Abstract

In this research work, we propose a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equation used to model the interaction between Langerhans cells and HIV infection. The model consists of five compartments, namely, susceptible Langerhans cells, infected Langerhans cells, susceptible T-cells, infected T-cells and free HIV particles. The biology of interactions of Langerhans cells with HIV and mathematical preliminaries which plays a crucial role in our entire research work was described. By presenting a theoretical framework related to the infection mechanism, a biologically meaning full assumption was considered. Furthermore, the positivity of the model solution, the equilibrium point (both virus free and endemic equilibrium) of the model was shown and its stability was investigated. Finally, by using a numerical simulation the developed model was studied and the results concluded that the numerical simulation matches the analytical solution as expected.

Abstract

R programming with map data interaction is another research area for data scientists due to high data publication in modern electronic records web applications at the federal administrative structure of Nepal. However the analysis of map and its presentation on web with interactively with data interperation has not much concern with data scientist while website design around the world. The data like central, province, local administrative government bodies many times published data for civil concerned. The dynamic records presentation with local boundaries map having interactive facilities has a new concept using r programming. Here the researcher could easily have developed the local administrative map using GIS shapefile then local level records generally gathered and stored in ms excel will automatically be integrated with this template easily so that local administrative agencies will easily update web site using r programming i.e rpubs. Which discards the registration domain, and knowledge of web application design intelligent site. The best application of this type of data interactive map with data interoperation would be highly applicable to local governance of Nepal where there was a large type of data and records that were developed in sequential order for public concern. The interactive VDC, district, province data commonly highlights data like, education rates and HDI information of any location that could easily be published. The developed model is available (http://rpubs.com/yagyarimal/556607) with interactive website pages quickly utilizing the intelligent markdown with a flash dashboard design template structure.

Abstract

This analytical review paper clearly explains Naïve Bayes machine learning techniques for simple probabilistic classification based on bayes theorem with the assumption of independence between the characteristics using r programming. Although there is large gap between which algorithm is suitable for data analysis when there was large categorical variable to be predict the value in research data. The model is trained in the training data set to make predictions on the test data sets for the implementation of the Naïve Bayes classification. The uniqueness of the technique is that gets new information and tries to make a better forecast by considering the new evidence when the input variable is of largely categorical in nature that is quite similar to how our human mind works while selecting proper judgement from various alternative of choices and can be applied in the neuronal network of the human brain does using r programming. Here researcher takes binary.csv data sets of 400 observations of 4 dependent attributes of educational data sets. Admit is dependent variable of gre, score gpa and rank of previous grade which ultimately determine whether student will be admitted or not for next program. Initially the gra and gpa variables has 0.36 percent significant in the association with rank categorical variable. The box plot and density plot demonstrate the data overlap between admitted and not admitted data sets. The naïve Bayes classification model classify the large data with 0.68 percent for not admitted where as 0.31 percent were admitted. The confusion matrix, and the prediction were calculated with 0.68 percent accuracy when 95 percent confidence interval. Similarly, the training accuracy is increased from 29 percent to 32 percent when naïve Bayes algorithm method as use kernel is equal to TRUE that ultimately decrease misclassification errors in the binary data sets.

Abstract

Lovebirds are a unique and legendary bird species that can attract most bird lovers in Indonesia. The colors and types are also varied, ranging from valves, non-valves, colorful feathers starting from the lungs, eyes, chest, tail wings, and so forth. In addition to a variety of colors, the birds singing is also another attraction for bird lovers. But for the general public as well as beginner Lovebirds hobbyists, it is difficult to know the type of each Lovebirds they meet or have. This is due to the lack of knowledge they have about Lovebirds, so we need a system that can help them in solving problems to find out the name of the species on a specific basis. Expert systems are computer programs that simulate the reasoning of an expert with expertise in a particular area of knowledge. Expert systems work based on theory, rules, and knowledge base. The theory is the necessary foundation in making an expert system as a substitute for an expert's logic mindset. Automaton theory of intelligent abstract modeling recognition machine is one theory that can work on a system to resolve uncertainty according to predetermined rules, especially reading the input of words or context-free language, and then can conclude whether the writing is following the state of the regulation set in the programming language. The results of this study resulted in an expert system application to identify Lovebirds based on the color of feathers found in the body of the lovebird using finite-state Automata.

Abstract

As a material of the research, 40 patients with iron deficiency were taken from 50 patients who were treated in the Hematology Department of the children's multidisciplinary medical center of Khorezm region. We divided the patients treated with iron deficiency anemia into 3 groups according to the degree of the disease (Table 1) as well as the origin (Table 2). We divided the patients into two groups during the study. Group 1) 20 patients were told to take the prescribed medications, mainly with tea, to themselves or their mother. Group 2) 20 patients were told to take the prescribed medications mainly with boiled water, to themselves or their mother.

Abstract

The use of modern teaching methods leads to high efficiency in the teaching process. When choosing teaching methods, it is advisable to choose based on the didactic function of each lesson. While maintaining the traditional form of the lesson, enriching it with methods that activate the activities of various learners leads to an increase in the level of mastery of learners. To do this, high efficiency can be achieved through the rational organization of training, the interest of learners by the educator, the choice of methods and tools in accordance with the content of the studied material. The level of mastery, practical skills and competencies of learners can be developed through interactive or interactive teaching methods.
