Abstract

It should be borne in mind that the changes taking place in our society in the economic, social, political and cultural spheres also depend on the education system, which determines the intellectual potential of our country and is a key condition for its development. At the same time, the growth of intellectual potential, the development of quality will not only have an impact on the effectiveness of education, the improvement of the system in this area, but also significantly affect the growth of all areas of this social system. That is why one of the strategic directions in education today is the identification of innovative activities of educational institutions as a key factor. Understanding the need to reform the education system requires that educational institutions be involved in innovative processes in practice, to see themselves in an innovative space where they have the opportunity to create, and most importantly, to adopt concrete innovations.

Abstract

The article presents a brief description of Conceptology as a version of Cognitive linguistic and depicts its main distinctions from Contensive and Cognitive (in narrow sense) linguistics as a form of expression of Russian mentality in its basic manifestations. The attempt to describe a certain area of vocabulary (spatial adjectives)is based on a distributive and situational analysis of the semantics of the words in question. The peculiarities of the representation of the concept "distance" in the semantics of the studied adjectives were identified, according to which adjectives were divided into subgroups, such as for the group high , tall , lofty , low - this is a common complex sign of designating a relatively large / small vertical size of "vertically located (standing) objects, counted up from the support plane located below, however this size should be large enough".

Abstract

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is used in medical imaging for detection of tumours and visualize brain tissues. This is done manually by expert radiologist and this takes good amount of time. The traditional method of MRI evaluation of tumour depends greatly on qualitative features, like density of tumour, growth pattern etc. Brain Region Segmentation is important in neuroimaging application, for example, alignment of images, surface reconstruction etc.The previous methods depends upon the qualitative features and is very sensitive to errors. Noise and errors need to be reduced and efficiently delineated, very less work is done in automatic tumour detection using deep learning methods and there is lot of areas which can be explored. The deep learning method is very much different from the machine learning method. The machine learning method uses algorithms to input data, learn from given data, and make decision based on the experience or learning whereas the deep learning can learn and make decisions on its own. Deep learning has a capability of learning from data that is unstructured or unlabeled. In deep learning, the algorithms try to learn using method of feature extraction which is very different and makes the model fully automatic, here we don’t require any handcrafted feature. In traditional method we need to develop feature extractor for different problem, so we use deep learning which reduces effort of developing different feature extractor for different problem. In one of method of 2-D patch extraction could achieve accuracy of 88% where the network architecture is inspired by VGG Network, high grade and low grade network differs in number of convolutional layer preceding a max-pooling layer. In other, they have used encoder-decoder type neural network and achieved accuracy of 87.2%. In a single forward pass, previously discussed patch based technique are slow as network predicts only centre pixel of patch. In the present study, we have used supervised learning to learn the features from the input images and found that Convolutional Neural Network can achieve good accuracy. In CNN, the network in starting phase learns low level feature like lines or edges and then slowly learns the high level features. The present method achieved accuracy of 90-94% which is a good achievement in this field. MICCAI-BRATS challenge 2015 dataset is utilized in the present study. In present method, there are total of 245 MRI images which are further divided into 110 image for training the network and 145 images for testing the data.

Abstract

Glutathione (GSH) is a negatively charged tripeptide, which is a major determinant of the cellular redox state and defense against oxidative stress. It is assembled inside and degraded outside the cells and is released under various physiological and pathophysiological conditions. The GSH release mechanism is poorly understood at present. In our experiments, freshly isolated rat thymocytes were found to release GSH under normal isotonic conditions at a low rate of 0.8260.07 attomol/cell/min and that was greatly enhanced under hypoosmotic stimulation to reach a level of 6.160.4 attomol/cell/min. The swelling-induced GSH release was proportional to the cell density in the suspension and was temperature-dependent with a relatively low activation energy of 5.460.6 kcal/mol indicating a predominant diffusion mechanism of GSH translocation. The glutathione release rate from rat thymocytes was found to be 4-10 times higher compared to the human red blood cells. Cultured melanoma cells also exhibited substantial release of glutathione both in normal and hypoosmotic stress conditions

Abstract

In the cultivation of high yields of cotton, the role of agro-technical measures, including timely quality processing and deep softening between rows of cotton is very important. However, due to the lack of sectional cultivators currently used, it is not planned to aggregate it with a tractor and spend a lot of labor and time to install the necessary working bodies, as well as deep loosening of the soil. In order to solve the problem, the article presents the results of research on the development of a new universal-combined design of a suspended cultivator, which works between rows of cotton. The design of the proposed suspension universal-combined section cultivator-feeder is relatively simple, the cotton is processed and fertilized between the rows and deeply softened when necessary.
