Abstract

In the context of assessing the effectiveness of the management of the property complex of a higher educational institution (university) the task of structuring the process of managing the university's fixed assets is formulated. The process is divided into three sublevels. A systematic analysis of existing indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the management of fixed assets has been carried out. The procedure for managing the property complex of the university has been formalized and the parameters of a rational solution to the management task have been identified. The conceptual structure of the decision support system for the management of the property complex of the university is constructed. A functional model of the system has been developed.

Abstract

With the increase in the number of electronic devices, their tasks became more complex, and the range of services provided increased. Many radio tools must work together to provide one or more services. Accordingly, interference in the radiation radio receiver interferes with the correct reception of the signal, affects the circuit of the radio receiver, and also violates the signals during transmission of radio waves. The article discusses the causes and causes of problems arising from electromagnetic interference in most communication facilities, industry and industry of the republic.

Abstract

Quality management and reliability of the introduction of modern information and communication technology (ICT) in the field of the state tax system is one of the cornerstones of the effective development of any investment in the real sectors of the country's economic life. Solving the problem of the quality of information technology implementation requires an integrated approach to managing objects of tax structures, as well as the maximum implementation of the principles and rules of services from supervisory authorities and business entities. The article discusses one of the new and non-standard approaches to solving the actual problem of assessing the quality of ICT implementation in the tax system associated with expert assessment, which will lead to the creation of convenience and transparency about the reports and calculations provided by taxpayers, by providing a wide range of modern and comfortable interactive state services. Therefore, the new approach considered in this article is relevant and important in connection with the need to improve the system for managing tax revenues to the budget and other obligatory payments, as well as to create a market economic mechanism for assessing the quality of interactive services provided by the state tax authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Abstract

is studied process removing threads from a cocoon surface at unwinding and influencing factors on change of speed of unwinding. Also it is studied dynamics and laws raw silk winding on a reel, it is presented change of depth of immersing, an immersing corner, and factor of resistance from cocoon radius. The equation and calculations on cocoon movement on the viscous liquid environment are resulted theoretical. Constant factors, and, b and c are presented at various values of factor of viscosity n. From the analysis of tabular data follows, that with parametre growth n the attenuation factor a grows, other parameters b and c at first with growth n at first quickly grow and further vary slightly.

Abstract

'Travel for recreational, leisure, familial, or business reasons, usually for a short length of time,' is how tourism is defined. Tourism is typically associated with overseas travel, but it can also refer to domestic travel.' Tourism, in today's terminology, is a type of global link between nations and tourists from all over the world, presenting them to diverse cultures and societies, as well as their history, ancient, historical sites, and languages. As a result, in this ever-expanding global market, advertising has become a crucial instrument. Tourism's growth and development are crucial because it is such an integral part of any country's economic infrastructure. Advertising is an important tool for increasing tourism in a country by portraying the country's historical and cultural attractions in an appealing manner. Advertising is crucial to the evolution of this industry, as it provides economic growth, direct and indirect jobs, and, most importantly, a creative and competitive competition in the national and international travel industry. Importantly, in order to attain these goals, Travel Agencies and Ministry of Tourism and Business departments must work together. This graduation project investigates the impact of various tourism-related media and advertising strategies, assisting in the selection of the most effective tool for growing the country's tourism industry. The most effective promotional strategies for luring domestic and international passengers were handbooks, internet advertising, television, brochures, and newspapers, according to the conclusions of this study.

Abstract

The article presents the evaluation indicators by selecting raw silk for the manufacture of knitted products, comparing its quality. Raw silk from Navruz-1 and Chinese hybrids, which are currently grown in the country, was used to make yarn. The technology of making twisted yarns for use in knitting has been proposed. In order to ensure the softness and elasticity of the spun yarns, a recipe for boiling them is recommended. The amount of residual sericin was calculated taking into account the properties of the added yarns and the value of a certain degree of growth, the reduction of sericin content in the yarn during boiling has a sharp effect on their ability to withstand various repetitive stresses of geometric dimensions, uniformity, mechanical properties. The strength characteristics of the spun yarns before boiling and after removal of the sericin are given. Since the initial recommended 350 tw/m values did not fully provide strength, it was found that the requirements for it were fully met when the number of turns was increased by 25%. One of the main technological features of raw silk is the ability to rewind from yarn to spool, which affects its quality, cost and the appearance of the rings. The raw silk used for the production of knitted products was inspected by organoleptic method before testing the condition of the yarns, and a special emulsion was sprayed on the yarns with the sticky parts. The ability to rewind raw silk was tested on a rewinding machine MT-85 (Japan) at a speed of 140-5 m / min. It was rewrapped for 90 minutes in accordance with the requirements of the standard, taking into account the rings.
