Abstract

This study aims to describe the mixed form of Indonesian and Javanese Serang codes and the causative factors. This study uses a qualitative description method with a descriptive approach. The data of this research is the speech of the people of Kasemen-Serang City. The results of the study show that (1) The form of Code Mixing is in the form of word insertion; (2) the factor of code mixing causes a sense of closeness and warmth in communication; (3) Javanese particles dominate spoken; and (4) Mixing Codes has a positive impact as an effort to defend regional languages.

Abstract

  Abstract The enactment of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees changed the halal product guarantee system which was previously voluntary to become mandatory for business actors. The purpose of this Law is to provide legal certainty regarding the halalness of a product circulating in the community. Apart from that, it also creates a sense of security and public trust in the products available. Policies regarding halal products can be determined by regions as a potential to be able to mobilize local products that can compete with products at home and abroad. This research aims to find out and analyze how the Halal Product Guarantee Implementation System is for business actors in Banten Province. The research method used is qualitative. The results of research using the Edward III policy implementation model approach show that the Halal Product Guarantee Implementation System for business actors in Banten Province is still not running well. Campaign methods and socialization of mandatory halal policies in October 2024 have not been carried out routinely. Business actors have difficulty finding halal raw materials on the market. The number of members of the Halal Task Force in Banten Province is insufficient, there have been policy changes regarding the implementation of halal product guarantees through Law Number 6 of 2003 concerning the Determination of Perpu Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation. The implementation of BPJPH service rates is quite expensi for small businesses. The Halal Certificate registration procedure is quite long and complicated.

Abstract

Indonesia is facing a demographic bonus with peaks expected in 2030 and 2045, which is both an opportunity and a challenge for human resource development. However, this demographic bonus is threatened by the high prevalence of smoking among students, which has an impact on health and the economy. This study aims to analyze the Tobacco Control strategy implemented by the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IPM) Central Java as an intelligence movement towards Indonesia Emas 2045. The research method uses Theory of Change (ToC) and Logical Framework (Logframe) to design, monitor, and evaluate the program. The main programs include Tobacco Control Camp (TCC), Taruna Melati Thematic, and Fortasi, which are designed to educate students about the dangers of smoking, form peer mentors, and create anti-smoking communities. The results showed that the program succeeded in increasing students' awareness about the dangers of smoking, reducing smoking prevalence, and forming change agents at the community level. The expected long-term impact is a reduction in the burden of smoking-related diseases, an improvement in the quality of human resources, and a contribution to the achievement of the 2045 Golden Indonesia vision. This program serves as an effective model for other student organizations in addressing the problem of smoking among adolescents.

Abstract

Pemerintah merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam penyelenggaraan ketertiban umun atau penyelesaian masalah-masalah sosial, dalam tulisan ini mengenai anak jalanan yang merupakan sebuah komutias sosial yang tentunya harus mendapat perhatian lebih dari pemerintah daerah (pemda), khususnya pemda Lebak. Untuk merespon hal tersebut pemda Lebak telah mengeluarkan Perda Kabupaten Lebak No 17 Tahun 2006 tentang Penyelenggaraan Ketertiban, Kebersihan. Adapun yang disoroti dalam tulisan ini yaitu implementasinya terhadap anak jalanan di Kabupeten Lebak. Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Lebak nomor 17 tahun 2006 terhadap anak jalanan belum maksimal, terutama dalam pengejawantahan implementasi kebijakan daerah atau kebijakan publik. Penanganan anak jalanan belum mengacu pada konsep implementasi kebijakan publik yang pro terhadap kebutuhan komunitas anak jalanan di Kabupaten Lebak. Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Apa saja jenis pelanggaran maksim kuantitas dan implikasi tindak tutur dalam persidangan kasus pembunuhan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat? (2) Apa saja jenis pelanggaran maksim kualitas dan implikasi tindak tutur dalam persidangan kasus pembunuhan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat? (3) Apa saja jenis pelanggaran maksim relevansi dan implikasi tindak tutur dalam persidangan kasus pembunuhan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat? dan (4) Apa saja jenis pelanggaran maksim cara dan implikasi tindak tutur dalam persidangan kasus pembunuhan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat? Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik telaah pustaka, teknik simak dan teknik catat.
