Abstract

Menurut data dari WHO tahun 2012 jumlah pasien dengan tindakan operasi setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan. Perilaku caring perawat menjadi jaminan apakah layanan perawatan bermutu atau tidak. Kecemasan dapat terjadi pada pasien praoperasi, apabila tidak mendapat penanganan yang adekuat, tidak tertutup kemungkinan kecemasan akan bertambah parah yang berdampak kepada ketidaksiapan pasien menjalani operasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menegtahui hubungan perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien preoperasi di ruang Merak RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa. Metode Penelitian desain yang digunakan dalah deskriptif korelasi pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah pasien yang akan dilakukan operasi di ruang Merak RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa Jakarta yang berjumlah 94 orang, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 44 responden. Hasil uji Chi Square pada Fisher’s Exact Test didapatkan bahwa nilai Asymptotic Significance (2-sided) adalah 0,044 (Nilai Asymp Sig< 0,05). Simpulan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien preoperasi di ruang Merak RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa. Saran mengadakan pendidikan dan pelatihan service exellent secara berkesinambungan dan untuk mengurangi kecemasan dengan aroma therapi, buku rohani dan terapi musik. According to data from WHO in 2012 the number of patients with surgery every year has increased. Nurse caring behavior is a guarantee whether the quality of care services or not. Anxiety can occur in preoperative patients, if they do not get adequate treatment, it is possible that anxiety will get worse which impacts on the patient's unpreparedness to undergo surgery. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nurses caring behavior with preoperative patient anxiety levels in the Peacock Room RSAU dr. Esnawan Space. The research method design used is descriptive cross sectional correlation approach. The population is the patient who will be operated on in the Merak Hospital RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa Jakarta, amounting to 94 people, sampling using a purposive sampling technique of 44 respondents. Results Chi Square test on the Fisher's Exact Test found that the value of Asymptotic Significance (2-sided) is 0.044 (Sig Asymp Value <0.05). Conclusion there is a significant relationship between nurses caring behavior with the anxiety level of preoperative patients in Merak Hospital RSAU dr. Esnawan Space. Suggestions are to carry out excellent education and service training on an ongoing basis and to reduce anxiety with the aroma of therapy, spiritual books and music therapy.

Abstract

Pendahuluan sebagai seorang caregiver, yang memberikan perawatan terutama untuk orang tua, menuntut pengorbanan yang besar, baik secara fisik dan emosional. Beban kerja yang berlebihan dapat menimbulkan stress kerja. Stres negatif dapat berdampak pada kesehatan fisik caregiver atau menyebabkan caregiver secara fisik atau verbal agresif terhadap klien atau lansia, salah satu alasan untuk penelantaran dan kekerasan pada lansia adalah stress pada caregiver. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dan tingkat stress kerja pada pekerja sosial sebagai caregiver di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 03 Ciracas Jakarta Timur. Metode Penelitian deskriptif korelasi. Jumlah populasi adalah sebanyak 80 caregiver. Sampel diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil penletian analisis yang digunakan univariat dan bivariat menggunakan chi – square dengan = 5%. Pada nilai Chi – Square statistik yang digunakan Continuity Correction dengan nilai = 0,003 ini lebih kecil dari = 5% atau 0,05 maka hipotesis ditolak. Simpulan terdapat hubungan beban kerja dengan tingkat stres kerja pada caregiver di Panti Werdha Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 03 Ciracas Jakarta Timur. Saran maka Dinas Sosial DKI Jakarta penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk memberikan masukan dalam penentuan kebijakan pembagian tugas pada caregiver disetiap hari.

Abstract

Introduction preliminary health services are one of the determinants of the good and bad of the hospital's image, therefore the quality of health services needs to be considered and optimally improved. Satisfaction is the level of state that is felt in accordance with patient expectations from the results of consumer assessments that the service has provided a level of fulfillment of pleasure for patients, health service providers include doctors, nurses and administration. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of patients to health services in the disease clinic at Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa. The research method of research design is descriptive statistics. The study population numbered 300 patients using the Solvin formula obtained 75 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis uses percentages (%) and average values ​​(). The results of Emphaty's research are in the Good category, Responsibility in the Good enough category, Assurance in the Good category, Reability in the Good enough category, Tangible in the Very good category. Conclusion 17.3% of doctors started the service not according to the specified schedule. 24% of doctors have not explained the disease to patients. Suggestions for patient satisfaction and improving the quality of services can include health workers in seminars, training, and health education so that health workers can provide patient satisfaction with internal medicine polyclinic services.

Abstract

Introduction nurses must have motivation in work, especially in documentation. Documentation of the nursing process includes assessment, problem identification, planning, nurse actions, then observing and evaluating the client's response to the action given and informing the information to other health workers. The results of data obtained in documenting inpatient nursing care there are completeness targets that have not been achieved. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between nurses' work motivation and documenting inpatient nursing care at the sentra medika cisalak hospital. Research method is descriptive correlative with cross-sectional approach. The total population is 50 respondents in the adult inpatient room. Results based on the results of the study there were 52.0% of respondents had high work motivation and 62.0% of nursing care documentation that had been done. With the value of Chi Square = 0.002 <0.05, the HA hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between nurses' inpatient work motivation in the hospital center medica cisalak (0.6138) which means “strong”. Suggestions for nurse who have implemented nursing care documentation provided rewards / awards from superiors and audits are carried out continuously.

