Abstract

Abstract Many students have quite extensive knowledge regarding religious knowledge regarding the Hajj and Umrah rituals, but the implementation of awareness among the students at the Nurul Wafa Islamic Boarding School, Sukarame District, Tasikmalaya Regency is not yet fully aware of the practice and implementation, so the interest of the students at the Nurul Wafa Islamic Boarding School, Sukarame District , Tasikmalaya Regency is also classified as still low in carrying out Hajj and Umrah rituals. The purpose of this research is to determine the awareness and interest of the students of the Nurul Wafa Islamic Boarding School, Sukarame District, Tasikmalaya Regency in carrying out the Hajj and Umrah rituals and to find out how to increase the awareness and interest of the students of the Nurul Wafa Islamic Boarding School, Sukarame District, Tasikmalaya Regency in carrying out the Hajj and Umrah rituals. The research that the researcher conducted was qualitative research with a descriptive approach that revealed visible symptoms from looking for facts, especially regarding the awareness and interest of students at the Nurul Wafa Islamic Boarding School, Sukarame District, Tasikmalaya Regency to carry out the Umrah pilgrimage. The research results show that there are several factors to increase the awareness and interest of students in carrying out the Hajj and Umrah Manasik, namely as follows: Education about the Principles of Implementing the Hajj and Umrah Manasik, Introduction to Products and Services for the Implementation of the Hajj and Umrah Manasik, Collaboration with the Ministry of Religion for Hajj Affairs, Promotion Benefits and Advantages of Hajj and Umrah Funds, Providing Incentives or Incentives, Parental Involvement, Role Model, Role of Facilitation for Opening Hajj and Umrah Accounts, Simulation Activities, Evaluation and Feedback

Abstract

Increasingly, the way payments are made through the role of digital technology is growing, the majority of people, especially people who live in urban areas, have already carried out shopping or payment activities through the intermediary of a digital platform. Travel and Umrah providers in Tasikmalaya district are not wasting this good momentum to develop their fundraising and of course can provide maximum service even if only through digital technology. Tasikmalaya district travel and Umrah provider is one of the Umrah package providers who has utilized the role of digital technology as a place for Umrah and Hajj registration and uses it as a marketing place through strategic digital platforms such as marketing through social media websites and others. This research aims to find out about the role of Digital Technology and Instagram in Fundraising for travel and Umrah providers in Tasikmalaya Regency, fundraising strategies for travel and Umrah providers in Tasikmalaya Regency and the Role of Digital Technology and Instagram in Fundraising for Umrah and Hajj rituals in travel and Umrah providers in Tasikmalaya Regency. In this research, researchers used a qualitative approach using data collection techniques, namely direct interviews with travel and Umrah providers in Tasikmalaya Regency and collecting information in the form of data. The results of this research show that travel and Umrah providers in Tasikmalaya Regency apply various types of marketing through digital technology and create content that is interesting and easy to understand by potential donors, such as promoting and creating interesting programs, besides that digital technology can increase the growth of fundraising from travel and Umrah providers in Tasikmalaya Regency. Increasingly, travel and Umrah providers in Tasikmalaya Regency are continuing to develop digital technology.

Abstract

A private organization called Travel Hajj and Umrah was established with the aim of offering services for the departure of prospective pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims to the Holy Land. Hajj and Umrah travel agents must have a plan to attract more pilgrims and Umrah given the intense competition in the business sector. The purpose of this research is to understand the various forms of development tactics used by PT. Persada Taza Tours & Travel Umrah Tasikmalaya to attract the attention of pilgrims. Field studies of this kind use descriptive qualitative data analysis methods, including interviews and documentation. And all data is evaluated inductively. According to research, PT. Persada Taza Tours & Umrah Travel Tasikmalaya uses an expansion strategy as a new breakthrough in raising the interest of its congregation, especially through the partnership program and bokingsit savings system. However, there are obstacles in increasing the interest of pilgrims and umrah, including the lack of public understanding of the pilgrimage and umrah and the lack of interest of the residents of the city of Tasikmalaya in carrying it out. The purpose of this research is that Hajj and Umrah travel and business owners can improve the quality and capacity of prospective pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims to the Holy Land.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there are many similar products selling Umrah packages, the development of which is very fast compared to others, where the quality of the product and service for the interest of prospective pilgrims can be an advantage of the product that will be offered as well as the interest of prospective pilgrims to buy it. The purpose of this research is to find out how to manage product quality and the services provided by looking at the number of similar products sold by competitors, because the same competitors are selling these products closely. Here, the researcher wants to know what factors make this Umrah package continue to be superior in terms of quality. product quality and service. The method used in this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and case study, by describing and illustrating existing phenomena. Data collection techniques in 3 ways, namely: Observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that: 1) Product quality management in this Umrah package has advantages in the product quality of the Umrah package, both in terms of consistent service and providing comfort, the use of attractive Umrah packages and love for the environment, namely using paper materials and the best possible design. by providing pictures on the Umrah package as well as correct information about the product, as well as very cheap prices with very good products. 2) Service to the interests of prospective pilgrims at Tasikmalaya Umrah Travel regarding the services provided by customers/prospective pilgrims is quite satisfactory, where Tasikmalaya Umrah Travel really prioritizes service so that its Umrah packages continue to develop even though there are many competitors. 3) Management of product and service quality towards the interests of prospective pilgrims from an Islamic economic perspective at Tasikmalaya Umrah Travel, where the product owner has provided good and fair product quality to prospective pilgrims. The quality products they provide so far do not have low quality or defects that are not in accordance with Islamic teachings, because if this happens it could be detrimental to prospective pilgrims. Where Tasikmalaya Umrah Travel also has a Halal certificate regarding the products sold so that prospective pilgrims feel they have gained trust, especially prospective pilgrims who are Muslim.

