Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based ATM cash reconciliation information system at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. Currently, the ATM cash reconciliation process is manually performed using Excel files, which are prone to errors and time-consuming. In this context, the development of an information system is crucial to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the reconciliation process. The research methodology employed the Waterfall software development model. The stages of the research included requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis from the ATM Cash Reconciliation Division. The system implementation utilized PHP for web development and MySQL as the database. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the system successfully reduced the reconciliation process time from an average of 35 minutes to just 8 minutes per case. The system also improved data accuracy and enhanced information accessibility for involved staff. Another advantage is the reduction in potential human errors that frequently occurred in the previous manual process. Despite achieving significant advantages, the implementation of this system also faced challenges in adopting new technology and existing technological limitations. These challenges require change management strategies and continuous improvement to support optimal system use in the future. In conclusion, the implementation of the web-based ATM cash reconciliation information system at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. provides a significant contribution to improving efficiency, accuracy, and data accessibility. This system has the potential to serve as a strong foundation in supporting the operations of the ATM Cash Reconciliation Division in the company.

Abstract

In the digital transformation era, hospitals are increasingly aware of using information technology, mainly through the Hospital Information System (HIS), to enhance efficiency, service quality, and data-driven decision-making. The primary focus on developing Business Intelligence (BI) enables hospitals to gain profound insights from data, especially regarding the quantity and distribution of diseases in the service area. This research discusses the urgency of leveraging BI to improve disease management, prevention, and evidence-based policies. In addressing the complexity of risk management in healthcare services, BI supports the design of prevention strategies, efficient resource allocation, and responses to public health needs. The research method focuses on BI development using SIM RS data related to the quantity and distribution of diseases. Key BI components, such as Data Warehouse, Business Analytics, Data Mining, and Business Performance Management, are utilized to achieve research objectives. The Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process forms the foundation for optimizing the transformation of operational data into meaningful information. The research results indicate that implementing BI, mainly through the Power BI platform, clearly visualizes patient characteristics, demographics, and disease distribution. Management can make better decisions, improve service efficiency, and enhance patient experience. This study contributes to understanding the importance of utilizing HIS data through BI to enhance healthcare service quality and support strategic hospital decision-making.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus entered Indonesia at the end of 2019, changing people's lifestyles, including in the education sector. Large-scale social restrictions require school activities to be carried out online. The impact of the pandemic has caused schools to have difficulty marketing or introducing schools to the general public. Using a website-based company profile can be a new way to market or promote schools in attracting new prospective students. Prospective new students can access information and also register online on the website. Daar El-Khairat Modern Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools that is transitioning to using websites to promote Islamic boarding schools and register new students online. The aim of this research is to develop a website-based company profile that can be used by the Daar El-Khairat Modern Islamic Boarding School (PPM) as a promotional medium, introducing Islamic boarding schools, and registering new students. The method used in the process of developing a website-based company profile is using the waterfall method. The results of testing using the black box method show that the menus on the website meet expectations and can operate smoothly without any bugs or errors.

Abstract

The Information Technology Student Association (HMTI) at the Banten Institute of Technology and Business is currently experiencing challenges in the member data collection process which is still done manually. not only is this time consuming, but it also risks losing important data. Therefore, this research aims to update the data collection system with a more efficient approach. Using the Agile Development method, this research will go through several stages, including system analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, revision, and launch. System testing is carried out using the black box method to ensure good functionality. The results of the testing show that the system is in accordance with the desired output and has met the functionality requirements, so that the HMTI membership data processing process can be faster and better organized.

Abstract

This study analyzes rice production outcomes in Sumatra Island from 1995 to 2020 using data obtained from Kaggle and the Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG). The dataset includes annual rice production, harvested area, and climate variables such as rainfall, humidity, and average temperature. Analysis was conducted using Google Looker Studio to generate various visualizations facilitating data interpretation. The findings reveal that North Sumatra Province has the highest rice production, followed by South Sumatra and Lampung. While rainfall does not consistently correlate with rice production, a strong relationship was observed between harvested area and rice yields, underscoring the importance of efficient land management and agricultural practices. The study also identifies a decline in rice production across provinces since 2017. Limitations include the restricted data period up to 2020 and the exclusion of variables such as government policies and agricultural technology. Future research should expand data coverage, consider additional variables, and employ advanced predictive model.

