Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has transformed the banking industry, enabling the introduction of digital services that simplify customer transactions. This progress has intensified competition among banks to deliver high-quality services aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, retaining existing clients, and attracting new ones. Customer satisfaction is achieved when banks provide accessible, high-quality services that meet customer expectations. This study examines the quality of digital services provided by BSI Mobile Banking and its role in shaping customer satisfaction at BSI Sidoarjo. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection. The findings reveal that BSI Mobile Banking offers one of the most comprehensive digital banking features compared to other digital services. It not only supports financial transactions but also includes Islamic financial features that simplify banking activities for customers. By utilizing BSI Mobile, customers can conduct transactions independently without visiting bank branches or ATMs. Strategies to enhance digital service quality—such as upgrading technological infrastructure, developing user-friendly mobile banking applications, and providing customer training—have significantly contributed to customer satisfaction at BSI Sidoarjo and increased the adoption of BSI Mobile services. The practical implications of this research underscore the importance of prioritizing the development of high-quality digital services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring banks remain competitive in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how local cultural practices, such as traditional rituals, art, and communal activities, can support the trauma recovery process for Generation Z. The research is grounded in the belief that these practices provide not only emotional and spiritual support but also enhance a sense of identity and community belonging, which are vital for the psychological well-being of this generation. Utilizing a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology, the study focuses on articles published in the last five years, with data collected through extensive searches of academic databases like Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, and Google Scholar. Articles were selected based on their relevance to the use of local cultural practices in trauma recovery for Generation Z, and content analysis techniques were employed to identify common themes and trends. The findings highlight that local cultural practices offer frameworks for emotional expression and social reintegration, essential for trauma recovery. Specifically, rituals such as community healing ceremonies and traditional arts like dance and music provide structured outlets for processing traumatic experiences. These practices, deeply embedded in communal values, help restore normalcy and continuity for trauma-affected individuals. Additionally, participation in these cultural activities significantly reduces feelings of isolation and strengthens social support networks, which are crucial for psychological resilience. The study underscores the importance of integrating local cultural practices into trauma recovery programs, advocating for culturally sensitive approaches that align with the values and beliefs of the community, particularly in the Indonesian context for younger generations.

Abstract

This study aims to describe, implement, and explore strategies to enhance the quality of Islamic education through the centralization of Javanese culture. The findings reveal a strong integration of local Javanese culture within Islamic educational institutions, reflected in various aspects such as architecture, curriculum, and extracurricular activities. Schools incorporate traditional Javanese arts and language, enriching students' educational experiences and deepening their understanding of cultural heritage. Yogyakarta's unique governance structure, emphasizing cultural preservation under the Sultanate model, provides a conducive environment for promoting these practices. The implications of this research are significant for policymakers and educators, demonstrating that cultural integration can enhance educational quality, increase student engagement, promote inclusivity, and strengthen cultural and religious identities. The study suggests the need for culturally responsive educational policies that leverage unique cultural assets to improve educational outcomes. However, the findings are context-specific to Yogyakarta, potentially limiting generalizability to other regions with different cultural and educational dynamics. Future research should explore the application of similar cultural integration strategies in diverse educational and cultural contexts and conduct longitudinal studies to assess the long-term impact of cultural centralization on education quality and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of Ulumul Hadith values in Islamic guidance and counseling services to provide holistic solutions for modern individual problems. Highlighting Hadith as the second source of Islamic teachings after the Qur'an, it explores how its values can serve as the theoretical foundation, method, and goal of counseling. Using the literature review method, this study analyzes relevant texts and frameworks to understand the integration of Ulumul Hadith values with modern psychological approaches. Key values from Hadith, such as compassion, justice, honesty, patience, and empathy, are contextualized to enhance the effectiveness and spiritual relevance of counseling practices. The findings demonstrate that integrating these values strengthens moral foundations, increases cultural and spiritual relevance, and fosters a holistic approach to addressing client issues. Practical implications for counselors are substantial, as this approach equips them to resolve problems from a deeper Islamic perspective, ensuring solutions are aligned with religious guidance. Additionally, this integration helps develop clients' personalities to be more balanced, harmonious, and aligned with Islamic principles. This study offers a model for creating spiritually grounded counseling services, addressing both psychological and moral dimensions. By combining Ulumul Hadith with modern counseling methods, the approach becomes more effective and relevant to the needs of contemporary Muslim communities.

Abstract

Trauma is a psychological condition that deeply affects emotions, thoughts, and behavior. This study examines RF, a 15-year-old teenager, who experienced trauma due to family conflict and bullying. The research aims to explore RF's trauma, its effects on daily life, and recovery strategies using a holistic approach integrating modern psychology and Islamic spirituality. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns related to RF's trauma. RF's trauma resulted from family conflict and verbal bullying, leading to low self-esteem, social withdrawal, and unresolved emotional distress. A holistic intervention combining psychological therapies like Gestalt and CBT with spiritual practices such as dhikr and Qur'an recitation significantly improved RF’s emotional balance. This integration addressed both emotional and spiritual needs, promoting recovery. The study demonstrates that a holistic approach combining psychology and spirituality offers better outcomes than conventional therapy. This innovative model addresses psychological, spiritual, and social dimensions, making trauma recovery a pathway for personal growth. Future research can explore its application across diverse populations and integrate digital tools to enhance accessibility and impact. The findings underline the need for a balanced approach that supports both emotional healing and spiritual resilience, offering practical insights for similar interventions.
