Abstract

This research study provides a comparative examination of several partnership types and looks at how well public-private partnerships (PPPs) benefit small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Finding the best strategies for fostering SME expansion is the goal. The paper examines how PPPs might support the development of SMEs, acknowledging their critical role in generating employment and economic progress. The research looks at governance structures, finance mechanisms, resource allocation, knowledge sharing, and capacity building as important elements influencing partnership success by analyzing several PPP models across different countries and industries. The report presents recommendations for decision-makers in government, business, and agency that support small and medium-sized enterprise development. It also sheds light on the advantages, disadvantages, and best practices of various partnership arrangements. The study adds to our understanding of PPPs and SME assistance while offering useful suggestions for improving public-private sector cooperation. The results have important ramifications for shaping public policy and directing the creation and execution of successful PPPs that assist SMEs and promote long-term economic growth and prosperity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which strategic tourism planning contributes to the improvement of organizational performance in the district that was studied. In order to investigate the nature of the relationship that exists between the variables that were covered in the study, the descriptive-analytical method was utilized. The questionnaire served as the primary instrument for the purpose of data collection. (325) questionnaires were distributed to a random sample of The employees are employees of (10) tourism and travel companies in the Al-Najaf Governorate (Al-Kamal Company, Jannat Al-Najaf Company, Al-Hikma Company, Al-Dhikra Company, Al-Qassim Company, Al-Mustafa Company, Al-Bashir Company, Al-Marbad Company, Al-Salwan Company, Horizon Road Police), and the number of questionnaires was (285) questionnaires were retrieved, a total of 282 were considered valid for statistical analysis, and the percentage of those who responded was 86.8%. For the purpose of analyzing the practical component of the study, the researcher made use of a wide variety of statistical tools and methods. These included the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the relative importance, the correlation coefficient, and the simple regression approach. In addition to Excel (2007), complex statistical applications such as AMOS.V.25 and SPSS.V.26 were utilized in order to conduct the analysis. Based on the findings of the theoretical research, it was discovered that there is a vacuum in understanding on the role that strategic tourism planning plays in improving organizational performance in general, and in particular in the companies that were investigated. In terms of the practical findings of the research, it was found that there was a significant and direct correlation between tourist strategic planning in its dimensions and organizational performance, as well as a significant and negative influence relationship between the two. Through the findings of the investigation, the researchers were able to arrive at a number of conclusions that demonstrated the correctness of the majority of their hypotheses. According to the findings of the study, it is recommended that the tourism and travel companies that were surveyed in the Al-Najaf Governorate be encouraged to develop a current vision that guarantees their continued existence and survival in a manner that is proportionate and adapted to the environment in which they operate, as well as their capacity to absorb and contain the changes that occur within them. The presence of this environment helps to improve the performance of the overall organization.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the role that human resources information systems play in improving strategic decisions and to explain the relationship of the impact of human resources information systems on improving strategic decisions. To achieve the objectives of the research, the impact between human resources information systems in its dimensions, which are (planning, recruitment, Compensation, training, performance evaluation) in improving strategic decisions. The methodology addressed a set of paragraphs, the most important of which is the research problem, the content of which is that there have been increasing interests and developments recently in human resources information systems. The research problem was defined in several questions centered around the form and nature of the relationship between the research variables, and in light of that, a hypothetical diagram was built that embodies the relationship. Among the variables concerned, a set of main and sub-hypotheses emerged from it. In order to achieve the aforementioned research goal and answer the research questions and test the validity of its hypotheses, the study relied mainly on (the questionnaire), which is the main tool for collecting data and information, and by adopting the descriptive approach. Because of that, a sample was chosen from the study population, so the research community was represented by all employees of the Iraqi Services Company. Banking, 400 questionnaires were distributed, of which 344 questionnaires were returned valid for analysis. After evaluating and testing the credibility and stability of the research measurement tools, data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using advanced statistical tools and analysis using statistical programs (SPSS. Ver. 25). The results showed the validity of the study hypothesis, and based on it, a number of conclusions were formulated.

Abstract

This study was carried out on the socio-economic impact of subsidy removal on academic staff, students, and university administration in Nigeria. Secondary data were used in the paper. The data were collected from print and online publications. The study established that subsidy removal in Nigeria has a sociological impact on academic staff, students, and university administration. The study specifically identified increment in school fees and social vices like prostitution, kidnapping, robbery, and academic corruption as the social impacts of subsidy removal on academic staff, students, and university administration in Nigeria. Based on this finding, the study recommended that federal and state governments implement all palliative measures outlined to reduce the impact of subsidy removal, and the Government should increase the funding of universities to enable administrators to administer the universities well. Scholarships should be granted to tertiary institution students, and academic staff salaries should be increased.