Abstract

The research analyzes of the influence use Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Cyber University course. At education in AI has opened up a variety of new opportunities, including personalization of learning, increased teaching effectiveness, and optimization of academic management. The learning AI process becomes more adaptive and responsive to individual student needs, enabling the achievement of better learning outcomes. The use of technology also supports the development of interactive and interesting content, thereby increasing student motivation and engagement. Additionally, AI helps in big data analysis, which makes it easier for institutions to understand learning trends and student needs more accurately. However, implementing AI also presents challenges, such as technology dependency, privacy concerns, and the need for adequate technology infrastructure. The research shows that the integration of AI in education, although complex, offers significant benefits in improving the quality of education at the Cyber University. As many as 70% of regular students use AI, while 80% of employee class students rely on this technology in the learning process. In the AI ​​type category, 50% of regular students utilize ChatGPT as a tool, enhancing their learning experience. On the other hand, 65% of student employees rely on ChatGPT, proving that AI can maximize efficiency and productivity. The optimally utilizing the potential of AI, educational institutions can create a more innovative and effective learning environment, ready to face the challenges of the future.

Abstract

The Medical Device Facility Security Information System (SIPATEN) application is a web-based application developed by BPAFK Jakarta to facilitate customers in submitting requests for proficiency testing services and testing and calibration of medical devices at BPAFK Jakarta. The observation shows that the SIPATEN application has never been evaluated thoroughly. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the user experience of the SIPATEN application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method to determine aspects that need improvement and provide recommendations for improvement. The tools used for data analysis are UEQ Data Analysis Tool version 12 and SPSS 26 for instrument testing. The results showed that the perspicuity variable got the highest mean value (1.656), and the two variables that got low values were novelty (1.290) and stimulation (1.406). The recommendations given in this study relate to variables with low values, namely novelty and stimulation.

Abstract

Contrast enhancement in solar panel surface images is a crucial step to support inspection and defect detection processes, such as cracks, scratches, and stains. This study aims to enhance the visibility of details in solar panel surface images using the Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) method. The evaluation was conducted by comparing visual results, histogram distribution, and image quality measurements. The results indicate that the CLAHE method effectively redistributes pixel intensity more evenly than traditional histogram methods and produces images with better contrast without losing essential information. This enhancement supports the identification of defect characteristics on solar panel surfaces. These findings significantly contribute to the development of image processing technologies for solar panel maintenance and other applications requiring improved visual quality

Abstract

There is an error in the attendance recording, as well as a lack of notification features and replayable instructional videos. These issues impact user satisfaction and experience when engaging with the E-Learning of MyCyber. A study was conducted on the Indonesian Cyber University e-learning website to measure user satisfaction using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Data collection was carried out through observation, literature review, and questionnaires. Partial analysis of user satisfaction from 80 active student respondents at Indonesian Cyber University revealed that 3 variables positively influenced user satisfaction: accuracy, ease of use, and timeliness, while content and format did not have a significant effect. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test results showed that the variables content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness influenced the satisfaction of users of the Indonesian Cyber University e-learning website by 83.8%. Recommendations for Indonesian Cyber University include improving and optimizing its e-learning website, particularly in content and information presentation, to enhance user satisfaction when using the E-Learning.

Abstract

Indonesia Emas 2045 is a government program with the vision of creating superior human resources and enhancing societal welfare, with one of its primary priorities being the reduction of social disparities. Identifying the level of societal welfare is crucial for formulating appropriate policy strategies. However, the welfare level in Indonesia remains uneven. This study aims to classify cities/regencies in Indonesia based on socio-economic aspects using the K-Means method combined with Principal Component Analysis (PCA) on five variables: Life Expectancy, Percentage of Economically Disadvantaged Groups, Average Years of Schooling, Expenditure per Capita, and GDP. The combination of K-Means and PCA is used to reduce thedimensionality of the research variables. The analysis results indicate three maincomponents, and the elbow method determines the optimal number of clusters to be two (2), with an SSE value of 1454.63. The first cluster (1) consists of 336 cities/regencies with a lower percentage of economically disadvantaged groups, while the second cluster (2) comprises 178 cities/regencies with lower Life Expectancy, Average Years of Schooling, Expenditure per Capita, and GDP. The clustering accuracy is assessed using the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI), showing moderate clustering quality with a value of 1.019679.
