Abstract

This study was motivated by the large spotlight on money politics behavior in Madrasah for students who already have the right to vote. This study aims to obtain information related to religious understanding with students' attitudes towards the phenomenon of money politics ahead of the election. The study was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Matholi'ul Huda Sokopuluhan Village with a sample of 73 students. The type of research is quantitative with survey research using a closed questionnaire as a data collection method. The results of the study indicate that the level of normative understanding of students that money politics is prohibited by religion and laws is very high. However, the understanding of some students that money politics is prohibited by religion and laws becomes biased when they see the practice of money politics in the field. some of those who consider money politics to be prohibited even consider giving money in elections as gossip or charity. The percentage of religious understanding with students' money politics attitudes shows that religiously, money politics is prohibited by religion (91.8%). The students' responses related to money politics based on statutory regulations showed that 65 students or 89.0% knew that money politics was prohibited in statutory regulations and only 8 students or 11.0% stated that they did not know that money politics was prohibited in statutory regulations.Keywords: understanding of religion, student behavior, money politics

Abstract

This study aims to improve students abilities in facilitating memorization of the letters in the Al-Quran through the implementation of the morning Qur’an program at MI Raudlatul Ulum Wegil Sukolilo Pati village. The main problem is that the students of MI Raudlatul Ulum have difficulty in memorizing short letters, for that we need a program to improve students memorization. This type of research is field research. While this research approach is descriptive qualitative which in its implementation analyzes the data and describe it. This research is expected to improve students memorization of short letters at MI Raudlatul Ulum. The result of this study were able to find out the implementation of the morning Qur’an program at MI Raudlatul Ulum and find out the inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of the morning Qur’an program at MI Raudlatul Ulum.

Abstract

This study discusses the politeness of language in the speech of teachers and students in the Indonesian language learning process at SMP PGRI Jekulo Kudus. The focus of this research is in the form of words and sentences that contain compliance with the principles of politeness and violations of the principles of politeness in the language of teachers and students. This study aims to describe the application of the language politeness principle in the Indonesian learning process, and describe the violation of the language politeness principle in the Indonesian language learning process at SMP PGRI Jekulo Kudus. This research approach is a qualitative approach, while the type of research is ethnometodology which is oriented towards conversational analysis. The data is obtained directly by recording the dialogue or speech of the teacher and students during the teaching and learning process. After the data was collected, data analysis was carried out in the form of politeness. The data analysis activity begins with selecting data that is suspected of being a form of speech that embodies the principle of politeness and violations of the principle of politeness. Then the data collection is classified based on the Leech politeness maxims as language politeness rules.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the factors that cause the low level of student discipline at Madrasah Aliyah Bustanul Ulum Pagerharjo Wedarijaksa Pati. Discipline is an important aspect of education, but students often face difficulties in maintaining adequate levels of discipline. The research method used is qualitative. The data collection technique uses questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique involves data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of this research reveal that the factors that cause the low level of student discipline at Madrasah Aliah Bustanul Ulum Pagerharjo Wedarijaksa Pati are broadly divided into three, namely factors related to students' personalities, factors related to educators' attitudes, and environmental factors. This research has important implications for improving student discipline in madrasah. By understanding the factors that influence discipline, schools, and educators can develop more effective strategies to improve student discipline.Keywords: Causal factors, discipline, MA Bustanul Ulum

Abstract

Keberadaan anak jalanan merupakan salah satu fenomena global yang dihadapi oleh banyak negara, termasuk Indonesia, di dunia modern saat ini. Fenomena ini mengindikasikan banyaknya jumlah anak-anak di dunia yang telah kehilangan hak-haknya sebagai anak, seperti misalnya hak untuk mendapatkan pendidikan, layanan kesehatan, dan mendapatkan tempat tinggal yang layak. Artikel ini mencoba untuk mengeksplorasi problema social ini, dengan mencoba menjelaskan definisi dan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan adanya anak jalanan dalam pandangan global dan dalam konteks Indonesia melalui sebuah studi literer pada fenomena tersebut.Setiap negara mempunyai karakteristik anak jalanan yang berbeda-beda. Tipologi anak jalanan di Indonesia sendiri terdiri dari tiga tingkatan, yaitu children at high risk, children in the streets, dan children of the streets, ketiganya merupakan sebuah proses migrasi dan akulturasi yang berkelanjutan Sementara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberadaan mereka melibatkan factor-faktor baik yang bersifat structural maupun yang indifidual. Faktor-faktor ini saling terhubung satu sama lain.

