Abstract

The IoT-based wheelchair fall detection and health care system is used to detect when a patient is fallen from the wheelchair. When a patient has fallen out of their wheelchair, the IoT-based wheelchair fall detection and health care system is utilized to determine when this has occurred. When there is a need for the patient, the accelerometer sensor is engaged by hand movement. The message is then communicated to the appropriate person via text or phone, and the need is satisfied. It is possible to automate the light and fan with your voice using voice recognition. This technology provides continuous monitoring of the patient's temperature and pulse.

Abstract

Interest in the digital economy has grown significantly due to significant changes in society and the economy. Modern technologies and platforms have helped businesses and individuals reduce costs by minimizing personal interactions with customers, partners, and government organizations, as well as making communication faster and easier. The result is a digital or electronic economy based on network resources.

Abstract

Today, users are actively using Telegram bots to order groceries. Various online stores and electronic payment systems are also actively developing. This means that our citizens believe in the implementation of electronic transactions. Only to date, users are making small transactions that do not require large expenditures, and are less willing to increase the average purchase volume. The challenge now is to develop medium- and large-scale economic transactions and financial transactions through digital technologies.

Abstract

Mobile learning (m-learning) allows learners to access services from anywhere irrespective of time using internet-enabled mobile gadgets and related technologies. To assess the extent to which m-learning workflows have affected the learning process, it is imperative to evaluate the components and features of mobile learning and the level of interactions between the various components. The aim of this paper is to investigate m-learning components and the vital features that affect the design, development and deployment of m-learning process workflows. The paper follows a systematic review augmented by the object-oriented analysis and design process modeling. Following the process workflows modeling, the paper evolves and discusses an implementation-ready model that could be adopted by m-learning system integrators in their bid to implement cutting edge mobile solutions for flexible and efficient e-learning

Abstract

This paper is focused on advances in compiler construction for adaptive computers. Compiler construction is the process of constructing compilers and a compiler converts a source code into a machine code for implementation. A classical compiler is targeted to a specific hardware and processor configuration while an adaptive compiler adapts to different hardware and processor configurations making it very efficient. The term compilation denotes the conversion expressed in a human oriented source language to an equivalent algorithm expressed in a hardware oriented target language. Adaptive systems, on the other hand, accelerate programs by executing parts of the algorithm on adaptive hardware. These elements can be dynamically reconfigured during the program run. This has given rise to adaptive computers. Adaptive compiler is therefore responsible for possibility of adaptive computer systems. This makes research on adaptive compiler construction for adaptive computers important. The aim of this paper is therefore to reveal how adaptive compiler construction has influenced the development of adaptive computers.

Abstract

In the 21stt century with the rapid development in technology, many organizations depend on ICT for reliability and security of information to increase their performance and productivity. Internet Protocol Security (IPsec) is a suite of protocols and services that provide security for IP networks. It is a widely used virtual private network (VPN) technology. Early TCP/IP development did very little for ensuring the security of communication between peering devices. As networks evolved so did the need for greater protection of the data transmitted. IP packets lack effective security mechanisms and may be forged, stolen, or tampered with when being transmitted on an insecure public network, such as the Internet. Solutions for data protection were developed from which IPSec emerged as security architecture for the implementations of data confidentiality, integrity and availability. This paper is designed to give one the knowledge and skills to identify, mitigate and prevent malicious intrusion from the internet and guard against attackers.

Abstract

Computer network security is of great importance for many users. With the increase in network development applications, the problem of network security is becoming more and more serious. Due to the diversity of computer network connections, terminal distribution in homogeneity, network openness, and sharing of network resources, the computer network is vulnerable to different forms of attacks such as viruses, hackers, malware attacks, and other misconduct. To ensure the safety and smoothness of information, the network security and preventive measures are eyebrow nimble. This paper analyzes the following with regards to the subject matter. History of cybercrime, motives behind cybercrime, cyber-attacks. cyber-attacks prevention and the cost of not being cyber secured.
