Abstract

Analysis of the immediate results of surgical treatment of gastric cancer patients subjected to extended 55 gastrektomy withsplenektomy and 57 patients of control group, which has been implemented advanced gastrektomy without splenektomy. Advanced gastrektomy with splenektomy in surgical treatment of gastric cancer does not increase the number of postoperative complications and thenature of complications didnot differ from those after the extended gastrektomy with presegastriccanceration of the spleen.

Abstract

The article has studied in detail the macro and microscopic anatomy of the greater omentum of a person. Variants, morphological, histotopographic features and ligament apparatus of the greater omentum are indicated. The obtained data are useful for surgical, including laparoscopic, interventions on the abdominal or¬gans. The conducted studies complement the changes in histotopographic relationships of the glands, lymphatic bed, and lymphoid structures described in the literature. The data in perspective can be used for the correction of ongoing conservative and operational activities.

Abstract

Breast cancer is a serious medical and social problem for most developed countries of the world. Immunohistochemical studies were performed on primary tumors of 70 breast cancer patients with different subtypes. An immunohistochemical study allows us to evaluate the indicators associated with the tumor cell cycle. Knowledge of immunohistochemical markers allows us to develop an optimal model for evaluating and choosing tactics for the treatment of breast cancer.

Abstract

Today, specific treatment for breast cancer leads to a decrease in estrogen-sex hormones, as a result of which the reduction of bone marrow and the development of osteoporosis is an urgent problem for many patients. 150 women were interviewed to improve the efficiency of diagnosis of osteoporosis in order to identify osteoporosis and improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer and pain syndrome of fertile age. Breast cancer was diagnosed in 101 (67.3%) women, osteoporosis and osteopenia were diagnosed in 49 (32.6%) women without breast cancer, pain syndrome was diagnosed in 76.6% of cases.

Abstract

the use of miniinvasive technologies and step-by-step methods of surgical treatment in patients with mechanical jaundice with gall stone disease can reduce mortality and the number of complications after surgery to 3.4% and 14.1%, respectively, in biliopan creatoduodenal zone tumors to 2.9% and 19.6%.

Abstract

To evaluate approaches to surgical treatment of complicated forms of liver echinococcosis. From 2018 to 2021, surgical treatment of liver echinococcosis was performed in 197 patients, of which 157 (79.7%) had primary echinococcosis, and 40 (20.3%) had recurrent echinococcosis. ... The data on the treatment of 46 (22.8%) patients with complicated echinococcosis are analyzed. 4 patients had associated complications. Among the complicated forms of liver echinococcosis, cyst suppuration is most common. Among the complicated forms of liver echinococcosis, cyst suppuration is most common. Patients with complicated liver echinococcosis should be operated in a specialized institution with modern diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, highly qualified specialists.
