Abstract

Sistem Informasi penerimaan siswa baru di SMA Muhammadiyah Jarai pada saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, dimana calon siswa baru yang ingin mendaftar kesekolah tersebut , harus datang dan menyerahkan secara langsung berkas-berkas atau persyaratan yang dibutuhkan untuk menjadi siswa baru di SMA Muhammadiyah Jarai. Hal ini membuat petugas PPDB kesulitan mengatasi pendaftar yang mengantri apalagi sekarang waktu yang sangat terbatas karena masa pandemic COVID-19 yang akhir-akhir ini sangat mengkhawatirkan. Sistem informasi yang dirancang sedemikian rupa untuk memudahkan jalannya proses penyampaian informasi, agar semua informasi yang disampaikan mudah dicapai dan mudah dimengerti oleh user. Mengingat maraknya penggunaan Android diseluruh Indonesia memudahkan untuk mengakses suatu informasi yang positif dimana dan kapan saja, maka penulis bermaksud untuk membuat perancangan sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru berbasis android ini. Menggunakan perancangan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang merupakan bahasa pemodelan secara grafis untuk menspesifikasikan, menvisualisasikan, membangun dan mendokumentasikan seluruh artifak sistem perangkat lunak, Hendaknya dapat memudahkan programmer sekolah untuk merancang sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru yang lebih efektif dan efesien. Kata Kunci : Sistem infromasi, Android, Unified Modeling Language (UML)

Abstract

Dinara Laundry is a laundry business located in Bataraja city. The process on laundry services is still not optimal, recording that is still done manually causes the difficulty of tracing the status of laundry on customers. The number of types of services and service packages on laundry services makes cashier admins have to look for a record of the rates used so that the calculation of laundry services will feel slow and the possibility of miscalculation. In addition, tracing the amount of income earned in each month needs to be calculated manually from the beginning of the period to the end. In designing the information system in this study using the PHP programming language and using MySQL databases. This web-based system will be accessed locally. It is hoped that this system will help laundry services so that it can improve the plan to customers.

Abstract

Al Furqon High School Palembang uses google classroom online learning media, especially when social distancing is imposed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The use of online learning media is used to stop the spread of the corona virus. To determine the level of teacher and student satisfaction in the variable of using online learning media used to measure this level of satisfaction is the EUCS method variable and the Delone and McLean model. The variables used are content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness, system quality, service quality. The population in this study were teachers and students, the number of samples in this study was 71 respondents. The sampling technique used is that after processing the data, the significance value of the content variable user satisfaction is 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount is 2.725 > ttable 1.999. The timeliness variable is 0.000 <0.005 and tcount 3.794 > ttable 1.999. And the Delone & McLean variable which has a significance on user satisfaction is the service quality variable of 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 6,000 > ttable 1.999 partially positive and has a significant effect on user satisfaction.

Abstract

Admission of new learners (PPDB) Online is a system designed to conduct automatic selection ranging from registration, selection process to selection announcement process. This online PPDB system is expected to be able to meet the expectations of SMP Negeri 01 Semendawai Timur about the implementation of acceptance of new learners who are objective, transparent and accountable.In this study, the author used interview methods, reference methods and observation methods in the creation of online registration websites. It uses a variety of software, programming languages, and frameworks such as Sublime Text, PhpMyAdmin Codeigniter, CSS and HTML.This research contains such as registration flow, PPDB information, registration requirements, school contacts, student biodata, student biodata print and announcement print, re-listing schedule, admin can verify participants, edit and delete participants' data and approve participants.

Abstract

Exchanging information is a common thing that almost everyone has done, one of the communication media that can be used is email. Because of the ease of accessing communication media by everyone, it has an impact on the security of information using these media. Then many people are trying to find ways how to secure information in exchanging information. one way is to combine email and cryptography applications that use a symmetric key algorithm, where the encryption and decryption keys are the same but if the decryption key is sent separately this allows the key to be known by eavesdroppers. In this final project, an email and cryptographic application is designed, in designing this application using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) system development method with the waterfall model. The application uses the blowfish algorithm with the PHP programming language, where the encryption and decryption keys have been set by the system, this is done so that key information cannot be easily identified by eavesdroppers. The blowfish algorithm is a 64 bit block cipher algorithm where the blowfish key must be computed at the beginning, before the encryption and decryption process is carried out.
