study aims to determine the emotional maturity of women who get married at a young age in domestic conflict management. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach and sample takers use purposive sampling with the criteria of Women who are married in Sempu district, Banyuwangi regency Have been married for a maximum of 1 year, Aged a maximum of 20 years. So that five participants were obtained who had met these criteria. The results of the study show that in the management of domestic conflicts of women who marry at a young age, there are three common types, namely accommodation, collaboration, and avoiding conflict. Emotional maturity plays an important role in effective conflict management. Women who marry at a young age can show good emotional maturity if they can cope well with problems and have a supportive environment.