Abstract

This research aims to determine 1. The influence of the income level of prospective pilgrims on their interest in registering for Hajj and Umrah at the Tasikmalaya Regency KBIHU. Interested in registering for Hajj and Umrah at Tasikmalaya Regency Travel or Guidance (KBIHU). For this research method, the samples taken were 100 prospective pilgrims at the KBIHU Tasikmalaya Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This research uses a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis methods. The data source used is primary data by distributing questionnaires. The results of this research are 1. There is no influence of the income level of prospective pilgrims on interest in registering for Hajj and Umrah at KBIHU Tasikmalaya Regency with Sig = 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount > ttable, namely, 1,314 > 0.192 2. There is an influence of the level of understanding of prospective pilgrims on interest. Registering for Hajj and Umrah at KBIHU Tasikmalaya Regency Sig = 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount > ttable, namely, 6.679 > 0.609 3. There is an Influence of Income Level and Understanding of Prospective Pilgrims on Interest in Registering for Hajj and Umrah at Travel or Guidance (KBIHU) Tasikmalaya Regency Sig = 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount is greater than Ftable, namely 37.688 > 2.70. The conclusions of this research based on the results obtained are 1. There is no influence of the income level of prospective pilgrims on interest in registering for Hajj and Umrah at KBIHU Tasikmalaya Regency 2. There is an influence of the level of understanding of prospective pilgrims on interest in registering for Hajj and Umrah at KBIHU Tasikmalaya Regency 3. Abstract

This research is motivated by one of the aims of KBIHU ritual guidance is to increase KBIHU ritual guidance's understanding of the practice of the Hajj pilgrimage in a particular area. Apart from that, there is also a need for an Islamic economic review of the manasik guidance activities at the KBIHU manasik guidance. The aim of this research is to find out the role of KBIHU ritual guidance for pilgrims in KBIHU ritual guidance in understanding the practice of the Hajj pilgrimage and to find out the Islamic economics review of the role of KBIHU ritual guidance for the congregation at the KBIHU ritual guidance in Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and case studies. The data collection techniques used were: interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, in which there are three steps in data analysis, namely: Data Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The results of the research show that the KBIHU Tasikmalaya ritual guidance has a role as a place for promoting Hajj and Umrah, opening up employment opportunities and KBIHU ritual guidance and understanding local Hajj practices with income that can meet basic needs (Al-Dharuriyyah), secondary needs (Al-Hajiyyah) and tertiary needs (Al-Tahsiniyyah). Islamic Economics review of the role of KBIHU ritual guidance for pilgrims in guiding KBIHU rituals and the practice of Hajj, it is known that Hajj and Umrah business people have an honest and trustworthy attitude, carry out ijab qobul in ritual guidance with prospective pilgrims and managers of KBIHU ritual guidance who are able to direct Hajj business people and Umrah who want to borrow funds from sharia institutions to avoid usury. In this way, the KBIHU Tasikmalaya ritual guidance plays a role in guiding the KBIHU rituals and understanding the practice of the Hajj pilgrimage from an Islamic economic perspective.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of discussions from outside about the current management of KBIHU with the large number of sharia banks being established and the current very tight competition. So the author has an interest in how services, promotions exist at KBIHU, what practices and leadership styles are provided by a leader to employees. To be able to provide good service and promotions that are in accordance with Islamic Economics. The purpose of this research is to find out the services, promotions that occur at KBIHU and whether or not they are appropriate in reviewing Islamic economics. To obtain this research, the author used data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. For data analysis, data reduction, presentation and conclusions are used. The results of this research show that the service that occurs in transactions between employees and customers is able to provide good service in accordance with Islamic views. In practice at KBIHU there are Islamic values. The promotions given really create purity in banking and customers really believe that KBIHU is free from haram things and is pure in accordance with Islamic rules. As well as his leadership style which is carried out in terms of putting the subordinates he leads first, carrying out good mandates and not only in management, bank management or its concepts. However, here the leaders create KBIHU members who can behave well in accordance withIslamic values ​​and prioritize the priority of worship. So that many KBIHU employees become better at worship because of the habit of doing it frequently.

