Abstract

Method of passing support training with the goal to improve football passing accuracy. This research was motivated by passing skills in soccer games for SSB Putra Mayana students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of passing support with the goal to increase the accuracy of passing. This research is an experimental research. The population in this study were SSB Putra Mayana students, totaling 15 male students. The sampling technique used is total sampling by determining the population as the research sample. The data collection technique used is the pass test. The data analysis technique in this study is the normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing which are used to determine the effect of passing support with the goal to increase the accuracy of passing. From the results of statistical testing with hypothesis testing, the value of t hit (1.238) < t daf (0.05) (28) (1.70) then accept Ho, it means that there is an influence of the passing support training method with the goal on the accuracy of soccer passing on SSB students Mayana's son.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was "to determine the effect of leg power training through the goal jump method on volleyball spike jump height". The method used in this research is the quantitative method. This study uses an experimental design, namely One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study was male volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 2 Cimahi, the sample technique applied in this study was purposive sampling, with 17 students. The instrument was used in vertical jump test research. The results of the pre-test data analysis obtained an average value of 38.0 and the post-test average value of 49.0. There is an effect on increasing the height of the volleyball spike jumps of students at SMP Negeri 2 Cimahi. Therefore, to test the hypothesis using the paired samples t-test, the pre-test and post-test values showed a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05, so there was a significant difference.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the use of a pull buoy and a skateboard has an effect on the mastery of freestyle swimming lessons at the elementary school level in Sanggariang Kuningan. The research method used in this research was experimental. The population observed was all students of elementary school swimming lessons in Sanggariang Kuningan as many as 22 people. The sample selection was based on purposive sampling technique so that the sample of this study was 22 students of elementary school swimming lessons in Sanggariang Kuningan divided into 2 groups, namely the experimental group using a pull buoy and the control group using a skateboard, each group of 11 people. The research instrument used a freestyle swimming test which was analyzed through the Mann Whitney test. The results showed that the significance value for Mann-Whitney U was 0.001 < 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there was a difference in mastery of freestyle movement between the experimental group and the control group. Thus, the use of pull buoys and skateboards has an effect on mastery of freestyle swimming lessons at the elementary school level at Sanggariang Kuningan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of small sided games to the learning outcomes of passing in a football game. The research method used is an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest research design. The population in this study were students of SSB KU-12 Pegasus Ciwaru with a sampling technique using total sampling. The data analysis technique used by researchers was to test for normality, test for homogeneity and test hypotheses. The result of this research is the value of sig (2-tailed) 0.000. Because the value of sig ( 2-tailed ) 0.000 < 0.05 , thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a treatment effect of the application of small sided games on the learning outcomes of passing in football games for students of KU-12 SSB Pegasus Ciwaru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: The effect of the block system method exercise to increase the accuracy of shooting club Nass Futsal Kuningan. This study uses experimental research methods. The population and sample in this study were the players of the Kuningan Nass Futsal club with a sample of 24 people. The research instrument used in this study was one group prettest and posttest. The results of the analysis and processing of pre-test data obtained the lowest points 17, the highest time 34. While the post-test data obtained the lowest point of 25, the highest time of 41. This indicates an increase in the shooting accuracy of the players of the Kuningan Nass Futsal club, and there is a difference the average treatment effect of block system method exercise for futsal shooting accuracy between pre test and post test based on independent sample t test.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the basketball dribbling ability of the men's basketball extracurricular participants at SMPN 1 Garawangi through the TGT training method. This research is an experimental study which was carried out for approximately two months, with the intensity of meeting three times a week. In total there are 6 weeks with a frequency of exercise 3 times in 1 week. Data were collected through pretest and posttest. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 23. The results showed that the TGT training method was very suitable to be applied to men's basketball extracurricular participants at SMPN 1 Garawangi because with the TGT training program extracurricular participants could improve their dribbling abilities. The conclusion is that TGT can improve the dribbling ability of basketball extracurricular participants.

Abstract

In the study, applying the volleyball bottom passing exercise. With practice being bounced off the wall and thrown by a friend in pairs. This study uses the research method of women's volleyball experiment at SMPN 1 Cilebak, totaling 20 people. The results of this research and development are data on the pretest posttest scores using the SPSS 22.0 for Windows program with a significant level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that the increase in passing over volleyball is 18.90%. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that with the practice of passing down volleyball, it can be developed and applied in the training process. Based on these results, it can be used as a volleyball passing practice and at the same time an output product of a volleyball bottom passing exercise model.

Abstract

Anxiety Levels of BK PORPROV XIV Women's Futsal Athletes in Kuningan Regency During Training, Trials and Competitions, Department ofHealth Physical Education and Recreation, 2021. This study aims to determine the level of anxiety of female futsal athletes of BK PORPROV XIV Kuningan Regency during practice, trials and matches. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The population and sample in this study were the women's futsal team of BK PORPROV XIV Kuningan Regency, totaling 18 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique of this study tested the validity, reliability and statistical tests using SPSS. The results showed that the anxiety level of the women's futsal BK PORPROV XIV athletes in Kuningan Regency during training was in the moderate category of 44.44% (8 people), at the time of the trial the athlete's anxiety level was in the moderate category of 50% (9 people), and during the match the athlete's anxiety level was in the high category of 55.55% (10 people). The conclusion in this study showed that the level of anxiety of the female futsal BK PORPROV XIV athletes in Kuningan Regency during training, trials, and matches increased.

Abstract

This study aims to improve futsal passing skills through the Direct Instriction method. This research is an experimental study which was carried out for approximately one month, with the intensity of meeting 3 times a week, a total of 2 weeks. Data were collected through pretest and posttest. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 23. The results showed that the direct instruction method was very suitable to be applied to class V students at SDN 2 Rajadanu because with direct instruction RPP participants could improve their passing skills. This can be seen from the increase in the results of the pretest at the time of the posttest. The conclusion is that direct instruction can improve the passing ability of class V students at SDN 2 Rajadanu