Abstract

Introduction pain in children suffers from cancer gives effect in short term and long term. Most parents do not know how to assess pain in children. They have not used a pain scale based on children age to measure pain. Health education pain management has not been structured for patients so the given information is not optimal. The purpose this study aims to identify the impact of education intervention to the parent’s knowledge, attitudes, and skills in managing pain of children suffers from cancer. This research method This study used a quasi-experimental with one group pretest-posttest. The sample was 29 people in RSAB Harapan Kita and Gatot Subroto Army Hospital, taken by consecutive sampling. The data was analyzed by McNemar and Chi Square. The results showed a significant difference in the aspect of knowledge, attitudes and skills of parent in the pain management of children before and after health education (knowledge, p = 0.001; Attitudes, p = 0.001 and skill, p < 0.001). The conclusion characteristics of parents associated with the knowledge and attitudes who have children suffers from cancer is pain management experience. Suggestions recommendation for this study is the health education about pain management should be carried out intensively.

Abstract

Introduction the risk of errors in the perioperative period is very large so that patient safety should be supported and the team is obligated to cooperate in raising awareness toward the occurrence of the incident or event that is not expected. Head nurse control function ensure appropriate planning objectives accomplished. The purpose aims to know the effectiveness of the control function of the head nurse toward the implementation of perioperative patient safety. This research method research design using preexperiment with pretest-posttest design without control. The sample size of 75 nurses that involved in perioperative nursing service. The results data analysis using paired t test represent the effectiveness of the control function of the head nurse with p value = 0.0001 (CI = 120.79 – 127.01) and the improve of implementation of perioperative patient safety by nurses. The conclusion post intervention that indicates positive correlation with p value = 0.0001 (CI = 141.59 – 147.15). Suggestions this research recommends there should be monitoring and evaluation of implementation of the control head room and a development model that is more complete control

Abstract

Introduction Diabetes Mellitus patients need knowledge in carrying out dietary therapy, especially the fulfillment of nutrition so that type 2 DM patients can control GD NPP levels so that no other disease complications occur in type 2 DM patients. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of nutritional knowledge level of DM type 2 patients with GD levels NPP. The research method is descriptive descriptive, with cross sectional approach. Sampling by purposive sampling as many as 81 respondents using DM nutrition knowledge questionnaire instrument. The analysis used univariate by using a percentage system in the statistical system and bivariate using chi-square with α = 5%. The results showed that of 81 respondents with good knowledge, 24 respondents (30%), not well knowledgeed, 57 respondents (70%). From the fisher's exact test analysis, the p value is 0,000, which means that the p value is less than α = 5%, then the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Conclusion there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of nutritional fulfillment with GD NPP levels in type 2 DM patients. Suggestions that the Islamic Hospital in Sukapura Jakarta can increase health promotion and education for polyclinic visitors so that DM patients can carry out the DM diet according to the schedule, type of food and amount calorie requirements.

Abstract

Introduction group activity therapy is one of the modality therapies performed by nurses to a group of clients. The group activity therapy is used as therapy, and the group is used as the target of care. Management of clients with low self-esteem can be done one of them by providing a stimulus or stimulation that triggers a positive perception of himself. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of low self-esteem group activity therapy on increasing self-esteem of patients with low self-esteem at Sasana Tresna Werdha 3 Ciracas, East Jakarta. The research method is quantitative with a type of quasi experiment research with pre and post test design. The research sample of 15 respondents through purpose sampling techniques. The results of the analysis study obtained the value of client self-esteem before therapy of group activity with an average of 14.60 with a standard deviation of 0.828. While self-esteem after group activity therapy, an average of self-esteem is 16.27 with a standard deviation of 0.458, then the P- value value (0,000) where the value (P-value <0.05. The conclusion that the provision of group activity therapy influences self-esteem to clients at Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia Social Home 1 Ciracas, East Jakarta. Suggestions It is expected that nurses can provide training on how to socialize and teach clients the ability to increase self-esteem in clients.

Abstract

Introduction satisfied is the level of state that is felt in accordance with patient expectations. RSUD X is a type C hospital inaugurated in 2006. Audit data on satisfaction perceptions in 2015 stated that class III hospitalizations were dissatisfied with nurses' attitudes 40.5%, nursing actions 37.1%, and cleanliness 51.7%. The purpose knowing the factors that influence patient satisfaction in class III inpatients in RSUD X. Research Method Research design is descriptive narrative. The patient population is all inpatients, class III in Hospital X the number of patients an average of 200 patients / month, the population in one week is 50 patients. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 44 respondents. The results of univariate analysis showed that patients were satisfied with reliability 68.2%, patients were less satisfied with responsiveness 52.3%, patients were satisfied with assurance 61.4%, patients were satisfied with empathy 54.5%), patients were satisfied with tangibles 60.4% . Conclusions show that patients are less satisfied with, nurses do not provide special time to help patients (walking, urinating / defecating) 68.2%, patients are less satisfied nurses do not prepare drugs to be taken 61.4%, nurses do not ask about the patient's appetite 53 , 3%, and the patients are not satisfied The bathroom floor is less clean, slippery and smells 50%. Suggestions to improve patient satisfaction, especially responsibility in this case must pay attention to personal hygien and drug administration of patients.