Abstract

This research was undermined by the existence of a consumer who purchased his basic needs using a scale, then the scale he used was still using the old version of the scales. After the purchase of the basic needs, the consumer said he suffered from a lack of weight, so that consumer did not accept consumer rights fully. The principle of Islamic business ethics is one of the benchmarks in the world of trade, because to know the behavior of traders in transactions can be measured from the principles of the Islamic ethics of business: unity, honesty, justice, accountability, and freedom of will. Without the application of Islamic business ethics, traders' behaviour in transactions is not consistent with Islamic Shariah. The purpose of this research is to know the concepts of trading, the practices of trading used, as well as to know and not the principles of Islamic business ethics. To obtain this research, the author uses data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with case study research methods. For data analysis, data reduction, presentation, and sample is used. The results of this research showed that the concept of trading in transactions in the Beautiful Dawn Shop is able to perform well, provide good service to the buyer, and for transaction traders use the tool proof of the manual transaction using written receipts. In transacting according to the ethical perspective of Islamic business traders have done well the principles of fairness, free will, responsibility, virginity and goodness. However, there is still something that traders do not conform to the principles of Islamic business ethics, which is the principle of balance, because traders still like to do fraud in the measurement or weighing of 15 grams to 159 grams.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of every consumer who wants satisfaction in laundry services so as not to be disappointed with the results. Like neat, clean, fragrant clothes, not confused with others and the price is in accordance with quality. The application of Islamic business ethics is one of the most important elements of doing business. Because Islamic business ethics is a driver to generate consumer satisfaction. Therefore, companies must be able to implement indicators of Islamic business ethics including justice, responsibility, free will, truth, honesty and ihsan. Without the application of Islamic business ethics, the satisfaction given to consumers will not be in accordance with what is expected. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of the application of Islamic business ethics on consumer satisfaction in the home industry of Laundry Houses. To obtain this study, the authors used data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews and observations. The research approach uses a quantitative approach with research methods based on positivism. For data processing, the author uses the SPSS 22 application. The results of this study show that: (a) There is a positive and significant influence on the variables of Islamic business ethics (X) in the Home Laundry Home Industry. With the results of the respondent's answer is affirmative. This proves that laundry entrepreneurs in managing Islamic business ethics indicators have run well. (b) The application of Islamic business ethics has been well implemented by the Laundry House entrepreneur. (c) The results of the partial test (Test t) have a positive influence on the independent variable of Islamic business ethics on the dependent variable of consumer satisfaction in the home industry of the Laundry House. This can be seen from the value of t calculated > t table with a value of 5.202 > 2.639 at a significant level of 5%. But this shows that Islamic business ethics in the Laundry House has provided justice, responsibility, free will, truth, honesty and respect for consumers according to their needs. This means that the more Islamic business ethics are applied, the more consumer satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

This research is motivated by lookingn at the reality of the management of sales of Umrah packages in Tasikmalaya City, which seems to have not been optimally managed to improve services for Umrah travel businesses in the community. In fact, if you look at daily activities, congregational services are carried out every day. Community pilgrim services managed by Umrah Travel and KBIHU show that the realization figures each year fluctuate and have not reached the target. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of public pilgrim service management carried out by Umrah Travel and KBIHU in improving services to the community's Umrah travel business with an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses qualitative field research methods, namely research that studies phenomena in their natural environment. The techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Research Results: The effectiveness of community service management in improving services for the Umrah travel business in Indihiang Community is generally not optimal. Based on the service indicator criteria, physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness and empathy are not yet optimal, while only the guarantee aspect is optimal. As for the Islamic economic review of the effectiveness of community congregation service management in improving services for the community's Umrah travel business in the Indihiang community, only a few have been implemented. Islamic economic principles, namely the principles of monotheism and brotherhood, the principles of work and productivity.
