Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the factors that cause the low level of student discipline at Madrasah Aliyah Bustanul Ulum Pagerharjo Wedarijaksa Pati. Discipline is an important aspect of education, but students often face difficulties in maintaining adequate levels of discipline. The research method used is qualitative. The data collection technique uses questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique involves data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of this research reveal that the factors that cause the low level of student discipline at Madrasah Aliah Bustanul Ulum Pagerharjo Wedarijaksa Pati are broadly divided into three, namely factors related to students' personalities, factors related to educators' attitudes, and environmental factors. This research has important implications for improving student discipline in madrasah. By understanding the factors that influence discipline, schools, and educators can develop more effective strategies to improve student discipline.Keywords: Causal factors, discipline, MA Bustanul Ulum

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of discipline values in students of Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Miftahut Thullab in Cengkalsewu Pati, through communal Dhuha prayer activities. Dhuha prayer is considered a potential means to instill discipline in students. The research utilizes observation and interviews with students, educators, and administrators of MA Miftahut Thullab. The findings indicate that communal Dhuha prayer activities have been successfully integrated into the daily lives of students and have positively impacted their discipline. The active role of educators and support from the school environment are key factors in the success of this implementation.Keywords: Dhuha prayer, Implementation of values, Religious education, Student discipline, MA Miftahut Thullab.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the steps and impacts of collaborative learning on the independent curriculum for class X MA Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Batangan. The type of qualitative research with data collection using interviews, observations, and documentation. Research Results The steps include 1) Teachers create teaching modules and implement opening, core and closing activities, 2) attend training, 3) provide modern learning media. Collaborative Learning has both positive and negative impacts. The positive impacts are 1) Student activity increases. 2) Learning becomes more interactive and is able to produce better learning outcomes. 3) Environmental factors must support the learning process to create good, safe, and comfortable conditions. While the negative impacts of collaborative learning are 1) it takes a long time to set up the class 2) for quiet students, teachers must pay more attention so that students remain comfortable in learning, 3) there is dominance of several students.Keywords: Implementation, Independent Curriculum, Collaborative Learning

Abstract

Teacher effort is an effort made by the teacher to solve a problem so that the goals and objectives of the educational institution can be achieved. . Learning quality can be said to be a description of the good or bad results and understanding achieved by students after learning activities are carried out. History of Islamic Culture as one of the compulsory subjects in Madrasas. Researchers conducted research on teachers' efforts to improve the quality of learning the History of Islamic Culture at Madrasah Aliyah Abadiyah Gabus. Data collection in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by first focusing on the data, then presenting it in descriptive text, and conclusions were drawn by explaining it descriptively. The results of the research show that the efforts made by Islamic Cultural History teachers to improve the quality of Islamic Cultural History learning are quite good. This can be proven based on the efforts that Islamic Cultural History teachers have made to improve the quality of learning.Keywords: Teacher efforts, improving the quality of learning

Abstract

This study aims to create a web-based learning design to improve speech skills in deaf children at SLB Futhiyyah Pati. The method used in this study is Research and Development (RD). The results of this study are 1) the realization of a valid web-based learning design. This is indicated by the results of expert validation showing a mean of 3.45 in the very valid/feasible category. Web-based learning design can be said to be effective in improving the speech skills of deaf children. This is indicated by the results of the p-value in the chi-square analysis which shows 0.05. and the applicability of the applied learning design is 89.83%.Keywords: Learning Design, Web, Deaf Kids

Abstract

This research is a type of Classroom Action Research by applying The Power of Two learning to class XI students at MAN 1 Pati. The aim of this research is to find out: 1) improve student learning outcomes through learning the power of two, 2) improve the quality of SKI learning through learning the power of two. The research was carried out in two cycles, where the activities of each cycle consist of planning, action, observation, evaluation and reflection. Student learning outcomes have increased from pre-test, post-test cycle 1, to post-test cycle 2. This can be seen from the average student score of 59.7 (pre-test), increasing to 66.8 (post-test cycle 1), and increased again to 79.5 (post test cycle 2). Improvements in student learning outcomes can also be seen from learning completeness with Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). It was proven in the pre-test results, of the 36 students who took the test, only 6 students completed their studies. With a learning completion percentage of 22.2%. Increasing the results of post test cycle 1, of the 36 students who took the test, there were 20 students who completed their studies. With a learning completion percentage of 55.5%. It increased again in the results of post test cycle 2, of the 36 students who took the test, there were 32 students who completed their studies.