Abstract

This paper will describe the origins of the birth of conflict theory by describing the theory and thinking of the founding fathers of conflict theory. Furthermore, to clarify the position of conflict theory, this paper will compare in contrast the perspective of conflict theory. Conflict theory is the antithesis of the theories constructed by functional groups an has a very sharp distinction with functional theory. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the independent curriculum in PAI learning. This type of research is literature research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The main data are taken from books and journals that are directly related to the issue of the independent curriculum. Skunder data is taken from books and journals that have an indirect relationship and or that support the main data. Data is collected by documentation techniques. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed using content analysis techniques and inductive - deductive. This study concludes that the independent curriculum is the right solution for the education process today. In the independent curriculum, education is focused on students so that they are active and creative. In addition, the material obtained is more real so that it will be more imprinted in the student's soul and that is how education should be. PAI learning in the independent curriculum other than through the project model, schools and / or madrasahs can cooperate with other educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools or madrasah diniyah. Abstract

Land registration contained in Article 1 point 1 of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 is a series of activities carried out by the Government continuously, continuously and regularly, including collection, processing, bookkeeping, and presentation and maintenance of physical data and juridical data, in the form of maps. and a list of land parcels and apartment units. This study aims to determine how the system of implementing land registration in Indonesia according to PP No. 24 of 1997 concerning land registration. The research method used is normative juridical research with primary and secondary data sources. In data collection techniques, namely data collection can be done in various settings, various sources and various ways, namely by collecting data from primary data sources and secondary data sources for analysis. and conclusions. The results of the research are that land registration aims to guarantee legal certainty and certainty of rights to the land. The LoGA emphasizes that land registration must be carried out in order to guarantee legal certainty in the land sector and the publication system is a negative system, but contains positive elements.

Abstract

Teachers must carry out classroom processing to make the class more organized, apart from that, classroom processing can make the learning process more effective and efficient. One way to process classes is to use the Student Center Learning approach. The Student Center Learning approach is an approach that focuses the learning process on students. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of classroom management using the Student Center Learning approach at Raudlatul Falah High School. The data collection methods used were interviews and observation. The research results show that (1) The steps taken in implementing the SCL (Student Centered Learning) approach are selecting problems, making plans, implementing, analyzing, evaluating. (2) The impact of processing classes using the Student Canter Learning approach is that students are more involved, students are more critical in their learning abilities, students are more independent and learning becomes more personalized.Keywords: Impact of Class Management, Student Center Learning Approach

Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate the overall implementation program of Boarding School Darul Adzkiya’ at MAN 2 Kudus. This evaluation research used evaluation model of CSE-UCLA (Center for the Study of Evaluation – University of California in Los Angeles) which consists of five components namely system assessment, program planning, program implementation, program improvement, and program certification. This study used Mix Method (qualitative and quantitative). The technique of collecting data used questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentation. As for the data analysis used descriptive analysis method. The location of the study was conducted at Islamic State Boarding School (MAN) 2 of Kudus. The research results showed that: System assessment for the need level and also the long-term goals of the establishment of boarding school Darul Adzkiya' which was to be achieved had been appropriate with the purpose of establishment; Program Planning, for job programs, educator profiles, students profiles, class administration and also learning infrastructure were technically good.; Implementation program on the results of the study it could be said that it was good; Program Improvement from all sides, could be said that it had functioned well.; Program certification for learning outcomes aspects was still lack because it was only based on the value of public speaking. By the improvements in those parts that were lack, the Darul Adzkiya boarding school will be more perfect in the future and produce the best quality.
